Top notch. They have taken good care of me. I can feel the personalization when I walk in or call on the phone. Not like calling any other doctor office or pharmacy where they are cold & detached. read more

Dr. Crum and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. This was my first time here and the process was a breeze! Thank you all again!

I have been a patient form many years. Dr. Crum is always pleasant, thorough, professional and on time.

I've been going to this office for many years. Always thorough, they always take time to make sure my needs are met.

Easy to get an appointment, accepting most insurance. The eye doctor is very thorough and insists on getting you an accurate prescription. He makes sure to explain everything he's doing. The staff here is super friendly. The Asian guy is my favorite! He's hilarious and really good at his job. They have a good variety of frames and sunglasses. If you get contacts, they send you home with samples. Highly recommend! read more

First time at Envision Eye Care Adam McDonald and staff were excellent. They take our VSP insurance and had great frames to choice from.

Here at InVision you can bet all your optical needs will be met. The staff that Dr. Crum has in place are friendly and very knowledgeable in their positions from the front desk until the final seat you will take selecting your frame and lens options. Dr. Crum is proficient at getting your vision dialed in, answering any questions you may have but most of all helping you understand your vision disabilities and correcting them. Our children were very young when we found InVision and now they bring their families here for there vision solutions. My entire familia is LOOKING good, thanks InVision!! read more

Very upset with my recent experience. Overcharged for poor service. Had 3 separate appointments, after only anticipating 1, all to get a contact lens prescription. I was not given options for contact lens and after asking for my options, I felt forced into a decision being told "this is the best option for you"...AKA the most expensive lens of course. After several unexpected appointments and being overcharged for poor service, I was then never even given my contact lens prescription (which I didn't realize until days later; confused my glasses prescription for lens prescription.) I had to contact Invision to get my prescription emailed to me so that I could purchase contacts elsewhere. Overall, such an inconvenience of an experience and I will not be returning. read more

Great place with great people, especially, Henry. He is the best. He made sure to help me pick a frame that I loved. He explained in details the components that can go into the prescription glasses, like the scratch resistance, blue light filter and the transition. I couldn't be happier with my glasses. To the owner... Henry is a GREAT asset. He raised the bar too high. Have more people like Henry and your business will always do well. read more

Everyone at this office is PHENOMENAL! Got me & my son in quick put our order on rush and had new glasses and contacts by the time school started! Dr Crum and his staff Henry, Marisol, Kandi, Linda, Ben & Jenna you guys went above and beyond what I could ever dream up! You want an office that answers questions and takes time for their patients you want to come here! I left feeling like family! Thank you everyone for the amazing service. read more

Well my wife made my appointment for here. They were nice she said. Dr. Crumb was very proficient getting the right prescription. Next was picking out frames... the price seemed pretty high to me even with insurance. So I paid for new glasses. A couple days later I stopped by Walmart for some clip on's. Since Invision wanter $200 for them. They were $15 there. I mentioned how much I paid and she shook her head. You could have gotten two pairs for that price she said. So my glasses were finally ready a few days later, soI made the appointment for 8:45am. They showed up around 9am finally. With no apologies, thank you. The lady tech who was going to fit my glasses told me to try them on. I did and the arms were sticking way out. I asked if she could a-just them. She came back, never checked on the fit at all. Just how do they fit. Again I asked her to a-just them again. She came back and asked how do they fit? Again she never once walked around to check the fit. Never in my 60 years of wearing glasses that they never did not check for fit! Until today. I even asked her if she had ever done this before. Thinking that the rest of the crew still haven't showed up yet and she was just filling in. So would I recommend this place to my friends? No not if you don't want to keep them your friends! Never to go back! read more

I have to agree with one of the other reviewers (Elizabeth). This place is 2 stars, "Meh. I've experienced better." Dr. Miller was great and I had an appointment that I found to be great. He was gentle, not too loud, reasonably paced when adjusting between lenses. However, the front staff, was so rude. First, the billing process, so many frowns and snappiness. Also when I came to pick up my frames, I had them adjusted, but after a day the slipping really came to bug me. I went back to get them adjusted again, the person refused to help me. I had to practically wave my receipt for him to adjust the thing. In the end, I just went to Costco. They adjusted it for me and I didn't even buy it form them. Summary, I will probably visit Dr. Miller again. Buy glasses here? No. I'd rather not deal with all that attitude. read more

My eyes are terrible!! So I needed someone good!!! Invision has been great to me. Office staff are friendly, and the Doctor is fantastic! They got my horrible prescription correct and set me up with a better type of contacts for my eyes and what I need. They do a great job fitting frames as well! Also reasonably priced if you don't have insurance. A couple of years ago my eye was in terrible pain, and they were more than happy to get me in quickly to take a look. Turns out I had a corneal abrasion (most painful thing EVER) and they did everything they could to try and ease the pain and heal my eye up quickly. I highly reccomend this place, I have been going here for years, and have another appointment next week! read more

I read the reviews on their customer service and disagree with all of them. Rebecca was absolutely amazing! We are in town from California for Spring Training. My wife accidentally tore her contact lense and forgot to bring a spare pair. We called around to a number of Eye Care Offices but with no luck. We decided to call one more and give up after that. That one more was to Rebecca at Invision. She went out of her way to help us and happened to have a sample pair of my wife's prescription. We offered to pay for it but she wouldn't let us and even gave my wife a spare. Thank you again Rebecca and I would highly recommend them just on the customer service. read more

Dr. Crum is very professional and thorough. He took the time to carefully understand my work activities and thus was able to design the best glasses for my needs. I have been a patient of Dr. Crum's for a little over three years and I always had great experiences with them. The clinic is clean, staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and Dr. Crum really cares about what is the best for you. He will spend the time to listen to you and make sure all your concerns are taken care of. Everyone wears masks, and they clean and disinfect everything- I mean everything!- from pens to exam equipments and even frames for people to try on. I am continuously impressed with this clinic and will not hesitate to recommend it to everyone! read more

Very disappointing. I go to an optometrist for two reasons: a diagnosis of the health of my eyes, and to get a corrective prescription to improve my eyesight. All of the insurance, friendliness, and communication elements mentioned in the string of reviews are consistent with my experience, but when an optometrist makes an error in the prescription, it costs me money and distorts my vision. The answer is not to go back to the eye doctor (William Crum) when things don't seem right and get him to correct the error. The answer is to write the prescription correctly in the first place. Astigmatism doesn't just disappear for one year out of the last 10. read more

Dr. Crum and his staff are amazing. I have never been treated so well as a patient. I just left an impromptu visit to their office on my lunch break because my last pair of contacts were bothering me. My allergies have been really bad and I tried a new brand of lenses, which just didn't agree with my eyes. My insurance only pays for contacts once every 12 months and I'm not due until August, so I was going to ask for my prescription so I could order a box online. I was speaking to a receptionist and Dr. Crum overheard...he sat down and talked to me for about 20 minutes to get to the root of my issue. He offered to order a few pair of trial contact lenses for me (at not charge) in order to get by until my appointment in August, so I wouldn't have to pay for contacts out of pocket. He also gave me two large trial bottles of contact solution to try, to see if that helps with my dry eyes. I am so happy with my experiences with Dr Crum and his staff that I just left the office, came back to work and wrote this review. They seem to truly care about making sure their patients are happy and comfortable with their eyewear. I highly recommend this office! The wait is always short and they can always work with my schedule when it comes to appointments. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. read more

I came in here to see if they can help re-shape the temples to my specs for better fitting and Kandi assisted me right away as I approached the front desk. She went to the back with my glasses and returned shortly with the hinges tightened, temples re-shaped, and it was even cleaner than when I handed it over to her. I appreciate businesses with the kind, helpful staff such as this one and figured I'll write a review before I forget. read more

I have been coming to this office for quite a few years now. We have been seeing Dr. Crum since he started and I have been very happy. I referred a friend from church and she is very happy also. Well now dr miller doesn't work at this office anymore, I went for my yearly appointment and found out they "make you" pay for the retina exam . No eye dr has ever made me pay for it I took it last year, no need for it this year. They are greedy and declined service because I declined to pay for it. Took the day off work to make it to appointment will never go there again. read more

I love love love Dr.Crum! Ive never had a bad experience here. I'll be going here until I can't. He is very personal and makes sure you get the best fit. I've gone to 4 other eye places and he is by far the best for me. They didn't have the frames I wanted so they special ordered them for me. So extra thank you to you Dr.Crum and all your awesome staff :) read more

I had a great experience here. they have the latest frames available and staff even ordered me some to see in a different color. the doctor was professional and thorough, and he took the time to go over every detail with me. I've been going to Invision Eye Care for 15+ years now. Dr. Crum and his staff are consistently friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Their methods of checking your eyes seem to keep in pace with technological advances and I really like that. No shooting air straight into your eyes or that I have experienced. They also have a good variety of eye glass brands but they don't pressure you into buying anything you don't need. I've recommended Dr Crum to many friends and will continue to. read more

Really impressed with the staff and Dr. Crum! Great selection of frames and excellent customer service.

I don't like the sales pressure from this office or Dr. Crum. I don't purchase my contacts or glasses here because they are overpriced. Dr. Crum asked where I got my current glasses, when I told him, he said that Costco has 1990's technology and they are behind in their quality because their technology is so outdated. Of course, I immediately researched to try and confirm this and it is far from the truth. Costco uses HD digital lenses and they are up to date on their technology. This just left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be going back. read more

I made an appointment to get an eye exam (contacts and glasses). It took one hour and forty minutes since the time I walked in until I walked out. I was sweating while waiting (at least 80 degrees inside). I paid $100 with insurance. Next time will go to Costco, pay $100 and save one hour and 20 minutes. read more

I've been a patient at Invision Eyecare for more than 5 years. They were very kind and accomadating. But in the past two years I feel the customer service has been declining. I had a prescription for my contacts that expired November 30, 2019. I hadn't ordered any contacts for 2019 since I had plenty. I called Invision Eyecare on October 21, 2019 to order some contacts as I was running low. When I talked to their office they told me that they weren't able to order me any contacts and that all they were able to do was order me some samples! And that it was due to my insurance. They told me I would need to come in and have an exam In order for them to order me contacts. I've ordered contacts like this before and have never had a problem. I added that my prescription expired November 30th and that the prescription was from their office. Again the person I spoke with advised me that without an exam all that they could do was order me samples. I was upset so I called Nationwide Vision just down the street and was able to order my new contacts without any problem. They had no problem ordering me new contacts or with my insurance. I feel like Invision Eyecare could have done the same for me but they would have made more money by having me come in for an exam. read more

I love seeing Dr. Crum. He always takes the time to explain what he is looking for and what he sees in the scans. I appreciate the education. The staff was very courteous as well and they were on top of what my insurance would and would not cover for frames, etc. Definitely the place to go for eye exams. read more

Dr. Miller was great!!! It was the front desk staff that was rude and unprofessional. When I arrived, the employee at the front desk told me she didn't have me down for an appointment. When I showed her my email confirmation, she literally said nothing. She just kept saying, "umm?" I wasn't sure if I was going to be seen because I had no communication from her. I decided to take a seat because nothing was being said to me. After a long wait, Dr. Miller took me back and conducted the appointment. That was fine. Afterwards, Dr. Miller walked me out to the front so an employee could go over my insurance information. The employee acted frazzled and said she was in the middle of something. I've worked in support staff at a medical office. It is the worst thing to do to ignore the patient. Dr. Miller then told me to take a seat and wait for someone else. The whole experience took an hour. read more

I have been going to Dr. Crum for years now and am still enjoying the wonderful service, both up front and then later with my exam by Dr. Crum. He explains everything in words that I can understand! Although my husband and I have been going to Invision Eyecare for quite a few years, the last 2 visits were really disappointing. Last fall I went for my annual checkup and mid-way through the exam, Dr. Crum excused himself and was gone for 35-45 minutes. Could hear him talking (maybe on the phone) and then he came back with no explanation. This May, I went in, I was having a problem with itching eye. Although they gave me an appointment at short notice, once the tech. brought me to a room, I waited again for 30 or more minutes while I could Dr. Crum talking out in the show room. I left, telling the receptionist that I guess Dr. Crum couldn't see me after all. I will definitely be going to another vision doctor who can respect the patient's time. read more

This was my first visit to see Dr. Crum. I have only used over-the-counter-readers and I'm finding my eyesight is not as good as it used to be...so I figured it was time for a visit to an eye dr. Dr. Crum was recommended by my friend, so I gave it a try! I was really impressed by the high technology testing they did to check my eyes. We didn't have to dilate, as they still got good enough readings on my eye health. Dr. Crum explained everything as we went along and asked me plenty of questions. By the time it came time to pick out my frames, I was already a very happy camper. The office/optical staff were very friendly and knowledgeable! They were also very patient as I tried one pair of glasses after another to find just the right one! :) Finally, I found the frame I liked, but it was purple...not crazy about that color for my glasses...so the staff member suggested that I come back the next day and she would get the other colors that were available in that design so that I could try them. She had a manufacturer's rep bring the whole set of colors for my comparison. That is going above and beyond! I haven't received the finished product yet, but if this visit is any indication, I will be more than satisfied. read more
