Never shopped at this location, didn't even know it was here. And the late hours are great for my schedule. My stars are for Nicole and whomever turned in my Mom's iPad she "lost" last week. We retraced her steps for that day and made calls. NICOLE answered our call and asked security type questions for identity and we determined that my elderly Mothers iPad was probably the one in "lost and found." I drove to store at 9:30pm and again proved my identity and retrieved lost iPad. My Mom was so relieved. Thank you. read more

I love going to Burlington because you never find the same thing. It's always a hit or miss, but always fun to shop at. I'm not sure if they were in the middle of shipments, but the store was extremely bare. This is the first time at this location, so I'm not sure how much they have on their racks typically, but the racks were so empty. I did end up finding a pair of shoes for my daughter. They were super cute, so it wasn't a total waste, but hopefully next time I go there's more of a variety of clothes. read more

It is what it is. If you're looking for the nicest layout, most amazing staff, and top quality clothing you're not gonna find it at any of these stores. With that said... it's close. Clothing - hit and miss, again, to be expected. Service, overall good but you arent dealing with the most highly trained. The clothing quality is generally average to great. Burlington has always been a favorite of mine for a quick wardrobe refresh. read more

Clean and organized store...had lots of things that I didn't even know I needed until I saw them. Just moved so I was able to get a bunch of frames and other household items to accessorize with. Prices were great and everyone was spaced out. I can't stand when people shop right next to me. Bonus is it isn't too far from Kirkland's. Was able to hit up both stores without moving my car. read more

Extremely frustrated. Bought a handbag on September 1, 2023 from Burlington on Ray Road in Phoenix for $69.99. After two weeks or so, noticed the handle was fraying. Liking the bag, I decided instead of returning it, I would try to repair it with glue. Within the next couple of weeks, I saw the same issue that had occurred on the handle was happening on the bottom as well. I went in today to return it, or at the very least get a store credit. As it was past the 30 days, had been used, I am not a 'preferred member', and I didn't have the tags...I was told there was absolutely nothing they could do for me. I said it is a defect in the construction of the bag. Yes, I had used it, and no, I didn't save the tags; but it should last more than a month. I will never shop here again. I am so disgusted with the lack of customer service in this world we have found ourselves living in. Since when does a $70 handbag have a life expectancy of a month? Shame on you, Burlington, for hanging your hat on your policies. There are clearly extenuating circumstances in this case which should supersede your policy and remedy it for your customer...preferred or not. read more

I love stores like this, since it is always a treasure hunt. Burlington has a great selection of formal wear for men and some interesting things throughout. I would say that their racks are pretty well organized and not terribly awry unlike some other locations. This location is clean and well kept. The selection of certain things is limited such as beauty and skin care, shampoos and body washes but I believe this is due to the fact that the location is relatively new. Prices are definitely higher than Ross for most things and comparable to the Marshall's nearby. The space is vast and open. I always enjoy a good stroll around to look at the different brands. I have seen a few puma, Nike and champion items throughout the sports wear and shoe aisles. Overall it is a good place if you have the time to explore the aisles a little, it is not for someone looking for something specific. Think of it like a thrift shop with new clothes. read more

Huge parking lot and surrounded by other stores. Since it is located in the middle of a few restaurants and other stores it makes it very convenient. On Yelp it says they open at 9:30 AM however I arrived at 9 AM and they were open already. They should update their hours of operation, because I almost sat in my car waiting the full 30 minutes until they opened. I saw someone come out of the store and that's when I figured they were opened already. This store has tons of options; they have a clearance section they have shoes, purses, jewelry, and different styles of clothing. They also have house stuff if you're looking for bedding, decorations, basically anything that has to do with a home. I did go into their dressing rooms to try in a couple items, and their dressing rooms were not very well-kept. The vents were full of dust and the floors were very dirty there was fuzz and paper. It could have been a little bit better especially, because I was one of their first customers so I knew there wasn't that many people that were there before me. I wish I had known about this location sooner. It was the most organized location I've ever seen in both CA and AZ locations. The isles were and shelves were all full. I noticed all the sizes had a lot large quantity to choose from so everyone from petite to plus size woman, men all.sizes , baby kids... everyone who goes to this location will have plenty of options. The front end was organized. The staff throughout the store were friendly and focused on their tasks. They were quick with assistants and answering my questions and Im looking forward to going again. read more
