Small locally owned business. They get items from large box stores as part of close outs, and returns.. They always disclose if an item is new in box, has been used slightly, ect. They are always glad to help you locate something. Your able to call and put things on a hold for 2 hours, or pay over the phone if you know you want it. They even will hold it for you for 2 weeks. Absolutely terrible. I messaged, and even got there 20 minutes before they opened to pick up some figures. Low and behold if though they open at 10am I guess they take calls and payments over the phone before then? That would've been nice too know before I drove 25 minutes to get here. Not to mention both workers didn't seem to care let alone try and make it right. Really blown away at how a business can do this and still manage to have clients. What really got my attention was that when I went to the store to pickup my item, the staff was extremely nice, polite, and helpful. A very tidy store. This place has left over merchandise from stores like Kohl's, JC Penney, Home Depot and others. I have been able to find some great deals here on clothing, outdoor furniture and toys. Some items are new, and others are damaged. They do test all their products and will tell you if something is not working, or if it is missing something. They are planning to move to a larger location. Merchandise changes all the time. If you are looking to find a bargain, you will find one. In response to the post by C.B., there is more than one room. There is a smaller room when you first walk in. It has a lot of furniture and larger items. If you look, there is a door near the back that leads you to a larger room with a lot more to see. read more

Great store if you find what you are looking for. I have had good luck with some jeans and kids shoes. But I want to warn you to take caution when buying expensive electronics or electrical items. I bought an instant pot here and was told at the time, the warranty will be accepted since it's a new item. Now that the pot broke before 12 months warranty period and I reached out to the customer support of instant pot,but they say they can't cover the warranty since it's not an authorized dealer and I should check with the store if they cover it or do something about it. I then reached out to Codi, the owner, he listened to what i gotta say, but couldn't do anything about it which was unfortunate. I am upset that I took this risk just to save $15. I thought I wouldn't have made the purchase if I was aware of this, so thought to write it, so you can take an informed decision. read more

I came here after finding an AbCircle for a great price on Craigslist and ended up leaving with new clothes, fancy beauty products (high-quality moisturizer and hair remover), a cat toy (25 cents!) and lip balm. Well, these folks are some absolute IDIOTS!!!! I finally get around to hooking up this 10,000 BTU unit they sold for 325.00 and after putting a hole in my wall to get it installed. I turn on the unit only to find....IT'S NOT EVEN A HEATER!!! These MORONS put in the ad I responded to that it was a 12,000 BTU HEATER and AC! But lo and behold...It's not even a freakin' HEATER...which is what I needed to work from home!!! So not only did they LIE about the the BTU's they LIED about the fact that it was a HEATER!!!! The screwed up thing is ... they thought it was cool to offer my money back instead of providing the unit they said was in the box! I NEVER WANTED MY MONEY BACK...I WANTED THEM TO MAKE WHAT THEY FALSELY PUT AS AN AC/HEATING UNIT PROVIDED!!!! WHAT INCOMPETENCE!!! They feel that it was an honest mistake...I say that's pure B*#*^&SH*&*T! They don't even bother to check the very merchandise they sell to the public! I purchased a Midea 2.1 cu ft portable washing machine from these folks. Yes it's a little banged up but, SO WHAT! It was almost 1/2 price! AND it works wonderfully. I got a great deal on a great machine. It is much larger then I thought it would be, w/out that big cylinder that is in standard sized washers, this one holds more clothing then I expected. Now I have a washing machine in my apartment, what a convenience!These folks are very friendly and were very helpful when i was picking out the washer. They have a 2 week return policy, so if if didn't work returning it would not have been a problem. FYI- the Midea and the Magic Chef washers are exactly the same machines, the only difference was the name stamped on. The only challenge I had was the plug for the drain water filter was not screwed in enough and water came out when I first tested it. Great place to pick up camping gear or workout stuff for a fraction of new prices. most of the items are damaged box, open box, etc. But all of the prices are well below retail, often times below used prices for the same products on Craigslist!!!
