That had a few skin care products, some food, and a lot of return items from like amazon. A lot of the things were still in the plastics wrap so i couldn't see a lot of the items. Most of their skin care and toothpaste might be expired, im not 100% sure. I thought it was a very neat store but the reason for the three stars is because after i made it around the store, i was at the make up table, and in the baskets that were holding the make up palettes, i spot a HUGE dead cockaroach. They let me know each piece is very unique and they only get in 6 of each item, they're the only one in the valley. They had such cute and great quality items through out the store, which everything was extremely fairly priced, especially for such a curated and unique boutique. I tried on quite a few things and ended up getting a beautiful linen like dress. It was so soft. They also have a generous clearance and sale section. When I reached out to the salesperson who handled my order, he was dismissive, made false assumptions about the cause, and refused to escalate the issue to a manager. Before my purchase, he even tried to talk me out of applying for the store's Synchrony financing, telling me I'd "need really good credit." I applied anyway and was approved for $8,000 on the spot -- which says a lot about both my credit and his professionalism. The quality control and customer service here are equally disappointing. I've filed complaints with the Arizona Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division and Synchrony Bank for the defective merchandise and lack of accountability. Future customers: document everything, because you might need it.

From the time you enter you're flooded with beautiful decor all around you. Right now there are Fall and Christmas decor around every corner. The slight negative is how damaged decor items were or inoperable decor on the tables for sale. I think those items should have been moved, highly discounted, or flagged somehow. The positives are customer service from the cashiers and one person in particular who I flagged on the floor to help me get an item that was too far to reach on the table.

I told them to take it back and they said they could not and they had to leave it here. I tried to order a few things and they kept saying out of stock and also would have charged me another delivery charge. The person on the phone said I had to order on line or go in the store as they could not help. I was upset and they told me that kept telling me I had to stop my attitude.
