That had a few skin care products, some food, and a lot of return items from like amazon. A lot of the things were still in the plastics wrap so i couldn't see a lot of the items. Most of their skin care and toothpaste might be expired, im not 100% sure. I thought it was a very neat store but the reason for the three stars is because after i made it around the store, i was at the make up table, and in the baskets that were holding the make up palettes, i spot a HUGE dead cockaroach. For instance, got ourselves Dove deodorant spray for $4.99 which is usually double the price at Target/CVS. Also really liked the quality and selection of faux flowers for Fall, stocked up on a lot for craft projects or to keep handy when needed. Parking is in a huge lot and staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall, a great store with wide selection of pretty decent items. Upon arrival, I was immediately welcomed and asked if I had any questions or been in before. They let me know each piece is very unique and they only get in 6 of each item, they're the only one in the valley. They had such cute and great quality items through out the store, which everything was extremely fairly priced, especially for such a curated and unique boutique. I tried on quite a few things and ended up getting a beautiful linen like dress. It was so soft. They also have a generous clearance and sale section. They offer a reasonable return period of 14 days. I honestly saw so many prices and I would definitely consider frequenting them to add some lovely pieces to my wardrobe, when the occasion arrives!

When I reached out to the salesperson who handled my order, he was dismissive, made false assumptions about the cause, and refused to escalate the issue to a manager. Before my purchase, he even tried to talk me out of applying for the store's Synchrony financing, telling me I'd "need really good credit." I applied anyway and was approved for $8,000 on the spot -- which says a lot about both my credit and his professionalism. The quality control and customer service here are equally disappointing. I've filed complaints with the Arizona Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division and Synchrony Bank for the defective merchandise and lack of accountability. Future customers: document everything, because you might need it.
