That had a few skin care products, some food, and a lot of return items from like amazon. A lot of the things were still in the plastics wrap so i couldn't see a lot of the items. Most of their skin care and toothpaste might be expired, im not 100% sure. I thought it was a very neat store but the reason for the three stars is because after i made it around the store, i was at the make up table, and in the baskets that were holding the make up palettes, i spot a HUGE dead cockaroach. I left immediately after. But like i said it's a very cool store and i'm sure you can find something you'll like...

They had a wide selection including faux flowers, beauty, kitchen, toys, car stuff, school supplies, baby stuff, etc. I noticed a lot of items they carried were cheaper here than typical drugstores/big chains. For instance, got ourselves Dove deodorant spray for $4.99 which is usually double the price at Target/CVS. Also really liked the quality and selection of faux flowers for Fall, stocked up on a lot for craft projects or to keep handy when needed. Parking is in a huge lot and staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall, a great store with wide selection of pretty decent items. Would definitely frequent more if we were local- highly recommended!

Unfortunately, this store has been under new management for the past year and has become…read moreunrecognizable. What used to be a cute, organized, and friendly place to shop has become unkept and never has the selection that it used to. The service aspect has changed so much under this new manager, it seems they do not understand what it means to run a business. The last few times I have been in here, there has only been one employee working! Today I finally asked what is going on because she was running around trying to help five different customers at once! Apparently, their manager is only scheduling one person to run the store because she doesn't want to pay anyone, and the manager can't be bothered to show up and run her own store! I feel so bad for these employees who obviously get zero help from their manager and are expected to run the store by themselves. It is really sad to see a great boutique turned into a mess because of one manager who is incredibly selfish and careless. Really unfortunate, and I will never shop here in the future ever again.

When I reached out to the salesperson who handled my order, he was dismissive, made false assumptions about the cause, and refused to escalate the issue to a manager. Before my purchase, he even tried to talk me out of applying for the store's Synchrony financing, telling me I'd "need really good credit." I applied anyway and was approved for $8,000 on the spot -- which says a lot about both my credit and his professionalism. The quality control and customer service here are equally disappointing. I've filed complaints with the Arizona Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division and Synchrony Bank for the defective merchandise and lack of accountability. Going down the aisles I could see that they were still stocking things and there would be more to come, but there was enough to keep me interested and scouring the aisles for what I wanted this shopping trip. The aisles were clean and clear, and the employees were nice whether they were in the store on the floor or at the cash register, which made the experience very pleasant. It's always so tempting with all of the ghouls and goblins and skeletons and pumpkins galore. Today I left with some cobwebs for my fireplace mantle for only $2.99 wow! What a deal!! We ended up leaving with a mantle decoration, but they already had everything from the giant skeletons and yard decorations to a few inflatables and plenty of indoor décor. The store was clean, easy to walk through, and the cashier was nice and friendly, which made for a pleasant checkout. Their prices are kind of a mixed bag. About half the time you find something and think, "That's a really good price," and the other half you're thinking it's a little more expensive than you expected. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because it seems like a lot of their larger decorations end up with some kind of damage. If you're buying one of the bigger items, it's worth taking a few minutes to dig through the stock and find the one in the best condition. Other than that, it's a fun place to browse, especially if you're ready to start decorating for Halloween way too early like we are.
