I stopped by here to shop for candles. Not only did I find candles, they had such a vast selection of other cute items! My favorite was the unicorn charging power bank. They also had a neat retractable usb phone charging cable, headphones, clothes, shoes, toiletries- detox masks, hand creams, makeup and lots of other great stocking stuffers. Today one of my friends texted me alerting me that Francesca's at Dana Park was having a 60% off sale and she scored 6 Volcano candles in case I was interested knowing how much I love volcano candles. I leave my house instantly to go buy the remaining 3 Volcano candles.. The employee sees that I'm holding them and says the candles aren't included in the sale. I ask her where it says that there are exclusions to the sale on the signs posted throughout the entire store. She replies that corporate didn't send those signs with exclusions. I explain that my friend had just bought 6 candles and received the 60% off discount. Later I found out that my friend had asked if the volcano candles were included in the sale and the employee said yes they were. I asked if I could speak to a manager, she said she was one of the managers and her boss was unavailable. The employee said her name was Jessie. Francesca's should have made things right and honored the 60% off the entire boutique as their signage advertised instead of being selective on what is on sale and what isn't, it almost seemed like Jessie wanted the remaining candles for herself instead of selling them to a paying customer. read more

While I love Francesca's, this location definitely leaves a bit to be desired. Every time I've come in here I've had problems. First, when this store first opened years ago, I applied here. I scored an interview, and the entire time the manager interviewing me kept grimacing at me and telling me that I'm not "fashion material". I didn't get the job. Ok, fine, whatever. I had a bad interview 7 or so years ago. What about shopping? No such luck. I decided to give this location another shot and go shopping here. Unfortunately, I couldn't fit in some of the sizes, so I asked one of the workers for a new size (the medium didn't fit, I asked for a large). She took the dress and scoffed, then told me they don't carry sizes "that large". I left immediately without buying anything and with a severely damaged body image. I just went in a couple days ago, hoping both of these experiences would be a fluke. Nope. The girls that work here are still snobby and didn't offer me any help. When I asked a question, they looked down their noses and reluctantly told me the price of something. Ok, Francesca's in Dana Park. You obviously don't like me and I definitely don't need you. Super cute clothes a bit over priced. They have a great selection of the latest trends in woman's/juniors apparel. I went in on a day that they were having a sale. Everything in the store was 30% off. I ended up trying on a lot of options and buying only one due to the weird fit of majority of the options. The phone was ringing off the hook and the only girl working seemed a little frantic. They need to have another person working, there was just too much going in for one person to be able to handle. I might be back if I'm in the area... but I won't go out of my way to come back. read more

I was told upon entering the store everything was buy one get one half off. I chose two pairs of earrings. When I want to purchase them at the register, I was told the sterling silver earrings were NOT part of the promotion. So apparently NOT everything in the store was buy one get one half off! And I guess they wanted me to buy a cheaper pair of earrings to give me 50% off the 2nd set. How does that even make any sense? read more

This store is so cute. Always so organized & neat, and very reasonable prices. All of my garments from here have lasted for months through multiple wears, washings, & dry cleanings (which you can not always count on these days unless you pay high $) The woman who works mostly M-F during the day, I can't remember her name :( is so nice and helpful. Always informative regarding sales, etc. and I never feel pressured to buy things or spend $ I don't want to. So convenient to pop in here, and literally buy an outfit right off the manikin for a last minute date night, or pick up a unique gift for a girlfriends birthday party. The clothes selection is constantly changing, and there are lots of sales. Everything is separated by colors which makes it easy to narrow things down and get the most use of your time. The quality is also impressive, and seems to hold up to washing and normal wear and tear much better than most trendy boutique clothes I have found elsewhere. read more

Love this store for their adorable accessories. Their staff is below average though. My first visit was normal. I went on a Saturday morning so it wasn't busy. The 1 girl working there was very nice. But my 2nd visit was less than pleasant. There were 3 girls behind the register. Only two were there to work, and the 3rd girl seemed she worked there but wasn't scheduled and just wanted to hang out. She was behind the counter on her phone talking to the 2 girls working. More than one customer had a question and was completely ignored. The only thing I could hear in that store was the girls talking about random things. They were not polite and didn't say anything to us while we were checking out. I will continue to shop at Francesca's, just not this location. read more
