Went on the 4th of July weekend, hoping for a deal. We got more than we bargained for! Not only was the process super easy to test mattress types, feels, etc. The store was setup to easily jump to what we wanted. The store may look small on the outside, but they have a lot of options! This was our first, and needed to be our only stop. Jason was great with explaining options, why the beds felt different, why we liked what we did, but also helped us get into something that would meet our budget! Plus he helped us keep our 18 month old entertained so she would not get grumpy! All in all I think we were in and out in less than an hour. Had our bed setup to arrive the next day! Gave us options to help protect and increase our experience with our new bed setup (which is now memory form), and to let us k ow about how the transition from our old bed/night sleep to our new one would go! Sadly I don't think we will be seeing Jason again for awhile, unless we want to pick up we extra pillows, because he got everything taken care of on our first visit. We knew we didn't need to go a there else to shop around! Plus with all the furniture stores and mattress stores going out of business around town, it's great to know we have somewhere to go IF we ever have a problem or question down the road!! Been a week since we have had the new mattress. I know we still have several weeks to go until we are fully adjusted. But a good night sleep is worth checking this place out!!

Stephen, from the Mattress Clearance Store in Gilbert, was an excellent salesperson. He asked me my budget and did not pressure me or make me feel embarrassed for wanting a great bed for a low price. He showed me a bed in the 500s first, and at first I thought that was expensive- until I started trying beds that were cheaper. I did not want anything too springy or soft. He let me try about 10-15 beds. I realized the beds that I had requested, in terms of firmness and material, were around that price range. I ended up leaving with something that was a great fit and not over what I was expecting. He also tied it on my SUV and it did not fall off my car when driving home! The store was organized and Stephen new how to navigate us from the moment I entered the store until he strapped the bed onto my car. Stephen was super polite, engaging, and helpful. Overall, the experience was great.

Brandon explained having great deals on top of offerering free delivery and set up which is, competitive as other furniture stores in the area, aren't offering this service. Huge plus! Furniture prices are competitive and actually better than others. I'm on the hunt for a nice couch in the near future, since I'm on the minimalist kick. They had a few selections that caught my eye. Customer Service is a nightmare. After only 2 years, every single cushion on the couch began…read moresinking. I purchased replacements on 4/2 and was told they would be received within 6-8 weeks. On 5/30 it was discovered they waited 2 weeks after the payment to place the order which caused an additional EIGHT week delay for arrival. That's four months total. This was only admitted to after I provided dates and followed up multiple times. They finally managed to get the cushions in the warehouse in June, but had to wait an additional month for delivery on 7/7. Of course this was cancelled a few days ahead of time (shipping called me to let me know and said they would FedEx them out to me so customer service wouldn't make me wait another month for delivery). Despite delivery being cancelled, the customer service agent STILL sent out text and email of delivery reminder the day of. The tracking info included in the messages returned 'order not found ' which I sent to the CSA who said it was still being delivered and that the tracking info was just wrong. Of course, it was never delivered on that day and there was zero follow up. Overall, this is the most inefficient, disorganized and siloed company I've ever had the displeasure of working with. It seems there's no checks and balances and that the Departments don't talk to each other so nobody really knows what's going on and the consumer pays the price for that The worst part is there is no accountability and those customer service agents are still out there doing the same thing because they're not held accountable in any way shape or form

She asked me to review the order on her tablet, I informed her the email and phone number were not correct, she assured me she would correct them but she didn't which caused huge issues that could have been easily avoided. She was clearly only interested in collecting my money and didn't care at all about providing even a basic level of customer service. Additionally, Purple uses a 3rd party delivery service which doesn't respond to communication. I called them three times asking what my delivery date would be and never received a call back. They finally delivered my mattress 2 weeks after I ordered it.
