This is the biggest Fry's I have ever been in. I rolled through here on the last day of the year to get some black eyes peas, which my wife insists you have to eat on New Years for luck in the coming year. I have never heard of before this but it's easier to swallow a spoonful than argue with the wife so there you go. They had almost all of the registers open, plenty of parking and the place wasn't a distaste like WalMart although it had a WalMart Superstore feel to it with clothing, she and electronics aisles. There is also a huge Starbucks attached to it as well, so you can get your coffee fix on before shopping.

Big store. Lots of Organic, pet food, vegetarian, vegan, and international options. Friendly staff. Lots of weird food too. I like that.

She was attentive, patient, and super friendly, helping customers without making anyone feel rushed or annoyed. It's rare to see someone who genuinely seems to care about their job and the people they're helping, and Ashley absolutely does. Because of her, my visit was stress-free and left me with a great impression of this Sprouts location. Customer service like that makes a difference and keeps people coming back. If he doesn't have enough of the salmon (or whatever) I'm asking for, he makes it up for us. He always has a friendly greeting for us and makes sure we have everything we need. Melanie in the vitamin section is knowledgeable and has turned us onto products that meet the needs for what we are asking about. Melanie has a great personality with a ready smile and laugh. We love our biweekly visits to the store. The store is clean and organized in a way that makes it easy to find what you need. If you can't find something, there is always someone to ask for help. If they don't work in that department, they'll point you to someone who does.

I've had so many bad experiences at this store been meaning to write. The store is abysmally run…read moreand organized. It is a GIVEN that I will not get through the check-out process without needing some sort of store intervention. Knowing that, I go to self-checkout because I do not want to be haggling around with a cashier annoying other customers despite my preference for engaging with a human being. So I just get annoyed myself. 90% of the time I am there I have to ask for help. I rarely have a lot of stuff too. Whether it's a falsely advertised item, an item that does not come through despite marking it on the App, an item that is a store sale that is not capable of being scanned without assistance, or one of the many wrinkles in having so many different wants to "discount" an item (just a member sale, App, coupon, who knows). Just today I noticed the price tags were different and the prices on so many items were jacked up beyond belief. This was never a great store compared to competitors with prices, but with the poor customer experience making things even pricier was laughable. I ended up at a different Safeway recently and was struck by how well it was run and smooth the experience was. So part of this is not a Safeway thing...but this particular store. Fingers crossed a competitor opens up close by.

The…read moreparking lot was quite busy with weekend shoppers but I was able to locate a spot close to the entrance for my senior passengers. I noticed as I got out of my car a lot of trash on the street, which was scattered all the way to the front of the store. Displayed at the front of the store you will find, all sizes of pottery planters, scented holiday pine cones and outdoor furniture. Everything were placed nicely and out of the way. Once inside we headed directly to the floral area. Although along the way in the aisle I walked I grabbed a few things I could use. We reached the floral area. I was hoping to see more options but they were limited. Maybe the selection would have been better had I visited earlier in the day. I paid through self check out, which worked out great since I was crunched for time. I didn't have the chance to look throughout the store. I think I wouldn't mind coming back, plus it is very convenient.

I waited 10 minutes then left. What's amazing is two other people were messing around with stuff behind the counter and didn't even bother trying to help me. Dear Aldi, You've been my weekly grocery stop every…read moreThursday, faithfully, without fail. Typically, you'd earn five stars from me. But today left a bitter taste in my mouth. Your cashier, April, is in desperate need of retraining--or removal--from cashier duties altogether. I'm not sure if she's a manager or simply on a power trip, but her attitude at checkout was nothing short of disgraceful. I genuinely feel sorry for any employee who has to work alongside her. This morning, I came in with my one-year-old and my disabled, elderly mother, expecting the same kindness and efficiency I usually receive. Instead, I was met with April's sour expression and clear eagerness to rush me out of her line. Without so much as a word, she began throwing my groceries into a separate cart, completely disregarding the fact that I might want to keep the cart I was using. Every other cashier has been thoughtful enough to let me keep my cart, understanding my circumstances. But April couldn't spare the extra seconds it would've taken. In her haste, she managed to break my eggs and even nagged my disabled mother to hurry and hand over the cart, never once pausing to consider why she might be moving slower than most shoppers. Her behavior was rude, unkind, and thoughtless. Aldi, I urge you to reconsider April's position. She does not represent your values or your loyal customers well. After today, I'm seriously considering taking my business to the new WinCo closer to me instead of driving thirty minutes from South San Tan Valley to shop at your store.
