I've never had a bad experience at this Trader Joe's! The cashiers are always friendly and are never disgruntled. If you need help finding an item, the employees on the floor are always willing to help, and they do it without an attitude. You know how sometimes you ask an employee for help, and you just KNOW they don't really want to help you?! Yeah, that's never the case here (or any other TJ's that I've been to, for that matter). The seasonal items are always a hit, and they usually bring in new items every few weeks or so. The store is always clean and well organized. I also like the frozen aisle, as it's nice and wide and easy to navigate when the store is crowded. Overall, this is a great location to do your Trader Joe's shopping. Great Trader Joe's with good service and decently big. It's also easier to find stuff at this location than others as it's more organized. There is thankfully not as much confusion where things are placed as they're all overall organized in categories. Thanks to that it's much easier to find what you're looking for and makes it so you might end up buying more than you anticipated. Not that it's a bad thing at all it's actually fun so it's like a food treasure hunt. As for ambiance, like every Trader Joe's it has beautiful painted murals to represent the area it inhabits and has the other nice decorations to prove it's a good TJ. read more

What an amazing Trader Joe's! It's quite far from my house, but my daughter raves about this location so I rode along with her to check it out. It's quite larger than the ones near me and more selection. The location was clean and all the employees we interacted with were so nice and friendly. Parking was easy as it's shared with a huge shopping center. Must try's are the lemon basil pasta salad and all the mochi in my opinion. My boys however love the frozen hash browns here. Of course, since it's a Trader Joe's location, it has high quality food and stuff at reasonable prices. Their staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Lines are usually not long. This location is in a repurposed building, so the store layout is unusual. Parking can be an issue, and WiFi is not that great. But, a good centralized location near many other stores and restaurants. Nearby InNOut, Barrio Queen and lots more. read more

He was out in the parking lot talking with a customer when he overheard my husband shout " OH NO" he approached us to find our bag had ripped on the way to the car full of groceries. I can't explain how happy I was to move to a new city with two Trader Joe's within 15 minutes away from me! The Gilbert location is the closest to me, followed by this one. To think I used to drive 40+ minutes to the nearest Trader Joe's when I lived in Georgia! I've never had a bad experience at a Trader Joe's. This and the Gilbert location have some of the friendliest and nicest people I've ever encountered in a store. Always willing to help. I have the best conversations with the staff at the register. This TJ's is located in a large shopping strip, so there's plenty of free parking. The layout of the store is great, and is so organized and clean. It has a great flow, and finding items is easy. Speaking of items, TJ's has tons of gems including home goods. They even had great gift options over the holidays. I love going to this Trader Joe's! read more

This is my go to T.J.'s, I will. N O T be back. Why have a worker there if they're just going to text and talk to their friend? I asked a simple question being told to " wait just a second" for this worker to get off of their phone , she said she would go to the back to check for me, I'm waiting about 10 minutes and then I see her somewhere else on her phone! Stopped here because we were in the area. Just your typical Trader Joe's. Nothing special about this location. There were a lot of shoppers inside the store and it was difficult to get around the store at times. The checkout lines were very long and the checkers could not do 2 things at once. Multiple checkers talking to the customers and engaging in full blown personal conversations instead of scanning items and bagging to get the lines moving. read more

Brand new store, lots of friendly staff. Clean and well stocked, in fact Sunday evening and stocking was taking place. Lots of easy parking, no line waiting to get in. Spent $ 117 on fun items....cheeses, frozen Indian food, almonds, plantain chips. Produce section is s the best I've seen at a TJs. This is an afternoon pastime for us. Five Stars for Queen Creek location. Been here now on a Sunday and during the week, both times I've been able to find parking. Smiling faces at the entrance and employees wiping down the carts as you enter. The selection was like many other locations I've shopped at. Nothing different, same set up. I would say though the wine area did seem smaller. I got everything I needed, and more. I love the produce area! Everything always seem fresh and I find things that's are not generally found at other grocery stores (Japanese sweet potatoes). I will continue to shop here, glad they're so close to home. The service here was horrible. I was trying to find an item for a dinner recipe (which they did not have or were out of ) and there was no one to be found to assist. I finally went up to the customer service desk by the registers and ask for help. The girl said she would when she was done with what she was doing. Well... she never came over to help and proceeded to go talk to another employee. I finally found something else and went to check out. The clerk at checkout asked me if I found everything and I replied "no". She laughed and said "I'm sorry" and went on checking me out. No one wanted to help me find my item. I snagged a free Arizona themed reusable shopping bag and played a quick game to enter to win a store gift card. Overall very nice store. Today my husband took me to Trader Joe's for my first excursion out except for doctor visits in almost two months. I had a bad fall and experienced a skull fracture and concussion and brain bleeding and bruises and time in the hospital. So I was excited. What made it more special was the cashiers that took care of me. They were helpful and friendly and brought me a bouquet of flowers to brighten my day!. Over the course of this store opening I have had rotten chicken twice bad salmon once milk sold past it's date and a lot of produce that was expired or went bad then next day. This is the closest Trader Joe's to me. I live 15 minutes away and my daughter loves their little gluten free pancakes. I drive her here in a Sunday so she can have them only to be told I can't go in because it is senior hours until 9 am. There's like 4 people inside.... so you won't let me and my 3 year old daughter in because there is 3 older people inside a massive store? Makes sense read more

I was excited when Trader Joe's opened and went there several times during Covid and wore my shield and was never told other wise. But a week ago I went in with my shield and was stopped very rudely as the Man at the door kept telling me that Now even after a year of mask wearing that this Liberal store requires a cloth mask which is the same type of protection as a shield! They would not let me go in to buy two bags of Cheese. Apparently they don't need anymore money during this time. When did they become so Left? I have a medical reason for not wearing a "cloth" mask! I will never go back and buy anything from this store and anyone I know! If other states can open up and restaurants can open 100%! Then Trader Joe's get over it! It's been a year! Horrible place. Bad customer service. Treat their customers like cattle. Purchased Some fruit there and it was moldy inside. Gross. I'll stick with sprouts. I come here often at least once a week. I have never been impressed with staff on the floor. Cashiers are always really nice but when an associate is on the floor they literally won't look at you or even ask if you need help not even the ones in the Hawaiian shirts. But today a young man was in the wine section and not only stopped and asked if he could help me find anything he asked every person that went by. He was tall, dark hair and wore a red shirt. Everyone at the Ellsworth location has been great, the service is outstanding. But I do have to comment that the bagged produce has been going bad fairly quickly. It is always the Trader Joe's Organic spinach, mixed greens, and even celery. Not sure if the produce is being frozen but it's wilting in less than a week.
