Photo Center Senior Associate working tonight Review: Wife spent 2 hours st the kiosk working on a photo book for Valentine's day tonight. Our antivirus software says the walmart photo site isn't safe to use. She was very proud of the work she did. She tried to proceed to checkout and the computer froze. Waited for 10 minutes or so for the "senior associate" to come try to fix it. Senior associate promptly cancels the project and erases the work. No apology, no acknowledgement except to tell me wife "you should do it at home." My wife tells her about the website security concerns and the two hours spent on the project. Senior associate shrugs her shoulders. My wife speculates that she did it on purpose since the ohoto center was set to close soon. As my wife walks away almost in tears over the wasted time, effort and lack of empathy by "senior associate", senior associate is laughing. My wife's text to me: "I am really sad with how she handled it. She new when it warned it would lose the product it would disappear. And she acted like no big deal." Yes General Manager of the Queen Creek location and yes corporate, you can reach out to me to discuss. When I paid for my oil change this morning, I was informed that they had installed a $12 oil filter because they had run out of the filter that's normally included in the advertised oil change price. Unfortunately, I wasn't told about this until it was time to pay. Had I known beforehand that there would be an additional charge, I would have chosen to change the oil myself. The technician never mentioned the extra cost or asked for my approval before installing the more expensive filter. I don't think customers should be charged for an upgrade they weren't informed about or given the opportunity to decline. My family and I have been coming here for oil changes for years but not again!!! Warning to other customers. read more

This Walmart is off Rittenhouse North of Ocotillo. It is a standard Walmart with some good deals. There are a bunch of fast food sauces. Whataburger, Taco Bell, Subway, many others. The store brand Chicken dipping sauce is Chick fil A sauce. The Chicken finger dipping sauce is Canes sauce. As you can see in the photo, they are out and many other Walmarts are out of it as well. So it is very popular. They do have a large self checkout area. read more

I've been sitting here for 30 minutes watching him interact with customers, both coming and going. What a great attitude. He has something nice to say to every person. A lot of people make fun of Walmart and the Rittenhouse store. I think could be a little cleaner, but I was checked out today by a gentleman named Ryan. (he looked like Michael McDonald of the Doobie Brothers.) with the beard and he was really one of the nicest most polite and friendly checkers. I've encountered in so long, and I just came back three days ago from spending seven weeks in Japan, which he absolutely rivals with his customer service. I watched him help the people in front of me who were questioning why a price with something and he took the time and he explained it to them and they were very thankful. He invited me to come back again and then on the way past the service center so young guy said he have a great night, sir! The management here is unprofessional, i watched a customer compliment a younger employees courteous and kind attitude at the checkout, only for the female manager,liz, to turn around and berate the employee for not doing a good enough job and having torn, unusable walmart plastic bags in the trash. Not a single "keep up the good attitude" or "good job, but heres some stuff you could improve upon" it really seemed like the customer's response annoyed this manager. It was super weird to see. Very clear that disrespect is tossed around easily here. Go to target instead, never once have i seen something like that there. I certainly wont be back here to this walmart. read more

My brother and I came ti this location last night in an attempt to purchase some whiskey which was under lock and key. We waited for an associate to come help us after we pressed the assistance needed button. No one came. After another 15 minutes, an associate using a pallet jack passed by and he said he can get someone with a key to open the " cage". So after a total of over 30 minutes, we started to leave and we walked by the associate with the pallet jack and just left the store . This location just lost our business. read more

Supercenter's are always crazy busy but this one wasn't so bad. I found some helpful associates here as I was looking for a suitcase and needed directions to the area. I went to the self check out and while I was scanning one of their employees came up and accused me of not scanning an item. When he looked at the screen it had been scanned!! Then he accused me of not scanning the item that was still in my hand !!! Well, I thought I had scanned it!! After all he came up from behind me and scared me!! But it was still in my hand. But he then said that "HE KNEW" I wasn't going to scan the item in my hand???? I am shocked by the way the employees act. But what was even more astonishing was when I called the manager, Tade,he said that he just hoped I had a better day afterwards and was sorry! That was it!!! I thought he should have had the guy call me and apologized or something along that line but no he was just sorry!! So Walmart has made us their employees and then treat us horrible!! I have never stolen anything in my life. I worked with my students about being honest! I told them how important it was! Then I go to Walmart and get treated like I'm a thief! I've never given a review of a Walmart before, but in this case it's warranted. My car battery died on a Sunday evening in my garage. Although their automotive section was closed, I was able to determine that they had the battery I needed in stock. I called the next morning to see if I could get it installed, they said bring it to bay 4 or 5. I warned them that if I turned off the car, it was not going to start. They understood. They replaced the battery right in front of me immediately upon my arrival. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Great service, decent price. Yes I could have replaced it myself if I could find my 10mm deepwell socket. Which of course is lost somewhere. But they installed it at no cost since I bought their battery. Can't beat that when it's 105 degrees. read more

Generally this store meets my expectations, employees have always been nice, and it is generally easy to be in-n-out quickly if needs be.

Legos are now behind glass and getting someone to get them is annoying and time consuming. Guess I'll go to Target instead.

Shout out to the Queen Creek location. Whether I'm shopping inside or picking up my groceries, I always have a great experience. The employees are great and the prices are right. I pickup from this location almost weekly and usually get all of my items. The only thing that I would suggest is not bagging everything separately. Sometimes I get 1 item in a bag which makes no sense. Is there a reason for that? Anyway, I'll continue to shop at my local Walmart with the great prices! read more

I couldn't find anywhere in the app or email where I could notify the staff I was parked and the pickup spot so I contacted the phone number to request help that taped to the pickup spot placard. The continuous background noise from the staff phone was horrible and I could barely hear employee. It baffles me that the pickup service is inconsistent with other Walmarts in the area. Very user Unfriendly! The person who brought order was pleasant, but I was very unhappy when I came home and found what was selected for me. It looked like I received cast off items from a food bank. Can of soup was ridiculously bent - compromised the contents. The sugar was leaking out of the bag and had been for sometime. The food in a plastic container that I received appeared to be burnt. So much for quality control at Queen Creek Walmart. I will make another long trip to that store to return the items and that will be my last. Very unhappy customer. read more

Employees have always been polite and courteous but the reason I'm leaving this review is because of, Art, the door greeter. This walmart isn't close to me, so my visit was a run in and a run out. I can say that the welcome fellow was really nice. I found what I was looking for pretty quickly, all stores are pretty much the same, that's really handy in a rush. And the shelves were well stocked and clean. The cashier was friendly and had a great smile, it was nice to chat with her briefly and then check out. I would come back of this store were closer to home, it's a good place to stop as far as I was concerned. read more

Will not allow you in the store without a mask period. Even if you have a medical condition and offer to prove it with documentation from a doctor. This is store policy, not the Maricopa county suggested guidelines. I will never spend another dollar here. I will spend slightly more to shop at Safeway down the street. Thats roughly a $2,500 loss per year for Walmart. I know its a drop in the bucket, but i am only one person. Vote with your dollars people. Its very effective overall. read more

Let me say, I am partly to blame for taking my car to Walmart for an oil change. However, I paid almost $50 for a full synthetic oil change. Got an oil change today by a highly reputable guy and as soon as he saw the oil he immediately told me it was not full synthetic. Even showed me/explained to me why it wasn't full synthetic. The oil filter was also stated as replaced and when putting the new oil filter in told me there was no way that filter was put in upon my oil change. I paid the guy $55 but he originally wanted $40 so for $10 cheaper than your shady mechanics I got an oil change (FULL SYNTHETIC), new oil filter, tire air check, fluid refills, and brake pad inspection. Do not go here for any sort of auto repair/maintenance, they will rip you off. read more

Hello I am a really PISSED Off customer, my wife bought tires several months ago. We took the SUV to our mechanic for a oil change and tire rotation and was informed that the tires had sever Dry rot and would need replacing ASAP. My wife went to Walmart to get them replaced and was told that Walmart doesn't replace tires unless it was a blown out tire, my wife questioned that this were 100.000 mile tires and these haven't even scratched the surface on those miles, and we haven't had them for even six months. The tire person got someone else involved in the conversation - they talked and one walked away, we weren't finished so he was shouted at by the tire person to come back, very rude, he said I will take photographs and let the supervisor see them when he comes into work. Then told he will get back with you - that was Thursday now it is Sunday, with nothing. My wife questioned that you sold us tires that were clearly stored somewhere that damaged them and now you question the replacement, she got a risen shoulders movement and was again told I shall get the supervisor to contact you, well when? So it is OK for Walmart to sell my wife tires and not replacement, Hmm. We have a problem here-Don't we? Unsafe tires with a really bad attitude, not a very good customer service here, also until this is resolved my wife is driving a UNSAFE SUV. This is not the first time we have been treated like shit by the customer service in this dept. How many times do we need to be mistreated before we go else where? the QC Tire dept. really sucks and really needs looking at. I noticed the last time I had a problem with them the supervisor (Manager) was a young rude jumped up youngster, what training do these guys get on how to handle a customer? Thank you for your time. Every time me and my husband come here and I mean "every time"! The employees ask for our receipt (which is understandable) but they don't ever ask anyone else, we are Mexican and it just seems disrespectful. We always have our receipts out and ready expecting them to check it. Today we had one of the employees at self checkout I think his name was "Gabriel" he was white, we were buying a new trash can for our house and he doesn't say anything to us and opens the trash can rudely and then leaves as there was nothing in there and we don't steal. I enjoy ordering my food online. I ordered my food items using the walmart app, select the time, location and pick them up. They are usually good with substitutes when they don't have your exact item however this time around I opted out on one of my substitutes. That's okay. I also checked in prior to arriving and my food items were delivered right to me within minutes of my arrival. Jason brought my eggs to me and loaded my trunk with my other food items. I normally don't hand out 5-star's to a Walmart...as they're so big, there's more of a chance for "something" to be wrong. But this store was awesome! It wasn't too crowded last month when I went there, and I was able to grab all sorts of stuff that I didn't find at another Walmart earlier on my lunch hour (I was near my office in Phoenix.) Couldn't be more pleased with the food, electronics, and clothing departments. Thank you for such an easy/great experience. This one of the only locations that is decent. Never had a problem with them, I usually find everything I need here. The employees at the self check out are always nice and greet you.
