Laura (front end) at the self checkout always makes me smile and is always so helpful. Love the promotions for charity they do with "Gloria's Salsa" as an incentive to donate. The asst mgr is always worrying about getting the carts brought in but she also worries about the emp[loyees in the heat and if they stay hydrated. This speaks volumes. Just a great feeling when we shop at our neighborhood store. Robin Barrett

I have lived in this town my entire life, back when it was mostly farmland, no streetlights, and…read morestop signs, and I have been shopping at this Fry's since it opened. For years, I've brought my elderly dog with me, who simply sits quietly in the cart. She does not bark, get up, bother customers, or cause any issues. She basically just lays there. Over the past 3-5 years, as the town has grown rapidly, this store has gone downhill fast. What used to feel like a normal, small town grocery trip now feels chaotic and stressful every single time. The store is always packed, customers are constantly cutting people off, not paying attention to where they're walking, and acting rude or disrespectful. Shopping here has become an awful experience. Today, after years of bringing my elderly dog in without a single issue, I was stopped immediately upon entrance and told to leave. I understand stores have policies they have to follow, but the way it happened felt cold and frustrating, especially after being a loyal customer for so long. This town used to have a more rural, neighborly feel, and this Fry's used to reflect that. Unfortunately, it no longer does. I'm extremely disappointed with how much this location has changed and how unpleasant shopping here has become.

The rumor was true...and they had most of their staple teas and juice cocktail drinks to choose from! Being the first time in a WinCo store, I was impressed by the size of the place and the name-brand selections they carry for some items. The aisles were wide and easy to navigate. What was supposed to be a quick grab and go of beverages turned into 45 minutes of shopping for many items. They have fresh-cut meats and fresh-caught seafood in the back of the store. Their frozen food section was also quite large compared to standard grocery stores. They carry fresh produce as well! On the way out, there was a large sign saying this is an employee-owned company. That's pretty neat I'm not handing my money to a large faceless corporation, but to a consortium of employees. WinCo may become a once a month or once a quarter stop to restock some of our family favorites!

This store is huge and always very organized and clean. They really are the supermarket low price leader as their prices are so much lower than their competitors. They post price comparisons all over the store so you can see how much you're saving which is cool and very helpful. You have to bag your own groceries but it's not a big deal to me. My favorite thing about this store is their huge bulk section. They have everything you can imagine. I especially like buying spices here as there's a huge variety and I can buy exactly the amount I need and reduce waste. This store has excellent prices on vegetables and fruits too. I usually use their self checkout. It's very convenient and I'm in and out very quickly.

If you need help finding an item, the employees on the floor are always willing to help, and they do it without an attitude. You know how sometimes you ask an employee for help, and you just KNOW they don't really want to help you?! Yeah, that's never the case here (or any other TJ's that I've been to, for that matter). The seasonal items are always a hit, and they usually bring in new items every few weeks or so. The store is always clean and well organized. I also like the frozen aisle, as it's nice and wide and easy to navigate when the store is crowded. Overall, this is a great location to do your Trader Joe's shopping. Bonus for the ladies: it's next to a Sephora!! Lol Don't worry, gents, just a few more steps down, there's a Handel's for ya! ;) You're welcome!

There is thankfully not as much confusion where things are placed as they're all overall organized in categories. Thanks to that it's much easier to find what you're looking for and makes it so you might end up buying more than you anticipated. Not that it's a bad thing at all it's actually fun so it's like a food treasure hunt. As for ambiance, like every Trader Joe's it has beautiful painted murals to represent the area it inhabits and has the other nice decorations to prove it's a good TJ.

Photo Center Senior Associate working tonight Review:…read more Wife spent 2 hours st the kiosk working on a photo book for Valentine's day tonight. Our antivirus software says the walmart photo site isn't safe to use. She was very proud of the work she did. She tried to proceed to checkout and the computer froze. Waited for 10 minutes or so for the "senior associate" to come try to fix it. Senior associate promptly cancels the project and erases the work. No apology, no acknowledgement except to tell me wife "you should do it at home." My wife tells her about the website security concerns and the two hours spent on the project. Senior associate shrugs her shoulders. My wife speculates that she did it on purpose since the ohoto center was set to close soon. As my wife walks away almost in tears over the wasted time, effort and lack of empathy by "senior associate", senior associate is laughing. My wife's text to me: "I am really sad with how she handled it. She new when it warned it would lose the product it would disappear. And she acted like no big deal." Yes General Manager of the Queen Creek location and yes corporate, you can reach out to me to discuss. Shout out to Nick who was kind and apologetic and who should get promoted when Senior associate gets demoted.
