Yay. Yeah yeah yay. Aldie is in the Phoenix area and we couldn't be happier. I really like this store out of California and I'm so glad to see it creeping into Arizona. This is a wonderful store to find all kinds of goodies like trail mixes, nits, chocolates, chips, nutritional bars, organic fruits, yogurts, and other products. I can't quite say for sure, but it's almost like a dollar store meets up with a grocery store. There are some items for the house like cleaning supplies, and storage items; but what you find here is what you find; in other words, it's never the same twice. Lots of goodies if you're just in for the discovery. If you like, finding some goodies at a decent price, give it a try, you may be pleasantly surprised.

Of all the ALDI locations in Arizona, this one is the best! Always an exceptional selection of unique in-house brands, always stocked well, and very clean/organized. Cashiers always very friendly and is centrally located near a new Costco and a Wal-Mart. One of the first places I go every week when grocery shopping. A+!

It's bright and clean, wide aisles with lots of variety and the feel a neighborhood market in the spirit of a Trader Joes and World Market.

There is a farm with a chicken coop, even seating if you want to eat there. There is a Farm Store with produce grown from this farm. There is Barnone which has a bar, pizzeria, ice cream shop, vegan lunch spot, salon, and more. On 2nd Wednesdays are Farmer's Market Nights called "Agritopia Farm Night", which is a big event here, from 5-8 (Sept to May, no Jan). Parking is everywhere. In front of The Coffee Shop, behind The Coffee Shop, next to The Farm Store, Garage East, and near Joe's Farm Grill. On a Sunday in September, there was parking and we were walk-ins everywhere. It was nice to find both, a seat and a place to park. Only a walk a way in Epicenter is Buck & Rider, UnderTow, Bunky Boutique, and Peixoto. Warm in September, wear a hat and stay hydrated.

The farm grows a wide variety of vegetables, fruit, nuts, herbs, and plants. The Farm at Agritopia operates a self-serve farm store and hosts a Wednesday farmers market during the season. The Agritopia Community Garden is a gathering place for members to garden, grow healthy produce, and build community in the garden. There are 48 individual 20x20 plots and 6 half plots. Each plot is leased yearly. The plot, water, access to the tool shed, and social functions of the gardeners are all included in the lease. Also located in Agritopia is The Epicenter, which is a mixed use commercial and residential project featuring retail stores, health clubs, restaurants, a luxury apartment, and more to come. Agritopia is one of my favorites if not my most favorite place in the Valley. I love the community, what it offers as well as the stores and restaurants. Although there are plenty of free parking all around Agritopia, it can be challenging to find a spot on weekend evenings as well as Farm Nights.

So much has changed with the Queen Creek Olive Mill since I first reviewed it many years ago…read more Superstition Coffee cafe is no longer there. That section has been replaced with the Olive Mill's service bar. The retail shop has expanded - still the oils and vinegars that we know and love, but also other dry sundries like pasta, spices and seasonings. There's a little deli area with loaves of bread, focaccia, fresh cheese. And there's the spa merch - for soaps, balms, and the like. They still offer tours as well. The food is still outstanding. There is a lot of seating inside and out. But it does get VERY BUSY, so yes- during peak brunch hours it can be very hard to find a table. I don't go often enough, but love it every time I go.

Their pizzas are BOMB! Don't forget to grab some fresh sourdough or other types of bread they have. In addition , I would highly encourage grabbing some of their homemade soups! The outside area has live music playing sometimes and it's a great place to get together with kids since it's so open and allows you to choose sit around a bunch of people or go off into a more secluded area. Another thing we did before moving here when we visited was did the olive tour where they give you a lesson on olive and olive oil! Very interesting if you love olive oil and cooking! This gem is definitely a highlight in this area for a good kick back, with good food, good vibes, and fresh air! Bonus, they have motorcycle parking
