AMERICAN DREAM Don't discount this grocery store if you are looking for good deals. Here you will find food that is cheaper than normal retail. There are a lot of items that may have been promotional or seasonal goods, even other stores brands, that are reduced to sell. Some things are near expiration or slightly past the 'best by' dates, but as processed food, it's still edible! Other things seem to be a surplus that have come from manufacturers and suppliers in bulk quantities, think of it as Dollar Tree meets Costco. The intrigue of not knowing what new and unique items you might discover every week at amazing prices will keep you coming back. There is virtually no restriction to what kind of product they may carry. Also, if you spend $50 or more, you will get a chance to spin a wheel to win small items or additional discounts for future purchases. This grocery chain has achieved the real American Dream of cheap food and snacks to indulge our gluttonous nature.

Lots of great stuff I have been shopping here since their old location. Over 15 years of positive shopping experiences. Some of the food is past the sell by date but they guarantee everything. The staff there is super friendly and helpful. I personally recommend starting your shopping trip here then going to your regular grocery stores. They have more than just groceries they also have pet beds, toys and chewies and a rwallu nice indoor dog house. They have bulk items in case you own a store restaurant or food truck. They also have Amazon buy outs and house decor.

This is one of my new favorite spots to grab random things, especially if you like energy drinks or soda! I drink Celcius and they have had amazing deals, a case of 12 for around $10. It's a steal! I am also able to grab snacks and things for the work week. The first time I went I got so many things for only $60! I included a picture of what I purchased for others to get an idea. The staff are the best as well. Really nice and helpful. The store is organized well and clean. I have come here twice in the past month and will make this a regular spot for groceries

This was a cool "pop up" tik tok thread I viewed and found I had to go! There was a similar place I use to shopped in Nor Cal, so this was a must check out / compare for me! There original location was founded 1998 and was first called Harvest Market. This location is the largest of the two they have expanded too that's only featured in Arizona. When we first arrived, they had many advertised special. American Discount Foods deals in shelf products; From near or past expiration or suggested "sell by" dates, dented cans, out-of-season items or overstocked items. To salvage pallets that may also have imperfect produce, baked goods and meat. So, always a variety of different types of bargains, constantly rotating brands & affordable stock. But, keep in mind- if you find that amazing deal get it in bulk 'cause it's a situation that if you think you might want to come back later to buy it, it's not guaranteed simply because they're continuously changes their merchandise based on availability and the criteria above. We found a lot of reasonable inventory and some unexpected fun finds. The store is well stocked with EVERYTHING most regular grocery carry. Yet, the saving can be it up to 70% more! Extremely large space with plenty of room to explore. Picked up some great snacks for lunches, some soft drinks, unusual ranges of cheeses & savory sausage links too! The cashiers were really friendly and engaging. They offer a customer service program when providing your name and phone number which keeps track of your purchases and points. If you spend $50 or more ( which we did) on each occasion you are able to spin their big game wheel. They offer additional savings on that as well. Where you land is what you receive. We stalled on 2 which saves us $2 on our next visit. The biggest prize is $15 on their rewards roulette! Additionally, if you provide your email address they send weekend specials to you as well. Just for signing up you'll get a $5 coupon! Fantastic experience and we will be coming back to save on more distinctive discounted items this clearance center has to offer. Check it out!

This place is located on NE side of Southern and Longmore. Lots of parking. I posted a photo with the hours. They do have cooking supplies as well as charcoal. If you spend $50, you get to spin their Wheel of Fortune to win a discount for next visit (see photos). Good deal if you are spending $50 anyway. The packaged foods have some very good deals. Also the yogurt was pretty cheap. The frozen meats, however, not sure if they are really good deals. You would have to look and compare to weekly sales at regular places. Overall not a bad option to check out. It was pretty crowded so that tells you there are at least some deals.

I have really mixed feelings about this store. It felt like a thrift store experience and it was freezing inside! They have a lot of items you wouldn't normally see at your grocery store. I guess they bulk buy items the other stores couldn't sell and so they can pass on the savings to their customers. Lot of items are expired so I had to check the expiration dates on everything which I did not enjoy. I did end up finding an amazing deal in the frozen food section- a gluten free chocolate cake for only $1.49 that would normally sell for about $10 at other grocery stores. It tasted great too. I wished I had bought more to freeze. Also bought scorching hot sour cream and onion Pringle's for $1.29. Unfortunately nothing else really appealed to me and I just got tired of having to check the expiration dates. They do have a sign stating they guarantee all their products even if they're damaged or expired. Apparently you can return dry goods within 45 days and 14 days for refrigerated and frozen purchases. The store was pretty busy especially for a weekday. It may be a good place for big families that don't mind going through items but just didn't appeal me. Worth checking out once though.

They are a co-op, so they do not accept credit cards and only take debit cards, cash or checks, because of this, their prices are typically lower which I do find the be the case! They have all the grocery stores needs, but I particularly love their bulk section, where you can "what you need." It features candy, flours, noodles, grains, wheats, trail mix, dog treats, spices and seasonings. TRULY EVERYTHING. You can get just an ounce or you can get 5 lbs. I love that I can refill any containers I already have and be a bit more green and reusable with some of my basics and then some. In addition, their meat is super reasonably priced and they have a great hot food or grab n go food section and bakery. As well as a seasonal or home section! We could easily do all our grocery shopping needs and well worth a trip to check out if you haven't been! The only less than stellar part is their check out. We often use self check out, but do have normal check out lines available. As most grocery stores, there are only a few staff working at a given time, so the lines can get long and you do need to bag yourself, which honestly I prefer. They have a divider between customers, so two can be bagging at any given time and though it is suppose to be more efficient it can cause a back up depending on the situation. Still a great spot for grocery shopping!
