Chicks.
Dave S.

I love local small businesses, a gem in downtown Mesa. Super chill shopping experience, lots of stuff to browse like books for everyone, some jewelry, natural foods and chicks (chickens). A well staffed store that's full of knowledge and very helpful in answering your questions like how to start raising chickens in your backyard or growing sprouts and stuff like that. Real positive experience from all the employees to the owner. Beautiful. They also have stuff from other locals to buy which is a win-win for everyone. Fresh milk, and eggs, picked veggies and honey. Last words... relaxing and unhurried.

Excellent organic products, though expensive. Always helpful service. A small store with attached parking.

Local raw milk, local vendors. Loved the ghee we bought & the fresh popsicles! They have live chicks and chickens!

I love Trader Joe's! To echo what many others have said, it may be smaller than stores like Fry's…read moreor Safeway, but everything it carries is thoughtfully curated and high quality. They offer a great selection of ready-made foods, along with a wonderful variety of fresh options including fruits, vegetables, and meats like beef, chicken, and seafood. The frozen section is also impressive, with plenty of delicious and convenient entrée choices. One of the best parts of shopping here is the unique items you won't find anywhere else--fun snacks, creative chips, and distinctive candies that keep things interesting every visit. Their flower selection is also worth mentioning--beautiful arrangements at prices that are hard to beat. The cherry on top is the amazing staff--always friendly, helpful, and genuinely pleasant. It makes the whole shopping experience even better.

I see Trader Joe's like how I see Target: You think you're gonna go in for a few items but you always walk away with half the store. "I'm just here for the Triple Ginger Snaps." Then why are you grabbing jars Speculoos Cookie Butter, packages of frozen kimbap, boxes of frozen mac 'n cheese, a stalk of Brussels sprouts, and tubs of clam chowder and lobster bisque? And really, do you need another pot of succulents or basil that will just die in this Arizona heat? Yeeeeeees, of course you do~ So grab your cool looking Trader Joe's reusable bags [go green!] and shop here! Their seasonal items and holiday items are always fun to peruse.
