Mesa Store 110 I…read morewould like to take a moment to recognize Stephanie, the cashier, for the way she handled a very difficult situation during my recent visit. The weight machine at her register was not working, and Stephanie was trying to figure out what was causing the problem. Despite the situation and the growing line of customers, she remained calm and professional. She did not allow her frustration to show or create any negative atmosphere for the customers. I want you to know that Stephanie's calm and positive demeanor made a real difference to me. Honestly, because of the way she handled the situation, I decided not to leave my shopping cart and take my business to another store. I also want to recognize Kyle who provided me with excellent help in the bulk section. I was looking for oat bran and some other ingredients, and this gentleman took the time to help me understand the labels on the bulk items. He also explained that I could have an item ordered by the case if I needed that quantity. He didn't have to go out of his way to help me, but because he was observant and attentive, he noticed that I needed assistance and helped me find what I was looking for--and even gave me additional information that was very helpful. Please let both of them know that their kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to help were noticed and genuinely appreciated.

She kept asking him things like what's your problem? Why are you ignoring me, You're so much drama.... Just like egging him on for some sort of an answer. It was obvious that there was something going on that bothered her, so she kept focusing on that and bothering him versus focusing on the customer Aiden, I think, was trying to be quiet, because there was a customer, me, so he didn't really say a word. I felt bad for him because I think he was embarrassed that she was making a scene in front of me. I come from a healthcare, customer service background Really awful and tacky. I hope somebody can coach her and teach her about excellent Customer service.

The burger was large, flavorful, and made with quality ingredients. Considering the generous portion size, the price was very reasonable and offered excellent value. I'm also a big fan of fresh-brewed tea, and it did not disappoint. It was fresh, refreshing, and the perfect complement to the meal. One of the highlights of the restaurant is the large shaded patio. Even on warmer days, the misting system helps keep the space comfortable, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy your meal outdoors. Between the great food, reasonable prices, outstanding employees, and comfortable patio, this was a very enjoyable experience. I'll definitely be back.

How Long to Let French Croissants Cool Before Eating Freshly…read morebaked French croissants are best eaten after cooling for about 10-15 minutes, until they are warm but no longer steaming, to preserve flakiness and prevent sogginess. Why cooling matters Right out of the oven, croissants are hot and still releasing steam. If eaten immediately, the moisture inside can make the layers soft and less crisp.
