The aisles are wide and not congested with floor stacks and displays crowding the interior (Fry's hint, hint, elbow, elbow). Even the parking spaces are large. Because it not super busy with customers, the inventory is usually stocked and rarely sold out of product. Of course there is a Starbucks The self check out machines are easy to use and have a big area so you don't feel like you are bumping into anyone. I went in on a Saturday at around 10 am. Bought over 200 dollars in food. They had one checker, I waited in line behind 2 other customers. She didn't call for back up. The checker didn't even say hello, so I did. There was no bagger. So I put my own groceries in the cart, she bagged them. She had the turn table turned off so I had to pull them from her side. I prefer grocery shopping at this store vs Safeway as it's always clean, much less crowded, and actually has better selections. One significant difference I noticed is that this store does not run out of their weekly specials like Safeway does. This store has a very impressive extensive liquor section and a huge cooler dedicated just to beer. It's fun to browse and look at all the different variety they carry. They also have a beautiful floral shop and plant section too. Their bakery store is better than a lot of other stores and you can custom order any cakes. I really appreciate the always neatly organized and fresh vegetables. You will also find a ready to eat sushi section and different flavored chicken wings you can buy by the pound which is so convenient. Download the app and you can score some awesome deals too. Scored some chips for $1.97 each (regular price is $5.99) and some cage free eggs for $1.49. I like this store as it's rarely crowded, the store is SUPER clean and organized and is well lit. They also almost always have stuff in stock. Their prices, however, aren't really competitive and seem to be higher than most stores, including Walmart. To put this into perspective, I bought an 11.2oz container of Nut Pods French vanilla creamer and it was $4.99. A 16oz container of the same creamer at Walmart is $3.57. The employees here could also be better. They're not rude but they're not really friendly either. When I worked at a grocery store we were required to greet people and ask if they were finding everything ok. I feel like those days are gone. read more

Reading through some other reviews I was comforted to find many folks shared my fondness of this Albertson's because it always seems welcoming - not crowded, friendly staff, wide, stocked aisles, and a not-busy Starbucks! They have a great spirits section too if you're into that. I wouldn't say you're going to get the best prices here, its not known for discount goods, but they have a reward card and deals just like all of the other supermarkets would. Going back to the convenience piece though- parking is always good and lots of cart drops. Recommend you check out this store if you shop in the area, its my go to for quick trips! read more

I've never been more appalled by the treatment I received at this Albertsons location. I came in simply looking for a highlight product, and instead, I was accused of stealing. Yes -- stealing. Before I had even purchased anything, a staff member decided to argue with me, claiming I wasn't going to pay for the items I clearly had every intention of buying. No apology, no assistance -- just pure condescension and hostility. When I finally did purchase the items I was wrongfully accused of taking, I received zero help. While being babysat by said employee that originally accused me of stealing. I even politely asked for assistance locating the highlight I'd been trying to find for 15 minutes, and JEFF FERNANDEZ, instead of doing his job and helping a customer -- a teenager, no less -- chose to escalate the situation. His solution? Call the police. Over what? A teen trying to buy a makeup product after being humiliated. JEFF, the manager, came out not to de-escalate or investigate the situation professionally, but to aggressively defend his staff's baseless accusation, refuse a refund, and ultimately kick me out while calling the police. The entire experience was beyond disrespectful, humiliating, and unjustified. This location clearly lacks professionalism, training, and basic human decency. If you're looking for a store where you're treated with dignity and respect -- this is NOT the place. read more

We are very glad that this Albertsons is near our home. We consistently find great values, fresh food, great selection and consistently experience excellent fast, friendly, courteous, professional customer service at this store. Aisles are wide, store and carts are always clean. The walk in beer cooler is amazing. We often find great adult beverage values there. In this economy, we admitted shop multiple nearby stores for value and often find it at this Albertsons. However, if we just need grocery store items, this Albertsons is my "go to". read more

I don't know what it is about this location, but nearly every last one of their customers and most of their employees are largely unpleasant to deal with, even if you're trying to steer clear of everyone. This is the second occasion I've had where another customer has gone out of their way to glare at me through their car window, while standing outside their car and even as they're walking into the store - they stared me down the whole time. This, after the previous visit where I walked near a parking space as a senior citizen was about to pull in and they honked at me, and threw up their hands - not sure what I do to deserve all this when I'm just buying groceries and minding my business, but this -- along with constant inventory, coupon and staffing issues -- reminds me why I just shouldn't be shopping here. Save your sanity and go to another Albertson's...or just any other store...period. read more

Rewards card applies as currently affiliated with Safeway ( Vons) A convenient store for groceries, special prices/weekly sales, $5 daily deals & clearance section. In my opinion the produce is somewhat higher priced than other local chains & not the best quality. However, This Albertson's was very clean, had a good selection of wine & liquor. A nice deli department with many fresh meats, tasty salads and other fresh bakery offerings that are reasonably priced. Cashiers are friendly & courtesy clerks provide good service. read more

The store is pretty average is grocery stores go. Can be a little higher priced on grocery items that aren't on sale. I will say that if you come to the store 2 hours before closing do yourself a favor and only pick up a few items. They don't have a cashier working a register after a certain time in the evening. I'm in this location at least once per week. I pass 2 Safeway stores on my way but just prefer this location. It is always clean inside, aisles are nicely spaced, staff is always super friendly. My only issue which I encountered again today is the condition of the chips. Whomever you have stocking the shelves, be it a store employee or the delivery person needs to take better care of stocking the shelves. I wanted to take advantage of the sale today, must buy 3 to get each bag for $1.77 but each and every one of the 4 available bags of Tostitos wheat scoops were smashed. I'm taking bits visible through the peak a boo window of the bag. Thank goodness Mission chips were in better condition so I bought those. I guess I saved a bunch of calories though as I only walked out with 1 bag instead of the 3 bags required for the other sale. read more

The event was this past Saturday 2/5/22. I'm still getting messages from the guest saying how good the cake was and how beautiful. They all want to know where I ordered it from. They both went above and beyond to make my request for the vision of the cake I wanted ordered for the bride-to-be. They exceeded my expectations and the bride loved it. When I think of Albertsons I always think of the sketchy one near my house in Tucson, so I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into this one. It's clean and well lit. It's easy to navigate. Normally I wouldn't write a review about a grocery store but I think this Albertson's deserves to be recognized. I've lived close enough to this Albertson's, that I can walk there, for about 5 years. We walk there at least 4 times a week and have become very familiar with the store and employees. Many of the front end employees are teenagers. I've never met a better group of teenagers at a retail store in my life. (Almost) all of them are very outgoing and carry on a conversation with you as they check you out. They always talk to my young boys and give them stickers. One boy, Eli, is exceptional. He makes it a point to find us in the store to give my son a sticker. He gets down on my sons level and talks with him. My son even ran into him at the movies once (while with his Nana) and Eli made a point to say hello to him. They call each other their buddies. Are their prices more than Fry's or Walmart? Yes but if you shop here, you won't be disappointed. They have great sales and you don't need a card to get the extra Savings like Fry's or Safeway. They have really become what feels like family and even if the prices are a bit higher, I don't mind because I've never felt so welcome in a store, EVER! read more

There is a young lady named Carrie that is a cashier. She is such an asset to the company. My entire bank shut down so I was not able to use my card. My transaction only totalled $1.38, Carrie actually reached into her pocket and gave me $2 of her own money to pay for my transaction. Yup, this place is going downhill. Today I went shopping here and some of my J4U offers didn't work. I showed the gal that I "added" those offers by showing her on my phone. She asked if I used the "app " to load the offers and I told her that I make all my shopping lists off my home computer. She said that if I don't download the app to my phone and use it to load my offers, it won't work for me. She said that's why my offers won't work. Now, you tell me, how stupid is that? I can't say enough about this grocery store. They have excellent customer service and I never experience cashier lines more than one or two people deep. They have a small selection of Organic vegetables, but the quality is very high; a decent selection of beer - beyond the usual bud light / coors light offering and the selection of baking supplies is as good as I've seen at a grocery store. Ordered my sons Birthday cake from here for pickup on 7/29/19! I came in two weeks prior with a picture of a Jurassic Park themed cake that I found online and showed the baker in hopes that they could do something similar! The baker was pretty sure that they could but she would need to consult with the head Baker and would call me later to confirm. They did in fact call me a few days later to confirm and assured me that my cake would be ready on the date I requested! When I went to pick up my sons cake I was absolutely thrilled with the finished product! The cake was super cute and just what I wanted! I however was running a little behind schedule and forgot to bring the toy dinosaur decorations and candles that I purchased for the cake but "Misty" the baker had everything that I needed on hand and truly helped me get my life back in order !! Everyone at my sons birthday party loved the cake and it was definitely one of the best tasting cakes I've had! I always shopped at Fry's even tho it's a bit further to drive. Just found product, selection and meat quality better. Albertson's recently renovated their liquor dept and it's the bomb. Selection,size and price made me start shopping there. However, their quality control with employee training is just bad. We got overcharged THREE times in a row! Not cool. Lost one of the receipts, but eventually brought two of them back and the overcharge for those two was over $22. I'm not a cheapy-charlie but that's a significant amount. Bagger also put two liquor bottles into only one flimsy plastic bag. You guessed it, it failed and broke a bottle. Back to Fry's. Called and manager said just to bring the bill back. Well, I don't want to have to do that. Girl at desk was nice but unapologetic, but did say, "Gee, that's a lot!" Yea no kidding. read more

This is convenient for my grocery shopping but I'm now going elsewhere. Reasons being that on several occasions I've relied on them for basic ingredients and they've run out. This week there was no cilantro, brocolli or the bacon I normally get as well as another item on my list that I can't remember offhand. If I have to go somewhere else for the missing ingredients, I might as well just shop somewhere else. The guy in the produce area was apologetic and friendly about it though which saved a star. Also, the guy at the check out that I've encountered several times is not friendly at all, doesn't speak nor smile, obviously resenting his job. The meat and seafood at this location is terrific, and at a great price!!! There is however a long time rude employee (Mona I believe her name is). She works the meat counter and is short tempered, rude, and just an all around nasty person. I have seen many people complain, including myself to Albertsons management, and nothing is ever done about it. She was rude again to me today, the manager on duty told me to take it up with the GM on Monday. I also would advise against their produce. Very expensive!! Shop here only because this is the closest store to our house. They hardly ever have more than one cash register open in the evening. Customer service is poor.
