I had a great experience thanks to Samuel at Fry's! I was looking for a specific cheese (Challerhocker), but they didn't have it. Samuel took the time to help me look for it and even let me sample a few different cheeses to find something similar. He ended up recommending one that was really good! He was super kind, patient, and just really chill throughout the whole experience. It's not every day you meet someone who's genuinely happy to help and makes shopping more enjoyable. Stopped at this location as I was running errands to pick up a few groceries. This was my first time at this location and I was very impressed! It's so much larger than the one near my house. So I decided to check out the entire store going through every aisle. It was 10 o'clock in the morning but the wing bar was fully stocked! I was shocked and impressed. They also have huge cheese section, Chompie deli sandwiches, ready to eat food, sushi, and a bakery. This store is very well stocked and organized. I love this Fry's! I'm fortunate to have it as my closest store. It's huge and fairly new. It's clean, organized, and well stocked. The layout is easy to navigate and has a nice flow. I've become so familiar with it that I know where to find everything I need, but if I ever get stuck, the friendly staff are always happy to help. I have to give the floral manager a shoutout. My son was asked to homecoming less than a week before the dance and I had completely forgotten to order a corsage for his date until two days before. Though it was past the order deadline and they were fully booked, the manager was able to squeeze one more order in for me as long as I could pick up at the time she specified. I was blown away by her kindness. I gave her the colors and she was able to match the ribbon perfectly to my son's date. The corsage turned out beautiful! There are plenty of registers, each with a cashier and bagger, and two self-checkout stations located on either side of the store. I never have to wait long to check out! read more

This place was huge! Who would have thought, Fry's a great place to shop for all types of household items, extra large pet isle, clothing, groceries, and even a sushi station! I might have missed is they had a day spa or a golf course, but perhaps they are working on adding those to their future stores! Jk After lunch (yes, the rule is you can't go grocery shopping on an empty stomach, or else you'll have buyers remorse), drove over to this frys to check out how huge this store was and it didn't disappoint. I didn't need anything but still bought a few items, especially the sushi station. Great place, friendly staff willing to ask if we needed help, and clean store. This new Fry's Fuel stop just opened in front of a Fry's grocery store so new it still shines like a dime in the sun. The station is easy to get in and out of, and there are plenty of nicely covered pumps and parking in front of the convenience store. Gas pricing was a might on the high side in relation to other nearby gas stations at $3.549 for regular on 7/29, but as I only had twelve miles left before I was sitting on empty I'm not complaining. read more

I also like this Frys store it's a bigger store. They've got a very good selection here again their produce is very good. The staff is friendly. The pharmacy is a little bit on the slow side, but maybe that's just cause they're really busy. I don't know. it's a nice big store with a great selection. read more

Love the fruit and veggie section here. The pre-packaged ones are affordable and fresh. They're displayed really nice and aesthetically that I have to put at least one in my cart before I leave! The guac, pico de gallo, and the salsa also taste so good that I always take these home as well. Also love the party trays with the whip cream it gives that extra flavor to the fruits. read more

Brand new huge Fry's Marketplace in a convenient location for Gilbert communities (SW corner of WilliamsField and Recker). The area is rapidly expanding with new homes, parks, and stores. Having a large grocery store is a welcome addition to the neighborhood. The store seemingly has everything you'd need for groceries, cooking, and even offers departments that will rival Wal-Mart and Target for common household goods, clothes and furnishings. Some great features of the store that I like are the various specialty foods. This includes the sushi bar, Chompie's selections, and wide array of meats and pre-made meal options. With a pharmacy included, Starbucks, and gas station outside, this store can really become a one-stop shop for most people. It's been open for a few weeks, and hasn't felt too crowded yet, despite the holidays around the corner. As more fast food and other shops open up on the perimeter, we'll continue to be frequenters of this location. read more

This is my normal location I shop weekly. I don't know what has changed, but don't let the beautiful store fool you. They are not turning the shelves like they should. I can not tell you how many times recently I have purchased something that is expired or has mold on it. With a store that size and employees like crazy and their prices higher than most other stores, you would think it would be on point. Apparently not hopefully they will get it together, till then I think I will find another grocery store. Fry's maybe check your breads, Bagels, meat, and fruits and veggies more often. read more

Joel the gas station clerk is very very rude and racist, it's been many situations and tonight proved it even more, he even went as far as telling me your sh*T out of luck n****er because I was trying to use 2 different payment methods. B- garden area. I call this location "the big frys" because here's too much there, I get lost every time. But their selection for indoor potted plants is sad and I am disappointed. The one on Pecos has a much better selection despite being a smaller store. But as grocery stores go, this frys is great. I've never not been able to find something here! Actually scratch that, despite having such a huge wine section, they really lack in their reisling offerings. It's Fry's. Waddaya want? We went in-store (instead of pick-up). Overall, pretty typical of Fry's. They may have a bit more varied selection, especially in the meat and produce areas. And the layout is a bit different. But it's still Fry's. All things being equal I would shop at this Fry's versus another Fry's, but we tend to shop at Sprouts more anyway. read more

This store has its highs and lows. It has a pretty good selection and I've had some luck at the customer service desk. But then today happened. Went to buy meat and the package advertises "cut and wrapped free." Literally. On the package. (See photo). So, I went to the meat counter and asked them to cut and wrap it free. The response "sorry we don't do that now." What?!? So I ask for clarification. Short version they only cut meat between 4:30 and 5 pm. That's it. It was 5:15 when is asked. Who the hill is shopping for groceries only between 4:30 and 5pm? I guess this place only caters to the independently wealthy? Those with jobs need not shop. Frys keeps committing suicide by a thousand cuts. One little annoying thing after another. This frys is never clean, there is always something spilled on the floor with a sign next to it but never cleaned. The employees here are mostly rude, you'll get a couple of lucky kind cashiers. Frys is a great store and generally has great selection and customer service but this location lacks in both of those departments. Whenever something is raised to management, they do seem to care and attend to the problem immediately. read more

I like the selection of the new Fry's and this is our go to location. It would honestly be a 4 star place, if it was not for the disaster that is the deli department. We have yet to have an order prepared accurately! NEVER! Once in a while its a simple error in cheese; like our last visit when we ordered Plain Havarti and were given Jalapeño. Other times its a 1/2 lb, when ordered 1/3. Best was when they gave us ham instead of turkey. Seems there is a language barrier issue, but THEY WRITE the order down: so why the errors? We used. to shop at Mariano's; same chain/parent company now (Kroger). We are used to telling the deli clerk an order and they do it. This taking an order down and then calling back customers when its done is not working. You'd think it would be more efficient, allowing for customers to place an order and continue shopping. I spent 45 minutes shopping had a cart full of stuff and spirits. They have a buy 6 get 25% off deal. I stood at self check out for 18 minutes four different "managers" went back and exchanged bottles, checked signs and prices and it wouldn't ring up right with the managers doing it? Then they voided everything and rang all 7 bottles up twice and it didn't discount? Finally they said oh that brand (Tito's) isn't included? I showed them the sign didn't say that? She says I just know it's not included? WTH???? The sign doesn't say anything but she has carnal knowledge or the deal and it's evidently a secret? Then she asks if I want the other manager to get me something else that is included? No sorry no hey let's just make it right? Just oh I know that's not on there? Discrimination, unethical business practices, humiliating customers That is what this Fry's store represents and allows from their staff. I'm deciding to write a review on this because nobody from Fry's responded to me in regards to my experience that I had the other day that put me in tears while I was in the store and left me in tears after the store. It caused me humiliation in front of other customers as well, and I don't think it was fair and others should be warned. What initially happened began on the Fry's app - I ordered groceries on Sunday and I was guaranteed a Sunday delivery. I never got my groceries. I had paid for them and they told me they were going to arrive on Monday between 5 and 7 PM. I was not happy with this because their app already is really hard to work with And I was expecting my groceries Sunday. The customer service rep gave me a $20 credit and told me specific instructions on how to use that credit when I was in the store & to let the cashier know the specific way the cashier needs to ring that transaction. So idue to their false advertising Frys actually cost me money and the $20 credit doesn't even cover expense. They cost me more money because I still had to go get groceries Sunday evening since I was planning on them being delivered Sunday as their app guaranteed . So BEWARE of this practice that they use because it's unethical . AND the $20 credit they gave can never makeup for the humiliation that they caused me next!!!!! So on 3/2 at 8:52 am I go into the store in the morning because I needed a few things and thought I could use my credit . Mind you three weeks ago I had a double mastectomy with removal of lymph nodes, and it takes a lot to drag myself out of bed some mornings because I'm still recovering - so I didn't look my greatest when I went in there - my hair was pushed back and I didn't have any makeup on. I feel that I was totally judged based on my appearance because when I tried to use the $20 credit, the cashier called me a scammer, and a liar. She said that they don't know how to ring those those credits and they never work and it's a scam. I explained it was a $20 credit due to the Fry's app but she didn't want to hear any explanation. She proceeded to tell me the world is full of scammers and why should she believe anything I am saying. There are customers all around me in line hearing this all the while. So I said I have specific instructions from the chat on the app, but she refused to read them so I read them to her. She said How does she really know that that's from the app? How does she know I'm not trying to get away with $20 of groceries. So because Fry's doesn't have good procedures and training of their cashiers I was basically called a thief, and I'm sorry but the real thief is Fry's when their app doesn't work right and you have to go rebuy groceries because they don't deliver when they guarantee - somebody's making money there and it wasn't me - somebody was losing money there and that was me. It's not my fault that they don't have cashiers trained on how to use credits given by customer service on the Fry's app - to me that's horrible service. The embarrassment that it caused me still makes me cry thinking about it. I started crying in front of customers because they could hear the cashier calling me a scammer, and she did so I feel based on my appearance. I started my day happy to be alive, and happy that I can get out of bed, And feel OK after undergoing breast cancer surgery only to go on there and be humiliated. Management hasn't called me back and I feel like that employee needs to be talked to, but I also feel like their app needs to be fixed as well as their customer service credits from the app and how cashiers are trained to ring those up need to be fixed too. They should be a while oiled machine - They shouldn't take it out on their customers. When they don't make things work right to me, that seems unethical like they're making money on the back end, because they sure did on me. Maybe they should consider that they're unethical by guaranteeing a grocery delivery time and not coming through knowing customers have to go buy groceries while waiting for their original order. I don't feel like I'm the real scammer or thief here - all of this was at Frys 4075 E. Williams Field Rd. the cashier was Adrian because Adrian was that woman that treated me terribly's manager who rang me up at a different register because I started crying. I don't remember her name but she was in her mid 40s probably, short. with blonde hair in a bob cut style, and glasses. Both however need some coaching on listening to customers and not discriminating. I hope to hear from this Fry's location and be told they're doing some thing about their shortcomings, in the way they do business. read more

The pharmacy is horrible. Always short staffed and staffs with long face. Picking up my daughter 2 med to find out that they only have 1 which is ointment. The antibiotics, they need to contact doctor to clear thing out and promising to give me a call. Next day, I called no one answer, left a voice mail.. no return call. Following day I decided to stop by and ask.. they clear thing out with doctor but doesn't have the antibiotics in stock and told me that fry's on rigs rd and Mc queen has it in stock. So I told them to send my daughter prescription there so I can have it same day. 3 hours later, I call fry's at Mc queen and rig rd to find out nothing have sent there. Another trip to fry's. The girl there says she was busy and forgot all about it then she called fry's on rig rd and mc queen. I was happy believe my daughter will have antibiotics for her ear infection. I drove to fry's on Mc queen and rigs rd. I got there to find out they don't have the antibiotic in stock. Omg.. so frustrated ;(( driving back and forth for nothing. I believe fry's should do something to resolve shorting, unhappy staff at this location. read more

i really love shopping at this store , however, grocery pickup is incredibly poorly organized , and has been a frustrating experience. This past week i attempted grocery pickup twice. the first time , i was leaving the house at the time that my order was supposedly done when i received a call that my order would not be ready. I completely understood that it was a holiday and just asked to cancel my order. however, the second time , the next day , i tried to do the same. I followed the procedure once again without hiccup , got my groceries , and drove home. However , as soon as i looked over my order , i found that 8 out of the 20 some items i purchased were missing. I called back and was told that my issue would be investigated and i would be re-contacted, however , i didn't hear back. after about 3 hours (it was 7 or 8pm at this point) i called again to get a status update , at which time i received profuse apologies that my order had been forgotten , and then i was told that i could go pick up the rest of my order. From the sound of it , the worker i was in contact with was alone and doing their best to keep up with the influx of orders , and i appreciate that individual trying to take care of things. I'm more upset at the lack of management of the program , the lack of oversight of the delivery process , and the circles i had to run around in to try to figure out how to correct the mistake fry's had made , since disputing the order wasn't an option. I don't think i'll ever be using the pickup service again , even if i may shop at fry's in the distant future. read more
