Absolutely unacceptable experience at this Walgreens. My grandmother went in needing help locating her photo order and politely asked for assistance. Instead of offering any kind of basic customer service, a woman named Mary decided it was the perfect time to act rude, dismissive, and full of unnecessary attitude. Mary was incredibly sassy and disrespectful, making my elderly grandmother feel like a burden just for asking a simple question. She clearly had no patience and made it obvious she didn't want to help. If you don't like dealing with people, maybe don't work at the photo counter in a pharmacy that's supposed to serve the community? This store should be ashamed to have someone like that representing them. We will 100% be taking our business elsewhere and we'll be letting everyone we know do the same. Do better, Walgreens. Seniors deserve respect too. read more

Pharmacy was my main focus today. My wife had surgery and we had a number of things to pick up. The pharmacy tech and the pharmacist were quite helpful and full of energy. I will continue to come to this pharmacy. read more

Slowest service ever at the pharmacy and it has been this way for almost 5 years since I have been going here. I thought it was just something to do with the pandemic but no, workers are still incredibly slow and seem to always have an attitude. Obviously everyone knows about this drug store chain. Their standards and service are consistent across the stores, so you know what you are going to get most times. One thing I like about this location is the very good staff they have that works in the evening. On this evening on a Wednesday, I was in need of getting a passport photo. I hesitate to go to a busy store in the evening since people are often going to stores after work. I dread standing at a photo center counter waiting for a long time for someone to come grudgingly to help that annoying interruption called the photo customer. But this was the absolute opposite of my experience here. At this local Walgreens, the staff came quickly to the photo counter. They took the pictures, and went to work immediately processing them. Of course, I can get all my drug prescription needs and over the counter meds taken care of here too, along with the regular conveniences of such a store. But the highlight of such a place is the staff. They make all the difference. One of the failings of many stores is the poor training of staff that end up treating customers as though they are a bother or inconvenience. Not so here. Customer service is king, and it is nice to see a place that takes it seriously. read more

The lady at the pharmacy was not very considerate. I had a concern regarding a Covid test, and she responded in a more condescending way than I would prefer. I have visited other Walgreens Covid testing and they have accommodated and in a kind manner. She did not accommodate at all and I did not feel very valued. I just had a great experience at this Walgreens. A very friendly young lady named April helped me select some beverages for an upcoming party. She did an amazing job helping me, and she was nice company while I shopped. It's people like April that make me want to come back to their store. Thank you and well done April! I can't even begin to express my frustration. I am on a time sensitive prescription that has to be picked up in 4 days or I have to go do all blood work and see my dr again. Which is around $250 not to mention time not working to go to dr and get blood drawn. Well the pharmacist here INSURED me I could get half my prescription on Friday and the other half Monday because they didn't have it in stock. Well Tuesday rolls around and they don't have it still. And the pharmacist INSURED me I could get it next day even tho I informed him it was my last day to get it. Well I trusted him to know what he was talking about. But next day I get a call from the manager saying they can't give me the rest because my time is up. And he says I have to go get all the blood work again. And they can't re-embers me. And that there is nothing he can do but admitted it was his employees fault. Now I have called corporate TWICE and they have not gotten back to me. It has been 6 days tomorrow. I don't understand why they wouldn't have just sent me to another location. I would have rather driven 30 miles then deal with this and the cost it will cause me. The worst customer service and apparently not knowledgeable as well. Everyone makes mistakes but you also have to fix mistakes!!! I am beyond angry at this situation. read more

This is as crappy of service as the other Walgreens. I came in with an rx for 8 tabs that my doctor called ahead, I'm the ONLY person here. The tech tells me it's going to be at least an hour. When I said my doc called ahead, why would it take an hour to count 8 tabs. The pharmacist then tells me if I'm going to complain he is not going to fill it, Matt R RPH. Then another tech comes out to tell me they don't have the drug I said, but do have the drug on the RX, I said well fill what the rx says! I would give this place a no star if i could my mother just left from Walgreens and got horrible costumer service again ,Thursday she had went to print photos the guy who was there was nice enough to help , so my mother came back on Friday to pick up the photos the cutting was uneven half the photo wasn't showing . they were still trying to charge her the lady that was there was rude and saying "she can't do nothing about it" then this other lady came was nicely to help she also inform her it was cause the photo size and give my mom the money back. but why did the other guy who did it didn't tell her that. So we went to fix the problem so the photo could fit ., my mom went in today Saturday and was asking for help how to use the pictures printer (cause the other guy who was there Thursday did it for her )so she had no idea how to use the photo printer ,But the same rude lady refuse to help her she told my mother "im going to let you do it cause we just open and I have stuff to " . So my mom was just standing there waiting for assistance then the cashier from the other side came over to the lady who was working at the printer section and started socializing , mom got upset so said "oh so you have time to socialize" ,that when the cashier came to help in a hurry . When we receive our photos the top part was half cut off. This had to be worst costumer service ever never coming back again read more
