Very good store to browse and select whatever suits your taste in footwear, clothing and accessories. I came into the store to browse, no need to be "greeted" as other folks who posted their reviews earlier have cried about. The staff at this store can be helpful or they can't be helpful, it's ultimately up to me to decide what I am going to spend my money on. I don't need anything more than a few answers to very simple questions that I may have. We are all experienced shoppers, Freaking stupid to expect royal treatment at an average mall store. Some people have very high opinions of themselves and expect to be treated as such. Waaah, just let the usually younger staff work and learn the job skills as they go - the fact they are working in the first place is a real plus - consider that the next your royal highness enters a store. Very sleek and a bit out of a place in this mall. The design really through me for a loop. I'm used to such generic layouts at other stores. However, this store reminded me of a Nike Store, but only one level. Prices are a bit high for clothing, but you'll find a few items on sale. The same goes for the sneakers. i went into finish line today going to buy a pair of jordans that released, the first problem was that no one greeted me, second of all the girl helping me was very rude i asked for a size that they didn't have so i asked for a half size up and she looked at me with a attitude and went and grabbed it. After that she did not ask if i wanted to try it on she just put it on the counter. I work at a shoe store as well and when you don't have the customers size you should know to bring out a similar shoe or the same shoe in a different size you should also know to greet the customer and to offer them to try the shoe on. I wish i could've got the shoes somewhere else because she had horrible customer service. read more

Let's be realistic here, these stores all sell the same shoes, generally at the same price from the same suppliers. The difference is, of course, atmosphere and customer service. Short story here. I had a coupon that was expired, and called to see if they would honor it. They said they couldn't due to their computer system, but the manager gave me a way to get a new one through their corporate line. I called, and a few minutes later I was all set up. Finish Line, please train your employees how to work the register and the website. ALSO, please inform employees that when you are running "free shipping on orders over $50" then that means the total cost of your order and does not mean if the shoe itself wasn't $50 then you don't qualify for free shipping. Not sure if it was because it's Black Friday weekend, but it was laughable how the employees at this store were so unaware of their products and how things worked. FIRST, they lost a pair of shoes that we were walking around with the whole time and then proceeded to tell us that they didn't take that shoe and misplace it therefore we couldn't buy them because that was the only size in that color that was available. So because their inventory was so messed up, we proceeded to check out ... we were buying 2 pairs of shoes from the store, then 3 pairs from online since sizes weren't available in the store. Employee does the online order first.... taking forever might I add, once they get the 3 shoes added the the cart her and another employee proceed to tell us that we will need to pay $15 for shipping for the 2 pairs of shoes that were $49 and not over 50. They said free shipping only applies to shoes that are over $50. I pulled out my phone showed him the website were it clearly said free shipping on orders over $50 and they continued to tell us it was going to be $30 for shipping for our 3 shoes we were trying to purchase under one transaction. Yes, since 1 our was over $50, then that got free shipping and the other two pairs were $49 each so each of those were $15 (30 total) for shipping! At this point I added the shoes to my online account said forget it to the employees and purchased the shoes w. Free shipping might I add as we walked out of the store. Then to top it all off, the 2 shoes they had in stock and we wanted to purchase, they only rang up one pair, took the other one and put it elsewhere and tried to tell us that we only brought 1 pair to the register. This was a 30 minute + process and was A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME! There were no apologies for all of their mistakes and mess ups, just them being rude and having frowns on their faces. To whom ever the store manager is, please invest more time in training and customer service standards and expectations. Let's just say I'll be purchasing all of my finish line shoes online from now on! read more

Garbage. No selection and feels pretty cramped. I was in and out of here within a few minutes. Stick with Foot Locker. The pricing is the same wherever you go in person so why go somewhere with barely any shoes. They don't use their space very well in this store. read more

I called ahead of time for a particular shoe and they were able to find it. When I came in within 30 minutes the associate at finish line was very nice and courteous. He was helpful even though he had multiple customers. He made it a point to acknowledge me, so when I waited it wasn't without being noticed. I can't believe how bad they made me and my husband feel today and how rude they were I always buy my boys shoes at finish line there ages 7 and 1 1/2 year old. Today while I was in there I was getting my boys some shoes . Unfortunately my toddler was having a hard time and was crying finally to when I finally got him to calm down I have this employee come over and tell me that if my son doesn't stop crying and continues I have to leave at that point I got so frustrated how can I force my toddler to stop crying again this is a toddler that's not even 2 yet. I'm not really a sports fan myself, but there has NEVER been a time where I needed a gift for my boyfriend and couldn't find one here. Very cool store with a great selection especially at holidays.... I can't take him in here though, I would never be able to leave! The staff is always friendly, prices are a bit high but I kind of expected that - and the store itself has a nice layout and is very clean. The only negative I can say is that I usually end up waiting a little longer than expected in line... but all in all this is a great store. :) read more
