The only gripe I had that was really annoying was all of the shoes along the back walls were not ordered by size, so you kinda had to mystery hunt to find what you wanted to try on. They also don't have carts or anything, so you had to hold everything which was kind of annoying. The customer service was really great from the employees who were there and they helped me and my friend, whenever we had questions or we were trying to find something.

Be careful you don't get scammed like my son did…read more My son picked out a pair of shorts that were labeled "M" for medium on the hanger. He proceeded to front store to purchase the shorts. The lady took the hanger off and put them in a bag after my son provided his credit card for payment. Seconds after he walked out of the store I noticed they were not a size medium, but a large. I went back in the store and told the clerk what happened. I wanted to exchange for an actual medium which was falsely advertised on the hanger my son purchased.she said "no exchanges, no exceptions." She pointed out the situation sign at the counter and referred me to the manager who said the same thing. I believe my son was scammed by unethical sales people trying to get rid of bigger size stock by displaying them on mismatched sized hangers and using their "no refund, no exchange" policy to reinforce their scam.

The staff at this store can be helpful or they can't be helpful, it's ultimately up to me to decide what I am going to spend my money on. I don't need anything more than a few answers to very simple questions that I may have. We are all experienced shoppers, Freaking stupid to expect royal treatment at an average mall store. Some people have very high opinions of themselves and expect to be treated as such. Waaah, just let the usually younger staff work and learn the job skills as they go - the fact they are working in the first place is a real plus - consider that the next your royal highness enters a store. Anyway, I would like to say that I had a very pleasant experience at this Finish Line store at Chandler Fashion Center today and hope that those youngsters continue to grow their job skills as they work to support themselves. Thank you ladies and gentlemen

We went here looking for walking/running shoes. I had no idea what I needed, and maybe I just…read moreexpected too much from this visit and needed to consult a podiatrist instead? I did research on reddit and this came up as a recommended store. Awesome. I looked at their website which says they have several steps they do with you. First they evaluate what your need is and the health of your foot, then they put you on this foot scanner, then they analyze the data for recommendations of shoe, then you pick your shoes based on the software data, then you use their treadmill to see how those shoes work. It was a long drive to this place but we were willing to do it because they're doing all this work to figure out your shoe type for you and we're like great. We know nothing about shoes, we'll get some analysis and some advice on what would be best for us as we're going to be spending a lot of time standing, walking and maybe running in them. There was no evaluation of our need. We get on the scanning device which provides more measurements than I could possibly understand along with your shoe size, and the pressure points and good points on your foot. The goal being to try to reduce the red areas or dark purples. The sales person starts bringing me a few pairs of shoes. They're all way too small. Turns out the scanner has me at one and a half shoe sizes too small. So much for the scanner. Another batch of small shoes is brought out that don't fit. Why isn't the sales person getting out the tried and true shoe tree that you put your foot on and adjust the heel and the width to get the correct size already? The other issue I have is there was never any linkage (that I was informed about) between the scanner and all its data and my arch, and my pressure points and the shoes that were being brought to me. Was the sales person just bringing the one size recommendation from the scanner, and none of the other data meant anything? I don't know. Ultimately they didn't have anything in stock that fit me, but one pair I thought might be okay. They didn't have any treadmill to try it out on. They didn't give me analysis like you pronate or whatever. So I don't know what I do foot wise. So you know what I did? I went online and ordered multiple sizes in a crap shoot and hoped one would fit. I found a size that fit this way. I still know nothing about my feet and what I should have bought. Oh well. All this stuff on their website did nothing for me. Take it for what it's worth. That's why I rate it a three. It was no better than walking into a Payless shoes for me or blind shopping on Amazon as no one provided any insight into anything for me. If I find something that seems to feel good, well I guess the shoe is properly doing its job.

I drove down from Vegas wearing brand new shoes that did not fit, even though they were sized higher than what I normally wear. My toe pain overtook my apprehension and I dragged my formally slender body inside. Monika came up to me and helped put my mind at ease. She spent time checking out what was wrong with my current shoes then took me over to scan my feet. Turns out my left foot is longer than my right. She started pulling out boxes of shoes to find the right fit for me, then we went through what colors I liked. What shoe companies I liked. I came in looking for a pair of shoes that would actually fit me properly...I ended up buying two pairs. One pair was not her store, so we arranged for the shoes to be shipped to my home. I was so relieved, I went back the next day, on our way out of town and bought another pair that I really wanted and my wife came in and bought herself a pair and sliders. Service was great. Friendly staff that love what they do. Prices were very reasonable, even considering shipping. Just go. Go now. You will not be disappointed.
