The service is almost always good and the guy that built the bike when I bought it was really cool, helpful, and informative. I can't say the prices are always great, but what place has that? I will say they always have deals and good sales and so the pricing is pretty good. They have a large selection and the place is really big so there's usually many of each item in stock. Didn't get an answer so I left a voicemail asking if they would honor the price, still to this day have not gotten a call back. It's been 4 days now... Not very good business. He seemed inconvenienced when I came to the counter because he was talking to his friend about the football games over the weekend. He did not make eye contact with me at all. The first thing he says to me while looking at the register was " Find everything you're looking for?". I asked him how are you and he gave me the most sinister look I have ever received. He did not make eye contact with me again until I asked him if he was the manager and he said that he is the "2nd highest in charge". It's not my fault that you hate your job and hate your life.
