Ashley is favorite part/ she's always so helpful & picks stuff out that fit my body & what I'm shopping for. I genuinely enjoy seeing her everytime i go!! Unfortunately, this store has been under new management for the past year and has become…read moreunrecognizable. What used to be a cute, organized, and friendly place to shop has become unkept and never has the selection that it used to. The service aspect has changed so much under this new manager, it seems they do not understand what it means to run a business. The last few times I have been in here, there has only been one employee working! Today I finally asked what is going on because she was running around trying to help five different customers at once! Apparently, their manager is only scheduling one person to run the store because she doesn't want to pay anyone, and the manager can't be bothered to show up and run her own store! I feel so bad for these employees who obviously get zero help from their manager and are expected to run the store by themselves. It is really sad to see a great boutique turned into a mess because of one manager who is incredibly selfish and careless. Really unfortunate, and I will never shop here in the future ever again.

I was very picky about what I brought in, only the best brands, clean, and on hangers. (They give the hangers right back to you, but it helps them to go through your items.) While they were looking at my things, I was able to shop a bit and they really have a great selection of upscale brands and some even have the tags on them. Don't miss the purse section! They had lots of Michael Kors, Kate Spade, Coach. They had a great selection of bathing suits and again many with tags still on them. Jewelry too!

I'm a retired non-tech-savvy person and the woman who answered the phone at Wild West Mercantile was super helpful and walked me through the online ordering process. Shipping was very reasonable and I got the coat much faster than I anticipated. When the coat arrived I was very impressed with the quality. The fabric has a quality soft feel that I wouldn't have expected at that price, and the tailoring/workmanship was perfect. Five stars! The coat is actually for a character I'll be doing (who was originally played by Jeff Daniels, who got an Emmy for the role) in case you're wondering about the strange outfit I'm wearing the Tombstone coat with.
