When I arrived, I mentioned that I had called multiple times, and one employee commented to another worker that I had "called a million times." In reality, I only called three times, and I even showed my call log. I found that comment dismissive and unprofessional. What made the situation more frustrating is that it appeared the store phones were not being answered consistently. As a customer trying to confirm an order pickup, I don't feel it was unreasonable to call. Had my package not been there, it would have been a significant inconvenience for me, especially with children. I generally enjoy shopping at Lululemon, but I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer service during this experience.
