Their in-store selection for bigger sizes (XL and up) is pitifully limited, barely any options on the racks, and what little they had was either out of stock in my size or looked like it had been sitting there forever. To make matters worse, the service was horrible. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping. I stood there for several minutes and started browsing. The only employee interaction was "I'll be over to help you shortly". I browsed for 20-30 minutes not really finding many items larger than a L. I've shopped at other Men's Wearhouse locations before and had decent experiences, but this Chandler store felt very understaffed and unprofessional.
