From the first time I walked into the Phoenix location, I was greeted with not only courtesy and professionalism but also real-life knowledge. That is what felt off about the new location; aside from it being smaller than the Phoenix location, it felt like a store. The employees, while courteous, didn't emit a vibe (or share information) that spoke to them living the lifestyle that is synonymous with 5.11 or conducive for tactical gear to be enjoyed in all its splendor.
