The store has great products you can get for yourself, your home, your family, or gifts for others. They have apparel, shoes, accessories for women, men, and children, along with home products, small electrics, bedding, luggage, and more. They have national brands you know (and some you don't know). I have shopped at this location using coupons as well as made purchases online and picked it up in store. The associates in the store have always been helpful to me, and they have gone above and beyond by answering questions that I should already know the answer. They have a great pick-up system where you can save on shipping charges and avoid delivery wait times. They also often offer "Get $10 in Kohl's Cash when you spend $50" and even better deals around Black Friday shopping. This location's hours are Sundays from 9 AM to 8 PM and every other day from 9 AM to 9 PM. The store services include in-store pickup, Wifi enabled, Amazon Returns outpost, and Energy Star. Store features include Draper James, Sephora, Little Co., and Kids Room Shop. If you go to their website (https://www.kohls.com), you can find items for sale, clearance items, a baby registry, a link to the Kohl's Card, and coupons. Having a combination of the Kohl's Card and the rewards card will save you a lot over the year. Discounts can even be applied on sales items, and you receive a dollar-off coupon ($5-10) each year for your birthday. There are very few places I can get so much for so little thanks to the promotions, coupons, discounts, and even all of this tied to clearance or sales prices. I sometimes even wonder how Kohl's make money, but I won't question that when I get a surprise 40% off coupon via e-mail or a 30% off coupon and an extra $5-10 off coupon in the mail. I believe we saw four different sales reps, the other three never even acknowledged us, didn't at least try to show us where we could start browsing for a suit. We waited at least 20 minutes but no one ever even attempted to help us. Went to other Men's Suit store in same area. They were very busy, but addressed us immediately. So we purchased everything there. Very disappointed in Jos A Banks. Lost our business for sure.

We ended up having to order as they didn't have the correct size in stock, but it arrived within a week... and the price for the quality seemed reasonable. Due to our family's insane schedule, we didn't return to pick it up until a few weeks later. We went back on a Tuesday and Margarita helped us out. The suit fit perfectly! No alterations needed! She steamed it for us and we went on our way. It was a pleasure doing business with Brothers Tailors and we will absolutely return. I'm just happy that my son has a suit to wear now -- at least until his next growth spurt! She mentioned Nordstrom Rack because they are cheaper and when I explained that I'd just go over to Nordstrom, the Rack was brought up again, and yep Walmart. Treating someone as At Ease did, doesn't empower any good vibes. In fact, they do the complete opposite.
