A salesperson approached us and rudely said, 'We are closing in 8 minutes, you better finish your shopping.' My sister and I were trying on dresses, but she kept rushing us and was very rude. Although I bought a dress quickly, my sister was very upset by how she treated us. After I purchased the dress, she pushed us to leave. She even told three other customers to leave, stating the store was closed. After we left, I checked the hours on the outside window, and it stated Monday to Saturday, it is open until 9:00 pm. This was a horrible customer service experience. She couldn't even find my account from my phone number. I love your store and do not want to stop shopping there, but this experience was very disappointing."

I held for an hour on the phone this week to fix a credit card issue. I had a lot of Kohls cash I did not want to waste. The staff cannot get through either with any issues. They got hung up on twice and said they have to hold an hour even as an associate, which is very odd. How do they help customers? When they ring it up no message even comes up or code to say what is wrong so the staff does not even know what the issue is. After an hour on hold, no live chat, no email, no way to get help except call, the woman who answered was so rude I was shocked. She also did not speak english so I had no idea what she was saying half the time. She assured me my card was fixed and promised me no more problems which was a lie. I tried to use my new Kohls cash online and the same thing happened. Is it a scam so one does not get to use their Kohls cash? At the end of the call she said, "well we have 500 calls on hold in cue so too bad." What???????? I totally understood that comment, Also, tonight I tried to live chat and the agent hung up on me after telling me I had to call again and they would not help me. What the heck is wrong with this company? Call again and hold for over an hour? Ridiculous Kohls. Get your act together. And they have no email message option to use. When I asked them to credit me my time and for those lost Kohls Cash coupons I was told no. Again as a customer service manager this appalled me. I am shocked at the horrendous service. How do they stay open? Also, why is the dressing rooms always so disgustingly filfthy? I mean big chunks of gross and disgusting dust and who knows what balls and wads in the rooms. They were all very friendly and helpful and I felt like I was shopping with a friend. This location carries a pretty good amount of clothing, although smaller than what I am previously used to. The store is always well kept and clean. It is easy to shop and you have a comfortable amount of space to navigate while shopping. I highly recommend this location for an overall wonderful shopping experience. Conveniently Bath and Body Works , Ross, Ulta and Old Navy are neighbors of Torrid making this location even more desirable.
