Of course, I know the risk is mine, but the fact thry had zero sympathy and don't even want to hear about crime in their area is sad. The other car said they had stuff stolen. From the trunk. So sad. I did some calling around and Chandler police confirmed that crime stats are high at this shopping center... so be VERY aware or give elsewhere.

There's so much offered here and really convenient and centrally located. Many different retail stores and restaurants. From clothing to novelty, to toys, shoes, to department stores, it's all here. Plus lots of eateries of all kinds, esp. in the food court area. Several clearance/"outlet" type stores for brand names like Nike too. There are also the movies, a Rainforest Cafe, a Legoland mini-theme-park, plus the Arizona SeaLife Aquarium, so you can definitely spend the whole day here and have so much fun, and find all kinds of goodies that'll lighten your heart and your wallet. Mall staff we saw were working hard at keeping all parts of the mall clean, esp. around the common areas like the bathrooms and emptying out trash cans, etc. at the food court. Individual retail store staff were friendly and helpful too. Overall, a really comprehensive and comfortably curated collection of stores in a clean shopping center environment. Most importantly, you'll get your steps in as this mall is in a vast space and on one floor, so it's quite spread out and you'll do a lot of walking. The plaza features many familiar named stores, a Harkins Theater, food court, sit down restaurants, high end designer stores and many boutiques. Stairs and escalators will take you to various floors. Clean restrooms are scattered throughout the plaza. Be ready to shop until you drop. You'll also find valet parking and WiFi in the plaza.

The parking situation is usually a nightmare and the traffic around the mall doesn't help. I feel like it's congested everywhere around the mall all the time. I do stop in once in a great while if I really need something. It's very clean and they are always opening new stores. The food court has a pretty good selection of cuisines, but if you're looking for anything fancy, you won't find it there. Every now and then, it's nice to stroll through the Biltmore Fashion Park. My wife and I…read moreoccasionally make it to a meal or to shop or even play at the Biltmore (or yes, a stroll). I also sometimes meet up with friends or family or even head there on my own. There's something for everyone and plenty to see and do; however, some of my favorite stores and restaurants have closed and been replaced over the years. It also happens to be where my wife and I had our first date! The Biltmore Fashion Park is known for some great restaurants. While there are some upscale and casual restaurants there, my favorites include Seasons 52 or True Food for a good meal and Frost a Gelato Shoppe for dessert. I really enjoy having several Fox restaurants at the Biltmore. There are also many other restaurants in the area. Several of the restaurants have great happy hours, too. I miss the Crepe Club though several other restaurants have opened since then. There are also plenty of shops from upscale shops to more casual ones like Lululemon and Sakes 5th Avenue. There are fancy clothing stores that my wife may enjoy though I typically enjoy the nice courtyard or seating outside some of the stores while she shops. Then, we grab a bite somewhere together. I miss the Apple Store and Sharper Image but look forward to what is opened next. There are also experiences from the Sip & Stroll (where you can enjoy a beverage from one of six restaurants and then walk around), meet-up with the Phoenix Run Club, the Art Walk, the Swiftie Liftie Outdoor Workout Class, or one of a number of galas or special events. Decent parking and I found a close handicapped space for the van. Event started promptly at 5:30. A few vendors including our very own Yelp Elite Event spot in Gilbert -Pixie sticks. They had a nice boutique there with an assortment of their items for sale. Joining them with booths were PetSmart (pup cups), a couple dog rescue orgs, and a Halloween photographer. There was also great music and really good cash bar making some excellent cocktails. It was a free event. The cocktails were $9 apiece... decent value. Topped it off with dinner at ZinBurger before I left. There's a few great restaurants up there, so will probably back despite the long drive.

This mall is always clean, spacious, and has a great variety of stores, whether you're shopping for clothes, gifts, or just browsing to justify getting your daily steps in. There are plenty of dining options too, so it's easy to turn a quick stop into a fun afternoon. One of my favorite things is that it's family-friendly. The indoor play area is such a lifesaver during Arizona's triple-digit weather. Instead of melting outside, the kids can play in the air conditioning while parents get a tiny moment to recharge. Overall, Chandler Fashion Center is one of my favorite malls in the Valley. I've wanted to try this place forever. Why did I wait so long?…read more It's definitely controlled chaos in the basement of an old mall facade (?) but deals are to be had! From what I gathered, some are new and some are returned items to Nordstrom. Bought some Rothy's loafers for work for $38, some returned (very lightly used) Brooks Ghost 17 shoes for $52, and some $15 sneaks Nordstrom brand. Kids stuff was 1/2 off and bought some sweaters half off, too. Left spending quite a bit but probably bought 15 items for $173. Would definitely return. I recommend the rolling carts and not the shopping carts. Can be cramped to get down aisles. Maybe a reusable IKEA bag would be a good option, too. Wish they had more skincare and housewares.
