Ok so update: the staff is ALWAYS friendly when I go in and I notice they work very hard as well. This is a great outlet. Literally find the best items in here! For example check the polos, sale shirts, shorts, slides and so on. I've always loved this clearance out-let. I really wish we could get VIP days back at this location too. Those were the days. Since Covid hit. The store just in my opinion is not as busy as it once was. BUT, this staff is keeping the store clean, still upbeat. Still friendly and so on. There's so much offered here and really convenient and centrally located. Many different retail stores and restaurants. From clothing to novelty, to toys, shoes, to department stores, it's all here. Plus lots of eateries of all kinds, esp. in the food court area. Several clearance/"outlet" type stores for brand names like Nike too. There are also the movies, a Rainforest Cafe, a Legoland mini-theme-park, plus the Arizona SeaLife Aquarium, so you can definitely spend the whole day here and have so much fun, and find all kinds of goodies that'll lighten your heart and your wallet. Mall staff we saw were working hard at keeping all parts of the mall clean, esp. around the common areas like the bathrooms and emptying out trash cans, etc. at the food court. Individual retail store staff were friendly and helpful too. Overall, a really comprehensive and comfortably curated collection of stores in a clean shopping center environment. Most importantly, you'll get your steps in as this mall is in a vast space and on one floor, so it's quite spread out and you'll do a lot of walking. Thankfully, it's also nicely cool here, perfect for the heat in AZ.

The store was well organized, items were easy to find, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, what stood out most was the customer service I received. Alyssa and Melany are excellent examples of how much of a difference employees can make in shaping a customer's overall experience. I did experience an issue with my store credit card. I couldn't understand why it wasn't working, especially since I had just used it. During a previous visit to another Marshalls location, the manager was unable to offer any assistance beyond telling me to call the customer service number. I left feeling frustrated because I was missing out on earning points, which was one of the main reasons I came into the store that day. This is where Alyssa R. truly went above and beyond. She noticed that my card wasn't working, and when I explained what had happened at the other store, she immediately recognized the issue. She explained that this had happened before and confidently suggested adding the card to my digital wallet. Although I initially had trouble figuring out how to do it, Alyssa patiently walked me through the process, and it worked! Her knowledge, confidence, and willingness to help turned a frustrating situation into a very positive experience. I haven't typically shopped at Marshalls or its sister stores, but this experience has genuinely changed my perspective on the company and its commitment to customer service. The dining scene is another major highlight. There are so many amazing restaurants and places to grab a bite, making it easy to turn a shopping trip into an entire afternoon or evening out. I love that you can come for a little shopping and end up staying for dinner, drinks, or dessert. The mall itself has that polished Scottsdale atmosphere that makes the experience feel elevated, and there's always a sense of energy and sophistication without it feeling overly formal. We got lucky and found a space right away. The escalator going up and down was out of service. The two elevators were operational so all was good. The plaza features many familiar named stores, a Harkins Theater, food court, sit down restaurants, high end designer stores and many boutiques. Stairs and escalators will take you to various floors. Clean restrooms are scattered throughout the plaza. Be ready to shop until you drop. You'll also find valet parking and WiFi in the plaza.

Every now and then, it's nice to stroll through the Biltmore Fashion Park. My wife and I…read moreoccasionally make it to a meal or to shop or even play at the Biltmore (or yes, a stroll). I also sometimes meet up with friends or family or even head there on my own. There's something for everyone and plenty to see and do; however, some of my favorite stores and restaurants have closed and been replaced over the years. It also happens to be where my wife and I had our first date! The Biltmore Fashion Park is known for some great restaurants. While there are some upscale and casual restaurants there, my favorites include Seasons 52 or True Food for a good meal and Frost a Gelato Shoppe for dessert. I really enjoy having several Fox restaurants at the Biltmore. There are also many other restaurants in the area. Several of the restaurants have great happy hours, too. I miss the Crepe Club though several other restaurants have opened since then. There are also plenty of shops from upscale shops to more casual ones like Lululemon and Sakes 5th Avenue. There are fancy clothing stores that my wife may enjoy though I typically enjoy the nice courtyard or seating outside some of the stores while she shops. Then, we grab a bite somewhere together. I miss the Apple Store and Sharper Image but look forward to what is opened next. There are also experiences from the Sip & Stroll (where you can enjoy a beverage from one of six restaurants and then walk around), meet-up with the Phoenix Run Club, the Art Walk, the Swiftie Liftie Outdoor Workout Class, or one of a number of galas or special events. Decent parking and I found a close handicapped space for the van. Event started promptly at 5:30. A few vendors including our very own Yelp Elite Event spot in Gilbert -Pixie sticks. They had a nice boutique there with an assortment of their items for sale. Joining them with booths were PetSmart (pup cups), a couple dog rescue orgs, and a Halloween photographer. There was also great music and really good cash bar making some excellent cocktails. It was a free event. The cocktails were $9 apiece... decent value. Topped it off with dinner at ZinBurger before I left. There's a few great restaurants up there, so will probably back despite the long drive.
