Walked around before our flight! It's a cool outdoor mall with great shops (J.Crew Factory, Sephora, Dave & Busters) and restaurants. It's a great place to kill time before your flight. The airport is about 20 minutes away!

I come to Tempe Marketplace--specifically The District--like clockwork every eight weeks. When I'm here to get my hair done by the amazing Rena at Toni&Guy, I usually swing by H&M, Sephora, and Victoria's Secret. There's also a great boba place right near Toni&Guy (the name always escapes me, but the drinks are solid). Other longtime faves? I used to have a Torrid credit card. I might still--note to self: check on that. And if shopping isn't in the cards, there's still plenty to do. Tempe Marketplace is a Pokémon Go buffet, with PokéStops or gyms every few steps. I once made a new friend just sitting on a bench, casually catching Pokémon. Even if you're not spending, it's a fun place to hang out.

Really walkable plaza with lots of outdoor seating . Great place to meet a friend or shoo solo . Many outdoor events are hosted here . I'd definitely come back . Parking was a breeze .

Quality/Quantity - I am told this is one of the more popular malls in the area. I can see why, except I came during the day. So I can imagine that this place is "happening" in the evening. Today we came here for the escape room, Escapology; another 5 star review/experience. And we got Nothing Bundt Cake. Atmosphere - Beautiful outdoor spaces, water and fire; see pictures. Splash pad. Dog friendly, etc. 1.3 square feet of retail space on 130 acres. 100+ businesses - 32 dining options, 4 entertainment options, 61 retail businesses, etc. Open 7 days a week from 11am to 6pm or 9pm, see individual businesses for their hours. Live music on Saturday from 6pm to 9pm. Service - Good. Price - Reasonable brands and prices. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2007. Looking forward to visiting at "night" to check out the "popping" scene.

I absolutely love this mall the entire shopping center is great. They also have a cute little splash pad for your little ones a lot of seating with shade. A big selection of stores and restaurants to choose from. A lot of parking. You can also drink alcohol outside in the designated areas as long as you have a wristband.

Not just a variety of shops, restaurants & bars, but it holds other surprises! Today was a dance competition between different dance crews. I found it so enjoyable & entertaining that I was late for a meeting. Check it out. Even if there isn't a performance going on there is bound to be something that you can enjoyable or appreciate. I certainly did and will be back! Thanks AKDC

I probably spend more time here than any other mall in AZ because I live so close. Plus they have many places I like to frequent like Target, Harkins Theatres, Barnes & Nobles, World Market, Tilly's and Just Sports. Tempe Marketplace is an outdoor mall located along the Salt River that has an outdoor walking area called the District with several shops and a food court. Surrounding the District are several big box stores and restaurants. There is a stage with a LED video screen for live music and outdoor fireplaces. I really enjoy walking around here during the holidays when they put up lights and a giant Christmas tree in the main plaza area. Restaurant options include The Keg, Red Robin, Twin Peaks, Gen Korean BBQ, Smash Burger, Portillo's, Dave & Buster's and Thirsty Lion. Some of the giant retail stores surrounding the District are Target, Best Buy, DSW, Old Navy, Nordstrom Rack, JCPenny and Total Wine & More. Because this mall is outdoors and we live in Arizona, it can be a little hot in the summer. But it is a great place to shop during the cooler months. My biggest gripe about Tempe Marketplace is the parking lot. I don't know who designed this lot, but what a mess it can be. Especially near the Target entrance. Avoid this place around the holidays or get here early.

Tempe Marketplace is an outdoor open-air shopping center. I had forgotten how enjoyable this mall is to walk around in. Perfect place to enjoy the weather, people watch and window shop all at the same time. I was there during the day, but the nighttime is where you will get the light show. This place is super bright at night, due to all the string lights and signage. The grounds are clean, and it is easy to maneuver through. There are lots of great stores and restaurants for all ages.

My security guards x3 acting too cool for a picture lol

The District is an outdoor mall area that has a number of smaller shops, eateries and a Harkins Theatre. I live just miles from this area and make several stops here each week. I mostly come here to go to the movies or to the bookstore. Coming to Tempe Marketplace makes for a nice day and I enjoy all of the services that they have to offer. One of my favorite things about the District area is that they will decorate for the holidays. During Christmas, they will set up a very large Christmas tree and hang lights up all over the walking areas. They have showcased art exhibits like floating umbrellas during the summer months to draw in people. The District also has a stage where they will have live music and at times will host concerts. There are splash pads for the kids to enjoy when it gets hot out and fireplaces for the colder evenings. I have even done a one mile Kilt run through the District. It is nice that going to the mall has evolved to more than just shopping and has lots more to offer.

They have a Barnes and Nobles, Hot Topic, Spencer's, Harkin Theatres, Genghis Grill, Smash Burger, and so much more. What can I say, they got me hooked. I'll definitely be returning!

It's a 45 min mat pilates class taught by Abby and Melanie. May 30th was their last rooftop class for now until it gets cooler out again. My cousins happened to find the event and 4 of us joined since there was a 2 for 1 deal (about $11 each!). It was my first time taking a mat pilates class and I loved it, minus the burning sun part. If this were in spring or fall, it would be perfect! I parked one below in the shade and as soon as I walked up, I could already hear the music the dj had on and it was just my kinda music. Surrounding the grass area were different vendors including Starbucks, a matcha bar, skin care, tarot, gummies, protein bars, bread and cookies, women's health, massages, IV shots, health coaching and merch. The details of the event didn't say to bring our own mat so two of us forgot to pack one. Luckily, the instructors had a bunch of extras for anyone who forgot. They also provided bands for everyone. Those bands killed us. You'll feel the burn the next day. In fact, my whole body was sore for a few days and I started feeling it already that same night. After the class ended, we browsed the vendors. I purchased some gummies (hair/nails and energy), had a quick tarot reading done, grabbed some freebies and 2purchased matchas. Would love to take more mat pilates classes in the future

The one thing I found kinda strange is that they don't have a Panda Express here, haha! I think it's like the only mall I've been to without Panda. Other than that, they have a lot of the typical mall eateries like Auntie Anne's Pretzels, Cinnabon, Dairy Queen, Haagen-Dazs, Sbarro, and Wetzel's Pretzels.
