Every now and then, it's nice to stroll through the Biltmore Fashion Park. My wife and I…read moreoccasionally make it to a meal or to shop or even play at the Biltmore (or yes, a stroll). I also sometimes meet up with friends or family or even head there on my own. There's something for everyone and plenty to see and do; however, some of my favorite stores and restaurants have closed and been replaced over the years. It also happens to be where my wife and I had our first date! The Biltmore Fashion Park is known for some great restaurants. While there are some upscale and casual restaurants there, my favorites include Seasons 52 or True Food for a good meal and Frost a Gelato Shoppe for dessert. I really enjoy having several Fox restaurants at the Biltmore. There are also many other restaurants in the area. Several of the restaurants have great happy hours, too. I miss the Crepe Club though several other restaurants have opened since then. There are also plenty of shops from upscale shops to more casual ones like Lululemon and Sakes 5th Avenue. There are fancy clothing stores that my wife may enjoy though I typically enjoy the nice courtyard or seating outside some of the stores while she shops. Then, we grab a bite somewhere together. I miss the Apple Store and Sharper Image but look forward to what is opened next. There are also experiences from the Sip & Stroll (where you can enjoy a beverage from one of six restaurants and then walk around), meet-up with the Phoenix Run Club, the Art Walk, the Swiftie Liftie Outdoor Workout Class, or one of a number of galas or special events. Today I specifically went back to the mall after seeing a movie, to try on dresses I saw in the window of Express. It was definitely a successful trip, I came out with the 2 I loved from the window and one more. During my shopping trip today I also got a Boba from Boba Tea Company and some food from the food court. The employees at each store I visited were friendly and helpful overall which made the experience nice. This is definitely the nicest mall in the valley and has a very high end feel, I mean it is in Scottsdale of course ;).

We chose to park across the street, which was probably smart. A lot at Kierland Commons was overflowing with drivers looking for parking spaces. The Kierland Commons offers upscale shopping and plenty of restaurants to feed your belly. Parking was at a premium today. They also have valet parking if you decide to use that service. Selection isn't to bad parking can be horrific 7-10 especially over near macys, dicks, or the bowling alley area, and of course the top hill where the food court is. I see a lot of people going to try things on and ordering it online before the sales rep even gets back with the other shoe in some stores. Cause it's cheaper on the same stores website but you guessed it in store won't match online prices. Also the crypto atm needs more security or a more secure area where someone can help the elderly who are being scammed out of there money daily. You'd be surprised I walked the mall and seen and told 3 elderly people who were all on the phone with someone make sure you know who you are sending it to the irs doesn't take crypto.

There is also an arcade and a carousel in the middle of the mall today they had free interactions with the Easter bunny, and you can take pictures for purchase. They do have nice bathrooms, including the family bathroom however it was locked so you do have to call security to have them come unlock it for you, but someone was there in a matter of minutes. It wasn't dirty, but it could have been cleaner. I also have heard it can get a little bit rough here at night time, but I did not experience that while here around 10 AM to noon on a Saturday.

I tried to tell the management office office lead what happened and they did not want to hear my story. I was basicslly told too bad and that's what happens when you leave your suitcase in view in the car. Of course, I know the risk is mine, but the fact thry had zero sympathy and don't even want to hear about crime in their area is sad. The other car said they had stuff stolen. From the trunk. So sad. I did some calling around and Chandler police confirmed that crime stats are high at this shopping center... so be VERY aware or give elsewhere.
