When we asked if he was a manager he said "This is my family's place and technically IM YOUR customer and we don't want to buy from you". He made it appear that this store does not have the funds to pay for items so they are trying to get donations to sell to make money. When my sister apologized, she tried to explain that there must have been some miscommunication about selling because we just wanted to know what products to bring in from home, he kicked us out. We have no idea why he got so angry so fast. We would kindly appreciate the owner to evaluate this associate as it appears they are taking items without purchasing them, and verbally attacking potential/new customers simply for asking what brands and types of products we should bring in to sell. It had been a while since I have visited a TJ Maxx in earnest because I typically thrift at this…read morepoint in my life and find more value in the items I find in thrift stores then I used to find in TJ Maxx. However, they can still be useful for holiday gifting, especially Things like fragrances and beauty products so we decided to pop in to grab a couple of items for the people on our holiday list this year. This store is a bit larger than the normal format that I am used to visiting as it was connected to a HomeGoods store that you could enter into from within the TJ Maxx. Now one disappointing feature about the fragrance selection is they now lock everything up and include a buzzer mounted on the side of the display case for you to push to have somebody come over and help you with your selection. Obviously, this prevents any real opportunity to smell any of the fragrances or to get any samples, which made figuring out what was available and what the prices were really difficult without calling somebody over. So we opted to forgo getting fragrances from TJ Maxx and shifted to beauty products. As we circled the beauty product section I noted two things. One is it is an entirely female game, guys not invited! Lol and two, the products didn't seem to be categorized in any real specific order or selection making shopping the individual aisles a bit frustrating and more like a treasure hunt versus a targeted destination purchase. That being said, we did find some pretty good deals on several beauty items, including bar soaps for the boys And perfume, lotions and body scrubs for the girls. We spun the block in the clothing sections and some of the men's accessories to grab the twins a couple of additional items, but ultimately, we found the pricing to not necessarily be that much more competitive than what we would find in some of the department stores, especially at this time of the year, so we ended up leaving with several of the beauty items, but not much more. I do think these stores still represent value for the right shopper And by the way, the line in this place was ridiculous. Carrie greeted us right away with Champagne (and a sparkling juice option for non-drinkers), which immediately set such a welcoming and thoughtful tone. What really stood out to me was how different this experience felt compared to other bridal shops. Instead of being taken straight to a fitting area and handed dresses, Carrie took me (the bride) on a one-on-one tour of the shop first so I could explore the styles they offer. We had a detailed conversation about my budget, and she made it clear that if I fell in love with anything outside of that range, she would communicate it before I even tried it on, which I really appreciated. Not every shop is that transparent, and it made me feel respected and comfortable. The entire experience felt incredibly personal and truly tailored to me. Carrie was amazing, and I also want to give a shoutout to Brooke. She was the first person I spoke with over the phone, and she immediately made me feel excited and at ease about my appointment. She asked all the right questions and was so warm and kind. I'm really looking forward to meeting her in person at my upcoming fitting!

It means a lot to walk in and be immediately welcomed by someone who clearly loves their job and wants you to be there. My main stylist was Carrie and the stylist assisting was Heather. They were both AMAZING! Carrie is so experienced and really knows her stuff (thank goodness cause I had no idea what I was talking about but that did not slow her down one bit). Heather really helped me keep my cool and was SO patient. All the ladies here hustled with grace - they were doing laps around that store, checking inventory, getting me in and out of dresses like a race car pit crew, all the while being my therapist and personal stylist. It takes a special kind of person to do all of that and maintain such enthusiasm all day - super impressive! I'm confident that if I had gone anywhere else I would've gotten overwhelmed and left empty handed. I despise clothes shopping and on top of that I had a very short turnaround time so going into this I knew I'd have limited options. Even then, they remained so positive and encouraging the whole time. They even found a ton of options that would work with my wedding date. I can't express enough how thankful I am that this group of ladies were with me every step of the way. Thank you for not giving up as well as giving me the extra care and attention I needed to make a decision. Because of Carrie and Heather, I was able to say "Yes to the dress"!
