The service is almost always good and the guy that built the bike when I bought it was really cool, helpful, and informative. I can't say the prices are always great, but what place has that? I will say they always have deals and good sales and so the pricing is pretty good. They have a large selection and the place is really big so there's usually many of each item in stock. I would recommend them for, at least, an option when you're shopping for sporting goods.

The ammo selection is solid, the prices are reasonable for brick-and-mortar, and the optics section is pretty nice for rifles. The magazine and holster selection leave much to be desired, but that's expected. The place has nearly anything you need for fishing with the exception of deer hair flies for trout (no idea why). Everything else I wanted they had stocked. The clothes are absolutely insanely priced unless they are on sale. Sometimes I grab a pair of boots I like, the selection is pretty large. Anyway, worth checking out. They do seem to love pushing store branded credit cards but I believe that's a corporate requirement for the sales team. Great experience overall.

Communication was extremely poor, and repeated attempts to get updates or basic information were met with little to no response. When you're dealing with NFA items, communication and responsiveness are extremely important. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Sportsman's Warehouse for purchasing firearms or suppressors/NFA items. I may still stop in for something simple like fishing bait or targets, but I would definitely take my business elsewhere for anything requiring NFA compliance or customer service. Hopefully management takes a serious look at how NFA customers are being handled.

He went out of his way to find the perfect sizes and the best deals for us, all with such a positive and genuine attitude. We were so impressed that while waiting in line, we waved him over to ask if we could share our appreciation with a manager... only to find out he was the manager--which honestly made perfect sense The kindness didn't stop there--the cashier, Ashton, was just as warm, helpful, and attentive. It really felt like the whole team was working together to create such a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
