I came into the store to browse, no need to be "greeted" as other folks who posted their reviews earlier have cried about. The staff at this store can be helpful or they can't be helpful, it's ultimately up to me to decide what I am going to spend my money on. I don't need anything more than a few answers to very simple questions that I may have. We are all experienced shoppers, Freaking stupid to expect royal treatment at an average mall store. Some people have very high opinions of themselves and expect to be treated as such. Waaah, just let the usually younger staff work and learn the job skills as they go - the fact they are working in the first place is a real plus - consider that the next your royal highness enters a store. Anyway, I would like to say that I had a very pleasant experience at this Finish Line store at Chandler Fashion Center today and hope that those youngsters continue to grow their job skills as they work to support themselves. Thank you ladies and gentlemen

Man, the African-American female employee was not happy with that. She said something rude about it under her breath to another female employee (Caucasian) who gave me a dirty look. Good thing I have Jesus in my heart and mind. It wasn't worth her rude customer service to say something back. I was the only one there (morning time). It's not like they were super busy and had other things to do. I still got the item because I really liked it and had a coupon discount. By the way, Tempe Costco has a very affordable Adidas USA soccer jersey (t-shirt).

I brought 2 items today to exchange in size; 1 piece was purchased in Canada and was told a couple weeks ago by a different employee that I could exchange it for the right size in the same color. Today, no go and was told to call the customer service automated phone number. You're an $11B/year (for now) company and can't logistically handle an international exchange process? The second piece was a metal vent tank in the wrong size but was missing the little tag (that everyone rips off immediately) and was told I couldn't exchange it for the right size. IT'S A TAG, come on. Not even a real one at that. Guess my only solution is to sit on the automated line for an hour.

The sales associates are usually amazing -- friendly, knowledgeable, and really helpful when it comes to finding the right gear. They helped me pick out the best pieces for my workouts, which I appreciated. I did run into one associate who seemed a bit rushed and not very helpful, but thankfully that wasn't the overall experience. They have markdown racks (just like other Lululemon stores I've visited), which makes browsing even more fun. The only gripe I had that was really annoying was all of the shoes along the back walls were not ordered by size, so you kinda had to mystery hunt to find what you wanted to try on. The customer service was really great from the employees who were there and they helped me and my friend, whenever we had questions or we were trying to find something.

Be careful you don't get scammed like my son did…read more My son picked out a pair of shorts that were labeled "M" for medium on the hanger. He proceeded to front store to purchase the shorts. The lady took the hanger off and put them in a bag after my son provided his credit card for payment. Seconds after he walked out of the store I noticed they were not a size medium, but a large. I went back in the store and told the clerk what happened. I wanted to exchange for an actual medium which was falsely advertised on the hanger my son purchased.she said "no exchanges, no exceptions." She pointed out the situation sign at the counter and referred me to the manager who said the same thing. I believe my son was scammed by unethical sales people trying to get rid of bigger size stock by displaying them on mismatched sized hangers and using their "no refund, no exchange" policy to reinforce their scam.
