This location is HUGE!!! which I absolutely love, especially when it's busy! The multiple dressing rooms are a total lifesaver. It's super easy to find, right by Apple and just below Harkins, and there's plenty of parking so that's not a problem unless its the weekend and its packed! The store itself is bright, clean, and just has that welcoming vibe. I always end up spotting something new when I come in! The sales associates are usually amazing -- friendly, knowledgeable, and really helpful when it comes to finding the right gear. They helped me pick out the best pieces for my workouts, which I appreciated. I did run into one associate who seemed a bit rushed and not very helpful, but thankfully that wasn't the overall experience. They have markdown racks (just like other Lululemon stores I've visited), which makes browsing even more fun. This Lululemon is located inside the Scottsdale Fashion Center. I have come in a few times and the selection is pretty good. The staff is always so helpful, no matter which location I go to. They have good sales going on, but sometimes they run out of sizes or colors. Don't worry! You can have one of the "educators" complete your purchase online and have it sent to your house. The associate that greeted me scanned the item, checked to see if they had the size I wanted, radioed another associate to retrieve it for me and directed me to the checkout line. I had a really awesome experience here on a Saturday morning a few weeks ago! I was looking for soyoga pants and have had luck here before, and ended up having even better luck this time! Steph greeted me immediately and was super friendly! She showed me where to find things and told me if I needed help to just ask. I found a few things to try on from the sale rack. The fitting rooms were clean and had lots of places to hang clothes / sort through the likes and dislikes. I ended up purchasing two pairs to pants and two tops! At checkout, Liz was super friendly and seemed really down to earth. She let me pick a bag and took the time to show me all the colors I could choose from. Why can't I get my money back on my original form of payment on an item I am not satisfied with? We purchased near $1000 of merchandise the day before Christmas Eve. 2 days after Christmas came back to change the size of an item and noticed one of the other pieces was on sale. I asked to get an adjustment and even though I had the receipt the salesman asked the manager if he could give the adjustment but the manager said not without having the item present. We brought the item a week later to a different location and not only did they adjusted the piece but also adjusted other items on the receipt that were on sale. This is a very large and well-stocked Lululemon store! I found some items I haven't seen anywhere else and they have a ton of fitting rooms for you to try on. Staff were friendly and helpful in finding a few items for my friend who has just had a baby and wanted to purchase a few looser items while her body transitions slowly back to normal. Such a weird experience. So as a family spent over 20k at Lulu maybe more and for once I decided to use their quality promise. Normally I would just toss the item but a friend told me just take it in. So I took in one of two pairs of swim trunks I paid $100 for and worn three times and they were ripped in three places. As I took them in the employee was super friendly till the manager came up and rudely said these are our old models and we can give you 5 dollars credit or fix them. $5? What can I do with that, so of course I said let's fix them. I let her know I wore them 3x she said that's why they damaged because if they sit blah blah she had an excuse for everything. If I said they separated before I took them home she would of said Arizona is dry lol. I asked if I can speak to manager she boldly said I know all about Lulu I've been here 8 years. So she gave me a slip and submitted for a repair and told me I'd get an email in 6-10 minutes for confirmation. 3 days later no email so I called and they said they are ready for pickup. I picked them up today and they weren't even repaired wthhh it's not even about the shorts it's about taking care of your customers. In the end they were sold out of the style and color I wanted but they were able to tell me which stores I could call to see if they had my size. I made one call to a different store and the employee was super helpful and willing to search the store for the one pair left! They're being shipped to me on Monday! Their quality, fit, and fabrics are also excellent. I've worn Lulu items for many years and haven't had a single item wear out. The educators here are amazing. They really care about their customers and the experience they have in store. I brought something in to get price adjusted and the process was smooth and easy. When I went to purchase something with a water logged gift card, educators didn't seem annoyed or pestered but came up with a creative way to help me. I am not usually one to complain and tend to be a patient person, but this experience was too much. I went into this Lululemon excited as I had not been in one previously. I honestly just wanted to browse and see prices for the leggings. I am also the kind of person who smiles at someone when they make eye contact with me. I made the mistake of smiling at one of their employees. She then made a face at me and asked if I was "actually looking for something." That was the rudest thing I had ever heard in a store and this was almost as soon as I had walked in. This was enough for me to walk right back out. I will never go in one of these stores again. The short of it- I had a receipt. I had articles of clothing one still tagged the other tag perfect, placed in the shorts and both articles of clothes clearly never worn. I also had a tank top clearly poorly constructed. I had one of there tank tops on and they could verify purchase I have made at lulu lemon verifying that I have spent enough money there. The two young ladies could've done something for me but chose not too. They can hide behind the store policy but in the end it only effects there bottom line because I will continually be buying gym clothes and outer wear for the rest of my life but no longer at lulu lemon and I will be vocal to my friends to spend money on another brand names that's just as good. I don't mean to look down upon retail managers. It's a fun job. But to take yourselves seriously and look down on your customers automatically as cheats. Is just simple minded. The long of it - To give me no options except to have me walk out with my bag of two shorts that were badly sewn in the butt- that also had a verification of purchase and also walkout with my expensive tank top that also is constructed poorly? Shows Lululemon is nothing special and their clothes doesn't last any longer then sears, gap, old navy or Jc penny's sports clothing. They could've verified my other purchases but they didn't care too. I understand return policies. I get it but that's also with the expectations that the clothes are going to last and have no issues. The managers were nice but in the big picture they'll be gone in a year or two on to another business But my review and vocal disappointment will still be echoing. You know? First off, I am using a different name due to the fact that i still shop at lululemon. However, the last three times i have visited this location i have been treated with the utmost disrespect and the lack of customer service was astonishing. I have owned lululemon clothing for several years and the other day i walked in to get a specific pair of leggings and the worker grabbed them from me said "oh no you don't want those ones!" Then proceeded to put them back on the shelf and made me try on a different pair, when i had just wanted to come in quick before work. Safe to say i did not get anything that day. From my experiences, this entire location is loaded with incompetent workers who are just trying to sell the highest priced item and will even go as far as to lie to a customer to make a sale. Some serious competency issues going on here, avoid at all costs! If you love Lulu like I do, i highly recommend the Biltmore location where the management is first class and always there to HELP the customer, not SELL them. I will not be returning to this location due to poor customer service and incompetent management. Unbelievable! read more
