Lulu, I have been a loyal customer going on 2 decades now, but the policies and customer service are non becoming non competitive to other up and coming brands on the market. I brought 2 items today to exchange in size; 1 piece was purchased in Canada and was told a couple weeks ago by a different employee that I could exchange it for the right size in the same color. Today, no go and was told to call the customer service automated phone number. You're an $11B/year (for now) company and can't logistically handle an international exchange process? The second piece was a metal vent tank in the wrong size but was missing the little tag (that everyone rips off immediately) and was told I couldn't exchange it for the right size. IT'S A TAG, come on. Not even a real one at that. Guess my only solution is to sit on the automated line for an hour. read more

This location is HUGE!!! which I absolutely love, especially when it's busy! The multiple dressing rooms are a total lifesaver. It's super easy to find, right by Apple and just below Harkins, and there's plenty of parking so that's not a problem unless its the weekend and its packed! The store itself is bright, clean, and just has that welcoming vibe. I always end up spotting something new when I come in! The sales associates are usually amazing -- friendly, knowledgeable, and really helpful when it comes to finding the right gear. They helped me pick out the best pieces for my workouts, which I appreciated. I did run into one associate who seemed a bit rushed and not very helpful, but thankfully that wasn't the overall experience. They have markdown racks (just like other Lululemon stores I've visited), which makes browsing even more fun. I genuinely enjoy stopping by this location to see what's new and it's definitely one of my favorites! read more

This Lululemon is located inside the Scottsdale Fashion Center. I have come in a few times and the selection is pretty good. The staff is always so helpful, no matter which location I go to. They have good sales going on, but sometimes they run out of sizes or colors. Don't worry! You can have one of the "educators" complete your purchase online and have it sent to your house. I'm a fan of this location for sure! Don't forget to show your military ID for a discount off your purchase! read more

I had a really awesome experience here on a Saturday morning a few weeks ago! I was looking for soyoga pants and have had luck here before, and ended up having even better luck this time! Steph greeted me immediately and was super friendly! She showed me where to find things and told me if I needed help to just ask. I found a few things to try on from the sale rack. The fitting rooms were clean and had lots of places to hang clothes / sort through the likes and dislikes. I ended up purchasing two pairs to pants and two tops! At checkout, Liz was super friendly and seemed really down to earth. She let me pick a bag and took the time to show me all the colors I could choose from. The customer service I received on this visit was outstanding. 10/10, would definitely shop here again. read more

Customer service is amazing. I was greeted when I walked into the store. I was there to exchange an item I purchased on line. The associate that greeted me scanned the item, checked to see if they had the size I wanted, radioed another associate to retrieve it for me and directed me to the checkout line. The associate brought the correct item and I was able to exchange the item quickly. In and out! read more

Terrible customer service! Manager offer no help! I ordered an item online and was trying to return it to this store. The item I ordered was sent used and still have sensor in it and no tag. I wanted to return the item and refund the money back on my card but the manager said they can only issue store credit. Why can't I get my money back on my original form of payment on an item I am not satisfied with? I found it really odd too that the manager doesn't even want to give her first name so that I know who I am talking to. read more

I have been to many Lululemon stores because my husband and I like their products, staff has always been helpful and the stores have always been neat/tidy no matter how busy they are. Boyfriend and I went to return something. The manager who helped my bf with the return took a very long time to search things up and ultimately said there was nothing he could do. The whole time he acted like the returns would go through and misled us. He wouldn't give us his name and had the most awful, unprofessional attitude. Told us to contact the CEO to complain. Funny. You lost a lifelong customer. Don't waste your time. Go to Vuori. read more

This store is bigger than the others but the customer service is the worst I seen it was my first time entering this store so I didn't know what or where could I find the ones in the mannequin I ask a lady if she works there in a very rude and sarcastic way she said yes I ask where the jacket from the mannequin was and she just said over there in the back very helpful ha . At the dressing room was the same story with these staff members talking and pretending to speak Spanish "from Spain " Spain is a country btw not a language I don't know if by my looks they joke all the time in a condescending tone meanwhile I was trying my clothes minding my own business cause we'll I'm least I speak 3 languages anyway I bought my first gym outfit . I can tell something is going on with management because almost all of them act like that in this store .,saw like five people left in the time I was there I even overheard someone complaining for not getting help she just left . next time I will just go to the one on Biltmore amazing customer service and helpful . read more

Lululemon Athletica - Just the receipt - Sports Wear Near Me - Scottsdale, Arizona

We purchased near $1000 of merchandise the day before Christmas Eve. 2 days after Christmas came back to change the size of an item and noticed one of the other pieces was on sale. I asked to get an adjustment and even though I had the receipt the salesman asked the manager if he could give the adjustment but the manager said not without having the item present. We brought the item a week later to a different location and not only did they adjusted the piece but also adjusted other items on the receipt that were on sale. What a difference of management read more

This is a very large and well-stocked Lululemon store! I found some items I haven't seen anywhere else and they have a ton of fitting rooms for you to try on. Staff were friendly and helpful in finding a few items for my friend who has just had a baby and wanted to purchase a few looser items while her body transitions slowly back to normal. We found a few new items and easily were in and out in about half an hour. read more

This location is great! Their store was clean, organized, and a great place to shop on a Sunday afternoon. Their selection was great! They had pretty much everything available in each size, no lines for fitting rooms, and associates eager to help. Special shout-out to their associate, Max. He was friendly, helpful, and even helped order my size as I required a "tall" fit. He made the experience great, seem less, and enjoyable. Highly recommend! read more

Such a weird experience. So as a family spent over 20k at Lulu maybe more and for once I decided to use their quality promise. Normally I would just toss the item but a friend told me just take it in. So I took in one of two pairs of swim trunks I paid $100 for and worn three times and they were ripped in three places. As I took them in the employee was super friendly till the manager came up and rudely said these are our old models and we can give you 5 dollars credit or fix them. $5? What can I do with that, so of course I said let's fix them. I let her know I wore them 3x she said that's why they damaged because if they sit blah blah she had an excuse for everything. If I said they separated before I took them home she would of said Arizona is dry lol. I asked if I can speak to manager she boldly said I know all about Lulu I've been here 8 years. So she gave me a slip and submitted for a repair and told me I'd get an email in 6-10 minutes for confirmation. 3 days later no email so I called and they said they are ready for pickup. I picked them up today and they weren't even repaired wthhh it's not even about the shorts it's about taking care of your customers. Imagine losing a customer over one pair of shorts and a customer who's spent thousands. I bet lulu wouldn't like that SMH read more

Customer service was excellent. Attendant took time to grab me various items and help size me. In the end they were sold out of the style and color I wanted but they were able to tell me which stores I could call to see if they had my size. I made one call to a different store and the employee was super helpful and willing to search the store for the one pair left! They're being shipped to me on Monday! Their quality, fit, and fabrics are also excellent. I've worn Lulu items for many years and haven't had a single item wear out. Free tailoring is nice, especially if you're a shorty like me and need your leggings hemmed. read more

I just don't see the attraction of this store. Everything is overpriced and seems to cater to the smaller woman. I could be wrong, but there just seems to be no rhyme or reason as to how the store is arranged. The Scottsdale location is huge compared to Chandler. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Unbelievable. This is not the Lulu way. Everyone must be very unhappy at this store.

No greeting or helpful employees. Had to go out of my way to find someone and ask a question. No selection of Fanny packs which was what I was in search of for my hiking trip read more

The educators here are amazing. They really care about their customers and the experience they have in store. I brought something in to get price adjusted and the process was smooth and easy. When I went to purchase something with a water logged gift card, educators didn't seem annoyed or pestered but came up with a creative way to help me. On top of them being so kind, the store's selection is awesome. The storefront is massive and there are always new goodies. read more

This man working was insanely rude and more interested in talking to his employees rather then helping customers

I am not usually one to complain and tend to be a patient person, but this experience was too much. I went into this Lululemon excited as I had not been in one previously. I honestly just wanted to browse and see prices for the leggings. I am also the kind of person who smiles at someone when they make eye contact with me. I made the mistake of smiling at one of their employees. She then made a face at me and asked if I was "actually looking for something." That was the rudest thing I had ever heard in a store and this was almost as soon as I had walked in. This was enough for me to walk right back out. I will never go in one of these stores again. Maybe work on training your employees not to treat customers like they are beneath them. Might be good for business. read more

The manager, tall blonde woman, was so beyond rude to me. Disregarded my concerns and talked to me in a tone that just isn't okay. I feel Extremely disrespected. I am a frequent customer of Lululemon, but I am going to start shopping elsewhere because of the experience I just had. Since Lulu has such high quality products, maybe the store should consider hiring some nicer staff. read more

All based on who you get. I was waiting in line to get assistance with leggings to be repaired in the try on area (like instructed to) and had 3 people walk by me but yet my boyfriend (very athletic looking) had 2 associates ask if he needed help. He told them no but my girlfriend does. If you don't have the 'Scottsdale look' then don't bother going. They treat you like a 2nd class citizen there. Oh and got my pants back-within a week they already have a hole in the same spot. Don't waste your time at this one-go to the Biltmore location. They have excellent customer service and treat everyone with the dignity they deserve. read more

The term "snottsdale " certainly comes from the employees at this store! Can't even bother to stop their flirting/conversation with eachother when a customer walks in the store!!! Not one employee greeted or aknowledged me!!! -- I was even wearing their pants while shopping!!! Snooty bitches!!! There is no shortage of activewear shops out there. I've become and avid gym goer and I needed a sweater, I had heard of this brand and decided to give it a try. I went in and Matt helped me out I explained to him what I was looking for and he was outstanding! O star why have a phone number if you never answer calls. Bad customer service ignoring customers.

This location has the WORST customer service. Not one employee said hello to us when we walked in, and it is nearly impossible to get any help from their 15+ workers. If you value being treated as a valued customer, go to the quarter location. read more

The short of it- I had a receipt. I had articles of clothing one still tagged the other tag perfect, placed in the shorts and both articles of clothes clearly never worn. I also had a tank top clearly poorly constructed. I had one of there tank tops on and they could verify purchase I have made at lulu lemon verifying that I have spent enough money there. The two young ladies could've done something for me but chose not too. They can hide behind the store policy but in the end it only effects there bottom line because I will continually be buying gym clothes and outer wear for the rest of my life but no longer at lulu lemon and I will be vocal to my friends to spend money on another brand names that's just as good. I don't mean to look down upon retail managers. It's a fun job. But to take yourselves seriously and look down on your customers automatically as cheats. Is just simple minded. The long of it - To give me no options except to have me walk out with my bag of two shorts that were badly sewn in the butt- that also had a verification of purchase and also walkout with my expensive tank top that also is constructed poorly? Shows Lululemon is nothing special and their clothes doesn't last any longer then sears, gap, old navy or Jc penny's sports clothing. They could've verified my other purchases but they didn't care too. I understand return policies. I get it but that's also with the expectations that the clothes are going to last and have no issues. The managers were nice but in the big picture they'll be gone in a year or two on to another business But my review and vocal disappointment will still be echoing. You know? Nordstrom is expensive but it's nice to return or want to exchange something and not have people treat you like you're a cheat trying to cheat the system. Most people just want value and many of us find a brand and stick with it. I'm disappointed but now I have the opportunity to look around and find another brand. Again in the long run Lulu lemon lost a good customer off of a $120 dollar exchange? read more
