We were chatting with her about everything and anything, and stayed talking until other customers came in the store, looked around, and finally made it to checkout. :) Thank you Ann!

The whole experience was exactly what you hope for in a western store: helpful, knowledgeable, and zero pressure. The staff took their time with the hat and made sure it looked right instead of rushing through it. They were also great with the boots, helping me figure out what size actually worked for me across different styles and brands. That part matters because cowboy boot sizing can feel like it was invented by someone who wanted to make online shopping impossible. What I appreciated most was that they weren't pushy. They clearly knew their stuff, explained the differences, and seemed to genuinely enjoy helping me find the right fit. Overall, great local spot if you need hat work, boots, or just want guidance from people who actually understand western wear.

I splurged and got a grey tee with a cow skull head with pretty pink and turquoise writing and accents. A shirt I likely won't soon find again. My mom walked away with this adorable retro dusty rose cardigan with white daisy flowers all over it. Seriously the cutest thing I've seen in awhile. This shop is definitely a must stop when in downtown Scottsdale as the service here is friendly and the clothes are truly unique!
