We walked in ready to spend a few hundred dollars on more than nine jerseys. All we needed was for the employee to repeat the price. Instead, we got, "I told you that two minutes ago." Don't worry, we remembered how to find the exit just fine. It's amazing how fast poor customer service can save customers money. Probably one of the worst jersey places you could go to. 1. They don't let you look at jerseys before you purchase them, and they're pretty rude about it too. 2. They're priced high for fake/off brand jerseys that are bad material based on the ones you COULD touch & inspect. 3. Found them on Facebook and after presenting them with evidence of them lying about jerseys they were posting as authentic, they blocked me. Yesterday 7/16/19 was my coworkers bday and he is a very huge sports fan. I wanted to get him something that he would love and I thought, why not some sports memorabilia for his office. I want to start off by saying I know nothing about sports! I drove out to the Arizona mills and first walked into Just Sports, they had very little options and weren't very helpful. They actually recommended I check out All Flags & Sports. I walked in with a picture that I was able to find on my coworkers social media page of him & his family in jerseys. I was assisted by Bill, who was such a huge help! (I'm honestly shocked to read the reviews below because Bill was so friendly and they literally have so many great options!) He asked me a few questions of what I was looking for and how tall my coworker was and provided me with options. He had so many products to pick out of with different prices $-$$$. I was happy that I had many options and he made my purchase so easy, I didn't have to look for anything. I walked out with a robe, which I thought was so unique that my coworker would be thrilled and love! I think the look on his face says it all... loved it! Whoever answered the phone was very patient with me, very firmly informed me I won't speak to the owner. He (the telephone guy) was friendly but humorless, and couldn't explain to me the significance of the hockey players on their flyer advertising a position for a sales job. The guy in this store is incredibly rude & unreasonable. Greedy on the prices, he will not let you try on any jerseys without purchasing first and started saying stuff under his breath as we walked out. The quality of his material appears to be iron or homemade. We needed a youth large and he wanted to charge 99$ when stores like Just Sports charge 70$ for youth sizes. Purchased some Christmas ornaments, he claimed he had the ones I had just bought in the back and to just wait until the guy grabbed them. He then tells me that he doesn't have them and that I need to wait for them to go to Mesa to grab them. I let him know I'm on a time crunch and to just give me my money back for them. Great store with at least one jersey from any major sports team you could want. The guy behind the counter, Bill, helped me find a retro Vikings Cris Carter jersey at a better price than I could find online. 90% sure this store is laundering money. I hardly ever see anyone in there, let alone someone actually buying anything. Every time I've humored myself by going in there, they have hands-down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. You're not allowed to try on jerseys before purchasing, they have NO return policy, and worst of all, most of their products are counterfeit knock-offs from China. They have jerseys you can buy from AliExpress for $21 marked up to $150, which is higher than you could just buy a legitimate jersey on MLB.com, NFL.com, etc. How they stay in business despite these things is beyond me, and how they can continue to afford a spot inside a mall is beyond me.
