I've always shopped at this target and love all the employees, but this is my third time having a problem with one of the so called " managers". He's dismissive, disrespectful and rude. His name was Maurice and I've never dealt with such horrible customer service. I have recently used TP at LPP and Happy Valley. I am pleased and relieved that the service has been top notch and professional. After being forced to use Wallgreens I have been brought back to Target Pharmacy for refills and they have done a great job. Robin the manager is great. My scripts have been accurate and on time which other pharmacies have not been able to do. It is only reasonable to recognize Target Pharmacy for the quality work. read more

Beautiful newer store. Full grocery store, Starbucks and pizza place inside. Laid out in the familiar pattern making it easy to find what we needed. Used the cartwheel app and found $4 in savings on products already in my basket. Self checkout was fast and intuitive. Will definitely return to this location. read more

You know what? I usually love this target! Great dollar section, clean store, etc. But tonight it was different. First off, someone in electronics gave me major attitude when I went in to ask about AirPods. Believe me I know they're in high demand, but when a customer asks if you have something just say "sorry we don't" instead of pointing at a display and laughing. I proceeded to say "okay thank you. I'll check another store," when he piped in with his expert opinion to tell me "not to waste my time and stop asking questions." Another complaint in this department would be that target needs to find a way to update their inventory online, so that customers don't waste time going to stores when the product isn't even there. After this terrible experience, I decided to walk through the store and shop to pick up my mood. According to the website, the store closed at 11:59 so I felt like I had plenty of time to peruse and smell candles. Instead, much to my dismay, the lights were turned off and a cashier barked at me that they were closing. In that case I put down my few items and walked out so as not to bother her more. Bummer for target to lose that service, but next time maybe they should employ some friendlier faces that make me want to shop there. read more

When you compare it to a walmart of course Target will have a higher rating. However, I am writing on my experience and I normally shop at Frys. There were some items that I found cheaper at target than at frys. I also loved the great selections. It was hard for me not to buy everything I wanted and needed because they had all of it. I was very impressed with how clean the store is and organized. It was a 30 minute drive for me but I got everything I needed for the next two weeks. Compare to what I spent at frys i would say it is about the same. I really enjoyed the store I'm just not sure I like having to drive 30 minutes to drive back home. read more

This target location is my favorite in the area. Not too much foot traffic, good stock of products and enough checkout personnel to get the job done quickly. They also have a decent amount of seasonal items and subsequent clearance of those items. They have a Starbucks inside the target as well. Target is a great store to shop for groceries, clothing, house ware, cosmetics, pharmacy, craft supplies, and seasonal items. Pricing is always fair at target and their clothing lines get better each year. read more

Omg this Target is amazing. I've shopped at many Targets in my life, but this one tops all of them, even my favorite one back home in Vegas. Of course there are some awesome deals to be had; like getting a $10 giftcard when spending $50 worth of baby products. But here is why this Target is top notch. For one, they had a ton of clearance clothing for baby and adults, and it was all organized. The store was clean and the shelves were stocked full of product. ALL the employees were friendly and looked like they loved their jobs. All Target employees need to take note of this location. The employees on the floor asked me if I was doing ok and my cashier was smiling and chipper. There were sooo many registers open, which is a shocker to me because I'm only used to seeing maybe 3 open. I was also shocked to see a huge produce section with everything looking so fresh. Stupidly (?) decided to wait until Christmas Eve to purchase some pajamas for me and my family. I knew that the Target in Surprise (Bell and Grand) would be mobbed and probably picked over, so I opted for this SuperTarget off Lake Pleasant Pkwy and Happy Valley. The parking lot was busy, busy! Traffic in and out caused big time waits for people. We finally got a parking spot, and went inside. For Christmas Eve, it wasn't as bad as I thought. Yes, there were lots of people, but not unbearable; no long lines or understaffing at this location. However, the clothing was pretty well picked over, and I had a difficult time finding the sizes I needed. I ended up settling for "what was left", but still felt pretty good about the choices. Checkout was quick and simple. The cashier was very polite and upbeat, despite working Christmas Eve. If they can stay above water (ample staffing, friendly employees, reasonable merchandise stocking) during the holidays, that's saying something in my book. read more

In recent times I feel like more of my experiences shopping at places like target, frys, or walmart, the employees are simply there to get their task done. I've had a few times I've walked away from such places annoyed that I choose the normal checkout line and got someone in a bad mood when I could have just done self checkout. Today I went to the checkout and was surprised to find my mood lifted by the two cashiers that were working. I came on here to increase the chances that they get some recognition for their good vibes. One of the better Target locations. Very clean, well lighted, and well stocked. They have a lot of excellent house-brand foods that my family loves. There is rarely a line of more than a couple people to check out, so it's a pretty efficient place to shop. read more

This is a neat and we'll kept store. The grocery half was very clean and the aisles were marked for easy shopping .The same goes for the other side of the store. Clothes racks were neatly stocked and the aisles were not cluttered or blocked. read more

Let me start with I gave this location more than one chance to redeem itself but they have failed. My number one reason not to shop at this location is overcharging for items. Shoppers better make sure they watch as items are rung up and to check their receipts because prices posted are not what you are being charged. I have been overcharged every time I have shopped here for the last 2 months. It's more than one item too. So I can imagine with the thousands transactions that occur on a daily basis what profit this store shows due to overcharge customers. I also agree with other posting here regarding the rudeness of the cashiers. This is unacceptable. Maybe the Arizona Ag office or 3 on your side should do a secret shopper at this location. read more

I love how nice this Target is, but I hate how it doesn't have some of the same sales as the other targets I go to. It has some things that the other ones don't have, and doesn't have some things that the other ones do. Wish they were all consistent! Pretty normal trip through Target until we got to the checkout. Maurice was helping us out and made the experience much more fun. I like this particular Target a whole lot. However, I will never, ever again shop Target online. I wanted to have my item shipped to this store (free shipping), but Target would not allow it. I called Target's customer service, but could not get a reason. The representative suggested that I call Corporate, which I did, and again I could not get a reasonable, logical answer. I have in the past placed orders for pickup at this store without any difficulty. One movie on blu-ray disc cannot be shipped to this store? Unbelievable. I instead placed my order with Walmart - for in-store pick up. What a shame for Target. read more

Let me tell you something. I. Love. Target. Especially this location! It's the only Super Target (translation: with grocery) in the area. I love having this Target close to home as opposed to the alternative....Walmart! I just discovered their Target brand half and half for our coffee at home and I have to tell you the stuff is awesome. So I saw that the jewelry handbags were 40% off on their sign, the ad totally throws me off it said nothing about downloading some app to get the discount so I ask the guy at self check out to price check the items and he has like a shocked look at his face like "really?"
