Don't enter your phone number and DOB it will not give you a valid answer. - when you call and ask for a pharmacy tech (you have to keep telling the automated system pharmacy tech) they will pick up the phone and then put you back on hold. This happened so many times I lost count. While on hold I got back in my car and drove back to the pharmacy. - this pharmacy is horrible understaffed for the amount of business they get. They need to hire more techs and pharmacies.

I said no a pick up for, stated my name & she said this lane is for drop offs only. I said I don't see any signage indicating that and she said well it is and maybe the sign blew away because of the wind and hung up. She was completely unprofessional and rude! So I called the store to speak with the assistant manager Monica. I advised her that her employee could have went about this differently and didn't have to be so rude & unprofessional. She could have easily said for future reference the second lane is only for drop off and I'll take care of you this time since the sign is in fact not posted out there. By this time, waiting in line, all another three cars have been added to the line that I would've been in. Had they had the sign up! So she expected me to reverse and get to the back of the line because of an error on their behalf. I think what's even more frustrating is that they have a big window showing their entire drive-through and they can see that the sign is not there through the window. They stare out the window all day. Why didn't somebody get up & go out there and put another sign up? It took for the Assistant manager Monica to have to go out of her way, go above and beyond to provide professional assistance. Fixing a matter that could've been so easily fixed by the other woman working the pharmacy drive-through. I will not be using this pharmacy EVER AGAIN.

There is parking on both sides of the building, but not much. We had to circle the block three times to find a spot. When one car leaves another takes the spot. Once inside the line is pretty long, but goes super fast. There are multiple workers helping keeping up with the flow. We decided to get a few carnitas tacos as well as share a chicken quesadilla. My son ordered the last of the asada on his quesadilla. We also picked up some fresh veggies, salsa and meat to cook at home for tacos tomorrow. Meat selection was great and the vegetables fresh. The store was clean and organized. Before leaving we picked up a few teas in the refrigerated section; which also sells beer, sodas etc. as well as some candy at check out of course. The carnitas were AMAZING and after topping with some pico and red sauce even better. They were so full we needed actual utensils to eat the meat and such that was in the container. We couldn't let any go to waste. My son was right when we said the quesadillas were huge! We barely could eat half between the two of us. I picked up some green sauce for the chicken quesadillas and it was so good! The cheese they used made it even better and they do not skimp on the fillings/meat. Don't sleep on this place.
