The QT cat! We call him/her bagheera, or baggie for short.
V J.

This is the best QT in AZ! Most of the time it is very busy, but they're so efficient that there is hardly any waiting. This seems to be the QT that police, fire, and EMTs are always using, which is a plus in my book. The outside is always clean and the inside still looks brand new. The employees are always friendly and work fast to get you on your way. There is a large selection of drinks and snacks as well as a nice kitchen that features pizza, ice cream, coffees, and breakfast foods. I especially love the cute grey cat that has made this QT it's home for the past year. It's always nice to see the cat chilling by the front doors like it's a greeter and is their mascot. (FYI: it's left ear is clipped signifying it as part of the "trap, neuter, and return" program, which helps to control the community cat population and it's a good thing the cat is there).

Noms. Some…read moreIn-N-Outs are better than others. None are disappointing. This one is pretty good. A bunch of hard workers are always hustling there per usual. The only thing I don't like about this location is that it's right next to the freeway with a tiny lot. This place is so popular, I feel they could have easily chose a location a few blocks down or somewhere else in Avondale with more space as we know, night or day- it feels claustrophobic to come here. But, noms nom-the-less

If you're thinking about using the drive-thru at this In-N-Out, let me warn you now:…read moreThere is a 75% chance you will be held hostage with no escape route. Once you're in, you're trapped--and you better not be in a hurry. Drive-Thru = Danger Zone Unless it's your lucky day, expect to wait 20 to 40 minutes--sometimes more. It's absolutely insane how consistently slow this location is. I've been to plenty of In-N-Outs all across Arizona, and this one is hands-down the worst for wait time. Sometimes the line starts out on the actual street, right after getting off the 10. You're literally blocking traffic just trying to get into the parking lot. It feels like drive-thru roulette, and most times you lose. Food & Service Inside? Same reliable In-N-Out experience--friendly staff, clean interior, fast turnaround. It's almost always faster to walk in and order than sit in the drive-thru forever. The food is usually done right, and I've only had two order mistakes--but one of those happened after I had already waited forever and driven 25 minutes home, only to realize it was wrong. Now I check the bag every single time before pulling away. Parking & Traffic When it's busy, just trying to get into the parking lot feels like a death wish. The entrance gets completely clogged, and people end up stuck halfway in the street, which is stressful and dangerous. Bottom Line: Food? Great. Staff? Fine. But the drive-thru is a black hole of time, and it's wild that after all these years, it's still this bad. If you're brave enough to try, I strongly suggest going inside instead--unless you brought a podcast, snacks, and the patience of a saint. Review written while sitting in drive thru- it's been 21 minutes so far and I'm not even halfway through the drive through.

Overall so good! We originally drove over to this area to go to a different place but didn't know…read morethey closed and I'm so happy this was the first suggestion for birria!! I got a birria taco and my hubs got an al pastor quesadilla. We also got a side of rice and horchata. Horchata- creamy and delish (which says a lot because I don't usually care for it) Rice- was good to me but the peas could be left out lol Quesadilla- the meat was flavorful and owned every bite. Tortilla was nice and everything was a perfect ratio Birria- OMG! The flavor was perfect and the cheese. It was so hard not to eat it in one bite lol. I foot to add consume but honestly it didn't need it. I loved the flavor and how tender the meat was I've driven past the Litchfield location and always wanted to try so I am happy we made it into this location! Definitely will have to make my way to that one since it's a little closer to home. Also the seating is ample inside and the girls are nice! Kitchen was quick as well. Even when it was dead to watching alone form, they busted out those orders

I found this spot tucked away in a Fry's plaza honestly surprising since I've been in the area…read moreplenty of times and never noticed it before. I stopped by on a Saturday night to finally check it out. As soon as I walked in, I noticed the trompo right away, which is always a good sign. I stepped up to the counter and was greeted with a warm smile from the young lady up front. After looking over the menu, I ordered two tacos de tripa and two tacos de suadero. She asked if I wanted the tripas extra crispy I said no. I also asked how they prepare the suadero since I didn't see a choricera, but she wasn't sure. When the food came out, the tripas were a letdown. The texture was off, almost like a stale chip, and they were clearly overcooked. I asked if I could swap them for something safer, so I went with asada instead, but that didn't impress either. It didn't taste very fresh. Now here's the reason you should come to Tacos Chilangos: the suadero. Even though it's not cooked the traditional way, it was absolutely delicious. Perfect meat-to-fat ratio, super flavorful, and easily the standout. The guacamole salsa was top tier. I kept going back to that one over the others. All in all definitely stop by to try the suadero as for as the other two I'd would probably give them a second try.

I love Raising Cane's, but not all locations are created equal. The signage here is a bit confusing…read moresince it's on a different side from the actual entrance, though from the freeway it looks like an easy in-and-out. That said, the staff absolutely made this visit. The awesome human who took my drive-thru order deserves recognition. Cash was used, so there's no personal info on the receipt, but the check number was 11835 in case that helps them get the praise they deserve. I ordered the Big Box combo with extra fries and no slaw--made to perfection. Portions were great, food temperature was spot on, and the fries were actually seasoned (which I don't usually experience at other locations). The human at the drive-thru window was also friendly, asked how my day was going, and made sure I had all the condiments I needed. I truly wish this level of customer service existed at some East valley locations I've visited. Overall, this was hands down one of the best Raising Cane's experiences I've had. There's plenty of onsite parking and two drive-thru lanes, which really helps the line move quickly. Kuddos to this branch for having excellent customer service! The entire staff deserve the rest of 2025 off with pay, as well as, huge raises.
