Portions were great, food temperature was spot on, and the fries were actually seasoned (which I don't usually experience at other locations). The human at the drive-thru window was also friendly, asked how my day was going, and made sure I had all the condiments I needed. I truly wish this level of customer service existed at some East valley locations I've visited. Overall, this was hands down one of the best Raising Cane's experiences I've had. There's plenty of onsite parking and two drive-thru lanes, which really helps the line move quickly. Kuddos to this branch for having excellent customer service! If I placed a mobile order under my name, that should be enough to hand me my food. It shouldn't feel like a DoorDash pickup or take extra steps because staff can't locate the order number. Mobile orders should be quick and convenient, not a long wait caused by confusion at the register. This location really needs better training and more efficient processes. It shouldn't be this difficult to pick up a simple order.
