    2 Meat Platter

I travel for work and eat BBQ in a lot of places. This place is excellent and it's affordable! Something you dont see in BBQ places. I had the 2 meat plate (hot link and sliced brisket) mac and cheese and creamy coleslaw. Everything was excellent the hot links had a lot of flavor and had the right amount of spice!! Brisket was excellent did not need a knife to cut. Mac and Cheese was cooked perfectly and cheesy. Coleslaw was creamy with great flavor!! Hubby had the turkey sandwich and potato salad. He loved it. Total was $35 with drinks.

Holy moly, this Q's got gumption! Easily the best smoked ribs I've had in decades, and the moist brisket puts Rudy's to shame. The burnt ends were ensconced in flavor and the brisket was pull-apart-tender fire! If you're not dead, you need this in your life. 5 Star taste experience that rivals San Antonio's Pinkertons. Say hi to pit-master Nick, if you can.

NakedQ is our new favorite BBQ place! Ribs are moist but not fatty with mild smoke. Same for the brisket. They call their sauce a Nashville style, gooey with a little bite, maybe halfway between a Kansas City and Carolina sauce. Very good. Mac and cheese is creamy but not the slop bomb as so many barbecue places. Corn bread and coleslaw were also good. The sandwich is a bit smaller than Rudy's, but still generous. Sides were definitely better than most barbecue joints. And the prices are super reasonable. You can eat here for about the same price as Chipotle. It has a fast casual atmosphere and the staff is friendly and on it to keep it clean. Homemade lemonade to top it off. A winner for sure.

My first time here. My husband said, they have delicious ribs. Unfortunately, they've run out of ribs, so I took the Turkey breast but...it was too salty!!. The Mac&Cheese, on the contrary, was bland - it lacked salt and wasn't creamy enough. The slaw - I'd say it is milky, not really "creamy" as they advertise it. The potato salad and corn bread -Ok. Sorry, I was not impressed by food. The stuff was polite and the restaurant is clean.

Short Review: DO NOT COME HERE. The food is not worthy to be called BBQ. As someone who has tasted great BBQ, this restaurant does not live up to the BBQ name. The meat is extremely dry; the sides are worse than canned versions, and the prices are not equivalent to the quality. Do not eat here unless you want low quality BBQ that tastes worse than getting premade at the grocery. Full Review: I planned to get BBQ here as the store is in a great location and has a nice exterior. However, this perception quickly faded as I entered the store. A BBQ restaurant which is meant to have the atmosphere of cooking and quickly serving customers instead felt dead with no activity. Employees were standing in conversation behind the counter rather than switching out meats and sides. I took a long time before I ordered and did not notice a single replacing of any meat or side. I ordered a two-meat plate with pulled pork and pulled chicken with sides of mac and cheese, beans, and cornbread which gave me a wide variety of the restaurant's quality. I also ordered 4 cups of the sweet BBQ sauce which costed $18.75. The meat (both pork and chicken) was served from covered warming trays built into the counter. This showed me that the meat was not fresh and had probably been sitting for many minutes. When I ate the meat, my suspicions were confirmed. The meat was extremely dry and had no smoke flavor and tasted like baked meat. The BBQ sauce was thin and lacking flavor requiring me to use store BBQ sauce to have any semblance of flavor. The sides were also subpar. The beans were dry, lacking flavor, and were significantly worse than baked beans sold in cans. The Mac and Cheese was mediocre and didn't taste much better than other fast-food locations. The cornbread was bland and lacking flavor. In all, as someone who enjoys BBQ, this restaurant was extremely subpar and a complete waste of money. Great location, great interior, subpar food. You would be better served buying a rotisserie chicken and a bottle of BBQ sauce at Safeway and still have money left to spare.

Looked at all the reviews before trying I'm a seasoned BBQ guy and I have tried a lot of different restaurants that claim to have good BBQ. My reaction.... It's alright. Nothing special. But happy to have had the opportunity to try. Service was friendly and patient. Restaurant decide is very typical for a chain company. Many TV for sports.

Comfortable, sorta on the dark side. Classy. As I was not driving today, I decided to try their smoked Old Fashioned. Excellent -- and the dark cherries they use are the perfect addition to the cocktail. (The glass is coated with smoke from a smoldering piece of pecan wood, and the cocktail was served with a cloud of smoke under a coaster covering the glass.) The pig sickles ( ribs) were the perfect chance to make a pig of myself. Had the two meat plate, pig sickles and barbecued pulled chicken, If you like corn, you must have the side of corn with your dinner. The barbecue beans were delicious. Our server did a magnificent job tending to our drinks, appetizer, and food orders -- despite being very busy (the place was packed! -- and seemed like she was in constant motion. Very nice individual who liked la Prices? It was expensive, but the best barbecue always is. Eating isn't cheap. It was well worth every dollar spent. All in all, it was a perfect dinner. The perfect parting gift: a small paper bag containing four small donuts, coated with cinnamon. Our bag didn't make it home... I think we've found the perfect place to bring our family and out-of-town guests for dinner.

Pretty much every type of meat that they had was a hit. Some of the meat was a bit salty, but it wasn't salty enough to affect my culinary experience. Overall I thought it was very delicious. Naturally, the sliced brisket was very juicy and tasty, and the chopped brisket provided good textural consistency along with the flavor. I also thought that the turkey breast was a good item to neutralize the strong taste that came from some of the meat, such as the pork belly burnt ends, which were both sweet and salty. The sausage pieces were also great in providing a layer of flavor distinct from the other kinds of meat. The pork spare ribs were generous in size, although I thought the sauce could be a bit less sweet. Overall, very solid barbeque meat and I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone that visits the Phoenix area.

Issue #1: no one took our order until 25 minutes after we arrived (yes, I kept track.). Issue #2: appetizer arrived at almost the same time as our main meal - 58 minutes after we arrived. Issue #4: my husband opened a bottle of ketchup to put some on his burger and the bottle literally exploded. Ketchup went everywhere. It was all over my husband's face and clothes. It was all over my clothes and arm and all through my hair. His burger was covered in an avalanche of ketchup. This is clearly not normal for a bottle of Ketchup. The server seemed baffled and was going to leave my husband with his meal that was drenched in Ketchup even after he asked her what would have caused the bottle to explode like that. I finally asked him if he was comfortable eating the food and she then offered to have it remade. Now the food: Burger (after being remade) was average. Chicken tenders were average. Mac and cheese and baked beans were not good. The positives: Loaded potato peels were delicious. Would definitely recommend those. Server kept my husband's soda refilled. The lady doing the bingo games was awesome. She played good music and had a good vibe with everyone in the room. I think (hope?) they were severely understaffed, hence the extreme wait times for service and food. All in all it took 2 full hours from when we got there to the time we were able to get our bill paid and leave. I cannot imagine wanting to return here unfortunately. The other patrons seemed to be having a good time with the bingo host as well. It seems this place does attract regulars but most seemed to just be drinking beer and eating onion rings. Maybe that's the way to go!
