Bro Bro's BBQ is a food truck in Metro Phoenix that serves BBQ. We tried it at Food Truck Friday West in Glendale. I knew that this would be great just by smelling the BBQ aroma in the air. We shared the BBQ Brisket Sandwich with added corn and an added grilled poblano pepper. This was a giant pile that you need to eat with a knife and fork. But they don't get the 5 stars for generous portions. They get the 5 stars for taste. This started off on a very tasty bun that was baked with cheddar cheese and jalapeno peppers IN THE BUN. The smoked brisket was so flavorful and so tender and was a perfect mix of lean and fatty. That really delicious fire roasted poblano was the perfect delicious embellishment to the sandwich. So met another couple about 3 on a Friday. My husband and I ordered the 3 meat plate to share. Brisket, pulled pork, spare ribs with coleslaw and Beans as sides. Pros: They serve alcohol. Including my favorite draft Big Blue Van. Brisket and pork both had pretty good flavor. Cabbage in the slaw was fresh. Cons: All proteins were cold. Like not even warm. Coleslaw even though the menu specified cilantro and jalapeño I only tasted raw Cabbage . Ribs weren't tender. I know they should have bite but mine was tough with a artificial smoke taste. Brisket was shredded not sliced. Service. Bartender was nice and personable but I sat for 10 minutes with a empty and she never asked if I wanted another even though the place wasn't busy. Bar itself is a sh!t hole no points taken off because they are remodeling. Overall the meal as a whole was meh! Decently priced but...I'm not sure if it was worth the trip. read more

I decided to try the FULL SIZE LEGS with the menu nor the waitress told me that they were full sized legs so I ordered 6 thinking they were drumets .. Good solid barbeque. Had the ribs and the tri-tip and both very good. Will try the brisket, pulled pork and chicken next time. The sides were all fresh and well prepared as well. Had the cole slaw, potatoe salad and cowqboy beans which had some brisket meat in it. The meat portion size is a little small, more of a sampler size than a full loaded plate hence the 4 stars. read more

This place is the worst. I placed a catering order for 2 smoked turkeys for the Friday after Thanksgiving. My sisters both had to work at the hospital so we. celebrated Thanksgiving that Friday. I paid them a week prior and they gave me a pickup time. I showed up and nobody was there. I reached out and the lady refused to call me back. I tried texting and asked where my order was. Instead of coming out and saying that they didn't make them she just sent a Zelle refund. So disappointing that they couldn't even notify me or take any accountability. I guess reputation or customer satisfaction isn't much of a priority to them. read more

It's a bar that also sells food, not a restaurant that has a bar. Lol that's the best way I can think to explain the environment. It gave me "neighborhood bar" vibes and everyone was friendly and chatty. The food is good but don't go there expecting them to get your order correct. You get what they give you & you enjoy it in silence. I get to go because the patrons like to have fun and thus it can get a little loud. I prefer less noise when I eat but would definitely come here for date night karaoke on the weekends. read more

Best breakfast sandwich I have ever had was right here at Bro Bros BBQ (located inside The 44 Sports grill & Nightlife)! This sandwich had 2 eggs, smoked pork belly, bacon and a whole lotta other goodness on thick sliced toast with a side of breakfast potatoes cooked exactly how I love them! Got to meet Bro Bro himself & he is a really cool guy who makes all the food right there! He smokes all the meat too! Highly highly recommend this place! I can not recommend Kelli and his delicious food enough!!!! I've been picking food up from him since he was doing it out of his house. Quality is ALWAYS spot on and the flavor is unbelievable. I dont know who was cooking when I went in there but the pork belly was so overcooked that it pretty much turned into jerky. The pulled pork was so watery that I felt like I was having soup instead of pulled pork. I went in on a Monday but that doesn't give the excuse to serve overcooked, watery, shitty BBQ. Fire your "cook" you got there cause he's dog shit. The owner of the BBQ was not there and was really disappointed with the bartender. Terrible service, lazy and when we wanted our bill he only focused on his friends. I was going to order stuff to go but that was awful bbq. If thats Arizona bbq then ill pass haha. Ok, so check this out. These BroBro's are pushing some legit competition-grade bbq out of their kitchen. I arrived a BroBro's newby around 1:30pm for some lunch and ordered a Two meat plate (Pulled Port and Chopped Brisket) , Kitchen sink potato salad and cowboy beans. All I got to say is OMG WOW!!! It was all very good. The meat was tender as all get out, with the proper amount of smoke and seasoning. It was accompanied by homemade pickles and onions, Mmmaaan was it good. The beans are a cross between a good pot of chili and baked beans with nice chunks of smoked meat. The PSalad was homemade good and well made. The bartender was very gracious in taking my order. As I waited I observed one of the famous BroBro's come out of the kitchen and visit the guys next to me to get their opinion, there were no complaints from these dudes as they shared their compliments with their mouths full of bbq. The portions are big, the Two meat combo filled me to the brim and was good down to the last bit of it all. I crushed it. My only complaint is: As a bbq sauce aficionado, I highly recommend you get a 2nd cup of their sweet and savory sauce. You'll be kicking yourself if you don't. New spot. Decided to give it a try (I ordered takeout) after I saw the pic of the half man half amazing sandwich. Holy cow, that's some real food right there! Large chunks of meat, the sauce was so flavorful without feeling heavy, loved the pickles and slices of jalapeño. I ate the corn by itself lol. It was soo good. This place has macaroni and cheese that'll make your heart smile. I just got the All That Beef and my husband got the Half Man, Half Amazing. Their portion sizes are generous, these sandwiches are well worth their price and worthy of their names. When I took the first bite of their macaroni and cheese I almost fell over. Their pickles are delightful spicy, sweet, crunchy little things. You can taste the love that was put in this food with every bite and I cannot recommend that you eat here enough. This place is amazing 10% of the time, the other 90% it is ok. Service is very slow and food is inconsistent. Many times I have been here for an hour and never even got the food I ordered. Now the good. The food when in the 10% zone is the best BBQ in town hands down. The owner try's new things and hits it each time. I go here every week and when theres a good week it is like hitting the lotto. Like 3 weeks ago the pork and pineapple tacos were so so good, then the next 2 weeks the tacos were okish and greasy. Thats the beauty of this joint though. Great dive style bar with the possibility of great grub. Wow. Just wow. "Don't judge a book by its cover". I was craving some bbq and nearly every place nearby was closed due to it being a holiday weekend but I found this gem.I almost skipped it due to it being in a sports bar but I am so freaking glad I didn't! First let me say the staff was super nice! The hostess was great at informing about the place and the menu and the cook really took pride in his craft! Hands down one of the best bbq sandwiches I've ever had! I walked in to order a brisket sandwich but was informed that the cook had smoked a 16 hr NY strip steak so I decided to give it a try, and was FLOORED by how damn good it was. The meat was perfectly cooked, moist and sooo tender. Almost melts in your mouth! The Chimichurri sauce was so flavorful, I also added a side of horseradish sauce which was next level! I ate 4 hours ago and I'm still stuffed, so that'll let you know the portions are huge! Next time I'll make sure to get a pic but it was just too good to put down! I'll definitely be back! read more

We tried so many items and every single item was amazing and so full of flavor!! We had the "chucky" -3meat, brisket, ribs and pulled pork -amazing. We also had the "all that beef" and "peach perfect", amazing and amazing!! I can't emphasize how much flavor every single item had!! We are big critiques of food and we cannot say enough wonderful things about all the food this place offered!! For sides we tried 'em all :- ) Beans, mac n cheese, jalapeno slaw and pickled jalapeno chips, all amazing!! We also tried the chopped brisket chili; beans, meat, flavor were amazing! Got home with leftovers and immediately had to open the box to start nibbling on 'em.
