Presentation and taste were top notch!! We had shrimp ceviche and Mexican pinwheels for an appetizer along with Southwest chicken and carne asada for our taco bar. It came with all of the necessary accoutrements such as rice, beans, and all condiments. All of our guests raved at how delicious the food was! Once finished, they helped with boxing up leftovers so that we could enjoy time with our guests at the party. Cleanliness seemed important to Stanley and his team; which was very appreciated.
