Crispy, saucy, colorful slaw and the fries are seasoned so yummy! Their Seasonal lemonade is Witch's Brew which was tangy and refreshing. Refills are $.99. When my order came over they gave me 3 small tenders, saying they were out of the large tenders. This is unacceptable. It's one thing if you told me beforehand or had a sign stating that you guys were out of tenders but to be like hey we're actually out of those tenders so here are three small ones to compensate. Literally my favorite restaurant in Peoria, the vegan menu here is soooo good. My second time coming, I had the vegan hot honey which was incredible, and the sandwiches come with fries now which are also top notch. The service here is amazing, the lady taking our order was so friendly and gave my little sister her lemonade for free. I also asked on Yelp whether the vegan hot honey sauce had real honey, and got a response within minutes that it does not- they use agave. My younger siblings enjoyed the kids meal. The chicken sandwich felt very lacking in flavor and didn't taste great compared to other places. I didn't like that the sandwich only comes with fries and no option to turn my sandwich and fries into a meal with a drink. I also got mac and cheese separately. It was okay, but I wanted more flavor from that too. I really like the drinks here! VERY interesting and many kinds of lemonade and other drink options. I ordered the bogo 2 tender and fries combo from door dash, and was extremely surprised. The fries were perfectly seasoned and I love that they weren't soggy even after the time it took to be delivered. Because this was the first time we've eaten here, I ordered the mild tenders and let me tell you, the rub they use was so delicious! My husband cooks for a living and he can be pretty picky when it comes to chicken, but he loved it just as much as I did. I also think it's pretty awesome they offer vegan options. It's gives us a new place to take our vegan relatives when they visit. The only thing that would have made it better would be if they offered other soda options than Stubborn Soda. Found this place on the fly. My partner is Vegan and most places I see listed say vegan but when you actually look at their menu it is more like vegetarian.
