Then, he all-of-a-sudden remembered perfectly, and he started back-tracking on his words, and he was quick to accuse the GH delivery driver of swiping the item. I explained to him that I received a very sealed bag, and there is no way ANY driver could have tampered with it and perfectly re-sealed it. He STILL insisted the delivery driver must have stolen the item. Not cool. I am very understanding of humans making mistakes. It happens!! His complete lack of accountability was quite shocking though, and I don't like that he was so quick to try to pin his error on the delivery driver. Own your mistakes with honesty and integrity, would be my advice.
