The food is not even average, the prices are ridiculously high, and they overcharge compared to the menu. They also added an 18% tip for just four people. A simple mini tostada with asientos, which was the size of a street taco tortilla, cost almost $6, even though the menu said $3.99. The gordita had more beans and potatoes than meat, which is ridiculous. When I asked the waitress about the extra charges, she said, "I don't know, I just enter the information into the register, and it gives me the price. I don't know anything about how the register works ." That was her ridiculous excuse. I deeply regret going to this place. It's not worth it. Don't waste your money. Both items I ordered menu prices were 3.99 ( see the pic to see how much they charge) (Restaurant: El Rincón Sinaloense on 75th Avenue and Indian School).

Don't know why we have not been here in so long. It is less than a mile from my house. It is kind hidden away right in the corner of the L-shaped strip mall. The food is good. As "mexican" food goes it is a little different. I am mexican and it does seem different to me. Hard to explain. You just have to come here and find something on the menu that appeals to you. The gorditas are good, served with this little stainless steel cream pitcher of consomme. Strangely tasty. Like chicken broth? or beef broth? Anyway it is good. I like the green corn tamales. They serve chilaquiles also. The salsa served with the complimentary chips is too spicy for me. I asked for the sauces served with most disheds. There is a red, green, cream and lava sauces available. So stop by and give them a try. Practice your spanish before you come, it will come in handy.

Gordita - Small thick tortilla with mashed potatoes, beans, shredded beef, lettuce, onion, cheese and a side of tomato broth.

This is the spot if you are searching for Authentic Northern Mexico Cuisine from Sinaloa. This place gets very busy on weekends, due to their weekend exclusive dishes. My personal favorite is their barbacoa plate served with refríes pork bean and "sopa fría" which is cold pasta. I've also tried their gorditas, vampiros, tamales, and enchiladas and everything was delicious! Guitarist will often times stop by and play regional Mexican music live. A Very Family Friendly environment and great prices considering their portions are large!

Little place in the corner of the plaza did it right! Brought my friend and I over to this establishment a couple of days ago. It was awesome! We both had the "Chilorio con huevo" that also comes with beans and a good Chunk of cheese . We also shared a Tostada. It was great! Good morning breakfast accompanied by great people and service. Couldn't ask for more. Also fresh tortillas. My next goal is to keep going for breakfast on my days off so I can try all their stuff.

Los tamales parecía que los recosieron varias veces. Estaban todos secos. Mejor me hubiera ido a desayunar para con la Doña Licha.

Angie’s Lobster - Cold Crab Roll

Angie’s Lobster

(58 reviews)

During the lobster wedding, the lobster groom referred to his new spouse as his "butter half."…read more ;D My parents area in Glendale has been popping up all sorts of new places to eat at. Angie's Lobster is one of them. Not a stranger to their concept, I did see a lot of fun new stuff to try: - Crunch#!@$ Supreme with USDA Prime top Sirloin Steak, $6.99: I think the person who assembled my crunchwrap left out the tostada and tomatoes. Had it been in there, I think this would have made for an amazing crunchwrap. The steak itself was done well. - #!@$ Rib Sandwich Meal, $8.99: This is the thing to pass. Have you ever bitten into something so salt you fall onto your knees, knowing your blood pressure was about to punch the moon in the dark side? That's what happen. I was intrigued by their take on a rib sandwich but I recommend you pass on it unless you want to feel like a horse with a salt lick. - Extra #!@$ Salad Meal, $6.99: I mean, it's a salad. It's a chicken parm and spinach salad with an herbaceous pesto dressing. This was solid with no complaints. It also came with a quesadilla on the side so that was fun. Always a fan of Angie's. I can't wait for them to open up the one by my house this fall. They'll be half-a-mile away. My wallet is quivering.

I've been coming to Angie's Lobster since it first opened. I was really excited about having…read moreanother salad option besides Salad and Go, especially since I'm not a fan of the texture of their chicken. I ended up really loving the salads here. Overall, the service is good and the food is great. I've tried several items including the cod, steak, chicken, and breakfast options, and most of the time everything is solid. My only real issue has been with the breakfast bowls. When they were first introduced, they were amazing. Unfortunately, over time it seems like the portions have gotten smaller with each visit. I can overlook the bowl being lightly seasoned or the potatoes sometimes not being fully cooked, but there should at least be enough potatoes to cover the bottom of the bowl. The steak and eggs are usually good, but during my most recent visit about a week ago, I was pretty disappointed. Normally the bowl comes with two eggs cooked over-medium, but this time they completely forgot one. Considering I'm already paying an extra dollar for what's maybe half an avocado, the least I expect is for the eggs to be correct. The bowl ended up costing around $10, and the fact that I finished it in about five minutes because there was barely anything in it was frustrating. I didn't even have the energy to go back and complain because I had already gone through my morning routine and dropped the kids off. I really hope this doesn't become the norm because overall I do like the food and the fast service. However, I won't have an issue choosing not to return if the portions and accuracy don't match what's listed on the menu.

Just tried this place for dinner. Outstanding food and eating-in experience…read more Their KRISPY KRUNCHY FRIED CHICKEN is FAR better, MUCH more highly superior, to any of the other fried chicken chain outlets we've tried before. Cooked just right. Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. Excellent, fresh flavor! As it is prepared to order, expect about a 15 minute wait time for the chicken... but WELL worth that wait, as it turned out. Fries and Onion Rings sides were PERFECT, and tastier than most. Interesting, varied menu, too! Very generous portions... and the chicken pieces were real, actual sized pieces of chicken... not like the canary-sized tidbits served up by today's fried chicken chain outlets! Although the seating area was VERY small (store front operation,) the facilities were bright, clean and well maintained. The staff was welcoming, patient and most helpful as we worked our way through their surprisingly large, and varied menu! Reasonably priced, too! Overall... a happy find... and now one of our go-to favorites! Just wish they had a LOT more locations closer (to us!) Surprise/Sun City areas would benefit from having closer access to Outta Bronx sandwich/hot dog/wings/Krispy Krunchy chicken locations! I think it would catch on in no-time... assuming today's quality, and value, remained the same, of course. I'm, generally, hard to please... but Outta Bronx/Krispy Krunchy chicken seems to hit it on all cylinders! VERY pleased. Mark us down as huge fans!
