Always satisfied when eating here! Got seated right away, and although there were only 2 servers during lunchtime, they both did such a good job of being attentive!

I have been to Mana Korean BBQ in Westgate hundreds of times and love the food and the lively, upbeat atmosphere here. Tonight the food was great as usual, but the service we received was incredibly disappointing. Our server, Jinsoo, made us feel completely invisible. Despite the busy, energetic environment around us, he failed to check on our table even once, forcing us to wave him down or yell across the room for basic requests. To make matters worse, he repeatedly cut us short during ordering, forgot multiple items, and never offered refills--actively avoiding eye contact the whole night. Management seriously needs to address this. When the food and vibe are this good, a server shouldn't be ruining the entire experience for a loyal regular.

A favorite of the (older) kids. Wait system is effective. Servers are very knowledgeable and efficient with the tabletop grill. They change out the sizzle plate as needed. Great veggie and side dish options. Meat options are also great with marinaded and prepared dishes. I do like that it doesn't feel like you are dining too close to others and that you are tucked away in your own secluded and spacious booth that could comfortably seat 4-6 adults. Great conversational dining experience.

Looking for a Korean BBQ place after some Westgate activities, this was a great option. The wait was pretty long as they were clearly understaffed and very busy. However the staff were very friendly and apologetic about it. Being a holiday weekend, it was more than understandable. Once seated the server was very attentive, welcoming, and although very busy, brought everything very quickly. The place is very clean, well organized and ventilated. The bbq options were great! Nice portions, well seasoned, and great kimchi accoutrements. Even being a chain, this is a great place for Korean bbq!

This was my first time ever experiencing Korean BBQ. So what a fun idea for my daughter's birthday celebration dinner. It was a little confusing at first because of the lack of explanation we received from our waitress, however we caught on pretty easily. Appetizers, meat choices and sides were all delicious! Our party of 7 did not leave hungry! The portions of meat are small but very filling and it's all you can eat and we did! My only complaint was the size of the tables. I would prefer to have sat at a high top where there seemed to be more room and more stoves to accommodate bigger parties.

We love it here! We come a lot, we usually have the same server. But the last 2 times have been different ones. Both are really nice and we even had busser make us a specific sauce and bring us shots! It was nice. This is our FAVE Spot in town! We literally come once a month. Tonight Duh was our server and he was on it! Speedy and kept checking on us. We appreciated his service

This was my first experience at Manna! I had a friend recommend this place and so I went with a friend and my 2 kids. The waiter explained how it worked we ordered our drinks and meat. It was definitely an experience to cook the meat at the table but fun! Overall I enjoyed the food but not really my jam, I come ready to eat lol! It was cute and cozy and was busy since the location is at Westgate. This is a place worth trying if you like Korean BBQ!

AYCE. But quality of food is just ok. Service: 1) you can only order 2 per items at a time. The server took the order and the food actually arrived. 2) then the server disappeared. 3) the server finally came back after 10 minutes, took your orders then poof, MIA again, but this time, the food never came because the server totally forgot about your order, wait, order, wait and repeat. It was quite frustrated because we had to catch a movie afterwards. Food: Banchan - only 3 things but tasty Japchae - it's ok. Great and no veggies. Soon Dubu (tofu stew) - good flavor but not much tofu. More like a soup Corn cheese - not that great. Looks like they just pour some milk or cream on the corn, then top with cheese. Meat - Galbi, bulgogi, etc all good Make sure to plan accordingly, time wise.

This was my first time coming here and I would definitely come back. It is $30/per person + ~$3/soda making it around $70 for two people to dine (not including tip). We dined for about an hour and a half before we were full and ordered... * 6 different types of meat * dumplings * fried chicken * 2 bowls of fried rice * transparent noodles * 2 sodas Everything was super tasty and portioned well. Was disappointed they didn't offer taiyaki in their dessert menu.

Corn cheese noodles green salad gyoza etc

What is the price to eat again?

I believe it's in the low 30s all you can eat. Not sure about pricing for children. Just check out their website for more information.

Do you charge for uneaten food? If so how much?

They do charge for uneaten meat. I believe it's a small percentage. They let you pick 3 meats at a time so you can pace yourself. Best to go in a group of like 3-4 to make sure when getting the meat it's all eaten and you don't have to worry about…

Is there outdoor seating with table grills and are they seating those people that request a table outside there?

    Unfortunately there isn't. All inside.

Is there currently a Cockroach problem?

No, it's being treated by Truly Nolan. Already much better....

Are there any gluten free options?

Yes. You can ask the servers

    Is there reservation?

A party of 10 or more we do accept the reservations

    Do they do sake bombs?

Yes and also the soju bombers too!!!

    Do they use MSG?

No. We do not use the msg

Is Manna BBQ open for dine in?

    Yes they are!

If i'm going to do take out how much food can I get?

You can probably get as much as you like. The restaurant I work at has taken a take out order for as big as 20 people.

How much does it cost for a 3 year old child to share a plate?

3 year old child is free

Parking is pretty small so parking can be a little difficult when it gets busy! Service is decent and they are very friendly but could be more attentive. However, it can get pretty loud when it is busy so it might be hard to hear one another They offer Korean BBQ but it isn't all you can eat, as well as Korean dishes (tofu soup, bulgogi, bibimbap, etc.), and sushi. There is even a lunch special menu Mon-Fri 11-2:30pm and has a good selection of bento boxes! I've gotten their beef teriyaki bento box and it came with rice, salad, 2 piece California rolls, and 2 pc fried gyozas. Pricing is $13-20 The beef teriyaki is pretty tender, flavorful, and not too salty. The salad is underwhelming and didn't have fresh greens. The fried gyozas were decent, nothing special. The California rolls were ok, not bad. I would say it's 7/10. The bibimbap was very fresh and delicious but a little pricey ($18.95). The bulgogi was marinated very well and rice was super crispy inside the hot stone bowl. Seafood tofu soup was pretty good and not too overly salty. It was very flavorful and the tofu was very soft. I would say it's 8/10 Would definitely recommend and return

This meal was a satisfying all-you-can-eat feast that balances quality meats, traditional Korean side dishes, and crowd-pleasing appetizers, topped by superior service from Jimmy. From the moment the food arrived, the presentation set the tone. The table was quickly filled with colorful banchan (Korean side dishes), including kimchi, cucumber salad, bean sprouts, pickled radish, fish cake, and potato salad. While these sides may seem simple, they play an important role in Korean BBQ, providing contrast to the rich grilled meats. The kimchi was fresh and vibrant, with a bright red color with plenty of spice and fermentation. The appetizers looked like a strong start to the meal. The japchae (glass noodles) were well-seasoned, offering a slightly sweet and savory flavor profile. The gyoza had a crisp golden exterior, suggesting a satisfying crunch before giving way to a savory filling. One standout appetizer was the corn cheese--a bubbling skillet of sweet corn and melted cheese that looked indulgent, comforting, and impossible to resist. The fried chicken also deserves mention; the crispy coating was perfectly golden and paired with a vibrant dipping sauce that added a sweet-spicy kick. The real star, however, was the barbecue itself. The platters of raw meat has excellent variety, with beautifully marbled cuts that promised flavor before they even hit the grill. Steak, in particular, was thick-cut and rich, tender and well-marbled. Once grilled, the meat developed an appealing caramelized exterior with just the right amount of char. There is something uniquely enjoyable about cooking your own food, sharing dishes, and pacing the meal at your own speed. The tabletop grill becomes the center of the dining experience, encouraging conversation and making the meal feel more like an event than simply dinner. The restaurant's atmosphere appears casual, clean, and focused on the food. The grill setup was well-integrated into the tables, and the overall dining area looked comfortable without unnecessary distractions. The emphasis remained where it should be: on the endless flow of food. For the price point shown on the menu, the value appears excellent. The combination of unlimited appetizers, numerous beef and pork options, seafood selections, and traditional Korean side dishes offers plenty of variety. Diners can sample multiple proteins and flavors without feeling restricted to a single entrée. Whether you're a first-time visitor or a seasoned Korean BBQ enthusiast, this is a meal worth gathering friends and family around the grill for.

The waiter showed up looking like he was being held hostage for having to work. I figured everyone's had an off day so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I let him know we had not been here before and asked if he could make sure to explain how it works. I got a mumbled answer about how many pieces you can order at a time. I asked how we will know what each meat is, is it labeled? He said no he'd tell me. The rest was frustrating. Not only did he set the meat down and literally dash away as fast as possible, if I asked what it was I was met with annoyance. When I asked for some forks, for a table of 9, he brought exactly two and then disappeared. When I got up and found someone to ask for forks, I was told I HAD to get those from my server. When I asked if they could just go grab some since he disappeared and wasn't coming back, I was told no. We had to ask him. I finally asked directly if the host could just let our waiter know. We got the forks and after that he seemed to come around more but we just felt like the entire time we were guessing on how it worked. I mean, it's not rocket science I get that but as a table full of people who worked in the restaurant industry (and some who currently still do, even one who's family owns a restaurant) we were scratching our heads at how BAD the service was. $400 later, not worth it even a little bit. It was fine for my daughter's birthday but we just felt like we were bothering the waiter the entire time. They add gratuity to large parties and now I see why. He didn't really need to try, because he was getting the tip regardless I guess.
