As a former Litchfield local, what a pleasant surprise to see a Korean restaurant in the West side. I was stopping by in the area and had to give it a try. Their prices are pretty good considering the portion sizes of their bowls. The lady working in front has a warm smile and greets you with a kind welcome. If you don't know what to order, they're more than happy to explain what they have on the menu. Everything is made to order and even though I was ordering to go, she kindly brought my order to me while I was waiting at a table. There's also a mini noodle cart and express noodle station where you can make your bowls. There's a decent amount of seating, and hopefully in the future I'd love to see it be more of a sit down restaurant where they serve it on plating rather than in to go bowls and they can expand their place or location! I ordered: Beef Bulgogi Bowl - I got surprised with the japchae and vegetables. A yummy savory blend hitting all the right spots. Kimchi Spam Bowl - Mildly spicy, this bowl reminds me of a comfort meal at home. I love the juicy kimchi mixed with the spam.

Seoul Bowl is definitely more casual café lunch energy than dressed-up dinner date night -- quick, easy, no-frills Korean bowl spot. Clean, simple space with a fun mural wall, but overall pretty low-key. My tofu bowl was decent but not crave-worthy. Portion of tofu was generous (appreciated!), flavor was good, but the texture felt slightly off and the rice + lettuce base had me wishing for more cabbage or traditional crunch. Spice options were basically just sriracha -- I personally love more heat variety. About a 3.5 bowl for me. Husband had the spicy chicken bowl -- said it was good (around 4) but the chicken portion felt light even with kimchi added. Drink selection is mostly grab-and-go bottled stuff (soda, milk tea, Arizona tea, water -- nothing exciting). They do have a quirky DIY ramen station where you grab packaged ramen and add hot water -- fun idea, just very casual. Would I go back? Yes -- if I'm nearby. Regular rotation? Probably not.

I am thrilled to have Seoul Bowl nearby. Most Asian food in the area is nothing to write home about, not to mention the lack of Korean options. While the menu is very limited, what they offer is pretty stellar! The place is pretty small and the decor really modern. We started with the Mandu, which is basically a Korean potsticker only much better than a potsticker! You can get them deep fried or pan fried. I only wish I had gotten more. I had the beef Bulgogi bowl and my wife had the chicken. The bowl had glass noodles, rice, beef, carrots and chives. I thought it was authentic and very good. The service was great and my bowl was out quickly. I hope to see this place thrive and hope to see more delicious additions to the menu!

Delicious Korean noodle & rice bowls made to order! I was really glad to order the sweet & spicy shrimp with a side of kimchi! The food came out hot & fresh and the flavors of fermented kimchi offered a bite of acidity to the sweet and spicy shrimp! Well executed ya'll!

Beef Bulgogi Bowl

Was super excited when I saw this place opening because it's so close to my house. Let me tell you, this place did not disappoint. We tried the beef bulgogi bowl and the Korean fried chicken bowl and they were both amazing. We liked the fried chicken bowl a little more but you can't go wrong with either choice.

So my oldest told me about this place, and my youngest loves cup bop. Now I know this place is called seoul bowl. But it is very similar to cup bop. There is a lot of differences in the sense of you don't get to choose like a spiciness level or anything like that, but you do get a cup with rice, noodles, and then like salad. They have many different meats to choose from. My son got a spicy pork bulgogi, which was so good. And I chose the Korean fried chicken, sweet and spicy, which was decent. We both shared. We also tried the two different Mandu. I believe one was like pan fried and the other one was just fried, but I could be wrong. My youngest liked the pan fried better. Staff was super nice and helpful. Their drinks are all either bottles or cans. Surprisingly my youngest did agree to eat there, even though he was disappointed it wasn't cup bop but once he tried the chicken bulgolgi , he was happy. Overall, a total win when I can get my youngest to join in on our food. Definitely happy that we have this place near us and definitely will be coming back more.

The picture says it all, food was delicious, never been a big fan of kimchi before but mixed with the rice made it amazing

Happy to see that one of my favorite food trucks has a local spot that I can visit. The food was delicious as I remembered and they had more options. There is a noodle stand to make fresh instant noodles, which I'm a fan of. I had the spicy pork bowl. Service is always amazing. I like that it's close by and the inside is chill. You can sit down or get it to go.

I ordered in to-go coz I didn't have time to dine in. Their Beef Bulgogi is pretty YummOh and so is the Mandu. I'd definitely come back another time to try other dishes.

Beef Bulgogi and side Kimchi

Very delicious. Nice mix of meat, noodles, vegetables, meat, and sauces. Refreshing to see Asian eats coming to the area. Get your Korean bowl here. You won't regret it. The restaurant is clean. Service is fast if you don't have a lot of time.

Excellent service. Super friendly mom and pop shop! The bulgogi and the fried chicken were my favorites. Very crispy chicken and tender beef for bulgogi. The self serve ramen spot is a great addition as well.

Sweet & Spicy Fried Chicken Bowl

Veryyyy delicious! Saw this place on instagram, took my family to try it, we all loved it! Lots of good options, quick service and clean. Will 100% be back.

First off I've been to quite a few Korean style restaurants and they're either 1. really overpriced or 2. not authentic. This place "Seoul Bowl" changes that. You get your moneys worth and it's actually pretty filling. Service was phenomenal! Very clean looking restaurant! P.S. me and my wife loved the food so much we had to order some Takeout :)

Got take out. Glass noodles were inedible in both bowls we ordered, truly tasted like poison. Will not be returning.

The restaurant wasn't that busy for the lunch rush, and the waitress was very attentive and helpful. The only downsides I experienced was that there was no hot water running in the bathroom that I could tell, and no paper towels were available to dry my hands or open the bathroom door with. I also had a small fly hovering around me while I ate (I was inside). Thinking about this experience a little deeper however (after the bill) changed things for me a bit. Was the food okay? Yes, I think... Was it noteworthy? Not really. The stacks of premade rolls sitting on the counter made me think twice about ever eating here again. I paid around $45 for lunch after tax and tip. I ordered 6 pieces of nigiri, a tempura roll, a small bowl of miso soup, and an iced tea. I don't consider this anything crazy or over the top. Given this price point I expect hot water and paper towels in the bathrooms, especially if employees who are handling our food use those facilities. 1-star, won't be back... oh, and the soy sauce bottle was literally stuck to the counter. I had to pry it off.

I have been a Yama Sushi fan for some time and just hadn't had the opportunity to write a review…read more My Yama Sushi journey first began at the Phoenix location. I really enjoy the ambiance and service there, but learned quickly that with larger groups the Peoria location is best for us. One of my kids graduated from college last week and he wanted to celebrate. All he wanted was to have sushi and to celebrate with our relatives who came from out of state. We didn't know if it'd be doable since we were on the other side of the valley. We called, gave them our party size (12) and eta. Low and behold, they were able to get us a reservation. We get on the road to make it to our reservation 0745-0800, they close at 1000pm worse case scenario we get there by 0800 and we still have a good amount of time for the AYCE 90 minute experience. We get there and they have a sign out for the AYCE, last call 0830pm. We go inquire about the last call and our reservation being at 0745. They reassure us that we would still get the full 90 minute experience. At about 0800pm they tell us our table they thought would be available is not available, they say individual parties instead. A guy comes out and tells us that the time frame they gave us was an estimated time, we let him know that was not what were told, but we also got a text confirmation. He tells us, well the Weather is nice. We can accommodate you outside. We agreed. They got the tables all settled and we're about to sit down. The same older man tells us, that the last call is 0830PM, ummm what? They tell us well we can try and get everything in, but the last call is at 0830. You can stay until 0900, what?! I let him know that was not what there hostess had told us, we told him they said we'd still be served and given the 90 Minute experience. He said well I don't know why they told you that, I am going to have to go let them know that is not the case. It's now well past 0800pm and restaurants are closing soon and we are a large party. I was incredibly disappointed at how everything was handled, and how easy it was for the gentleman to just dismiss and shrug his shoulders like oh well. I was incredibly disappointed at how everything was handled, and how easy it was for the gentleman to just dismiss and shrug his shoulders like oh well. What was supposed to be a special celebration for our son's graduation turned into unnecessary stress and disappointment. We made the reservation based on the information their staff provided and planned accordingly, only to be told something completely different once we arrived. Had we been told upfront that they couldn't honor the full AYCE experience or accommodate our party as promised, we would have made other arrangements. After being loyal customers and recommending this place to family and friends, this experience made it clear that customer service and honoring commitments are not a priority. Unfortunately, that was our last visit For reference, when they sent the last text, we were already onsite.

Get your ass in the car and eat here NOW!…read more Phenomenal. FLAVOR bomb! First time trying Cambodian cuisine and wow -- totally impressed. Flavor is honestly getting harder to find lately, but this place delivers BIG on flavor and especially on spice. They actually have spice levels from 2 all the way up to 15 (yes, fifteen ). I ordered a level 5 and my mouth was definitely on fire -- in a good way. Next time I might go even hotter because the heat didn't overpower the flavor, it enhanced it. Solid vegan options . My husband tried the Cambodian pho, which was a totally new experience for us since we've only ever had Vietnamese pho., Super comforting, really well balanced. Also huge shoutout to our server -- phenomenal service from start to finish. The restaurant itself is adorable too, with handmade art pieces and even beautiful purses imported from Cambodia for sale. Casual vibe, not fancy, but the food, spice, and service absolutely make it worth coming back. First Cambodian experience = a success. We'll definitely be back for more .

Came here to try some Cambodian dishes. We eat spicy but the service staff was pretty intense here…read moreabout saying that their spice levels are much higher than other places. They communicated their levels as #5 medium, #10 hot and #15 very hot .Didn't sound like they did in between numbers and it seemed like a strange numbering system. The chilli crisp oil on the table was spicy so we started with Cambodian sour soup at medium spice (#5 ) It usually has chicken broth and fish sauce I believe but the owner made it vegetarian for us. The soup was good but it felt less spicy then we wanted. The tartness of the soup was really good though and as we ate more of the bottom of it it had a tad more spice. It was also good with the table chilli crisp oil. It came in a hot pot as we love and they refilled the candle for us. Their spoons were awkward for the shape of the hotpot and it was a little hard to scoop out the soup. Next we decided to try a curry. All their curries didn't have chicken stock. The yellow one also didn't have shrimp paste we were told and we decided to go with that one. We ordered it at #10 out of 15 spice level with tofu and it also came with some veggies. #10 was flavorful but we probably would have been fine with the highest #15 spice level here. When I walked around to see the art in the restaurant I saw a big sign on a monitor saying they don't refund plates that are too spicy. The yellow curry did feel different than a typical Thai yellow curry which was fun and was good. We definitely would go with the highest spice level here if we were to be back here and I think we would have liked it more that way. Good spot for vegan and vegetarian options. Based on this one experience i'd give it 3.5 stars. I'd have to try more and at the higher spice levels to decide between 3 stars or 4 stars. My general rating system: 1 star: I would stay away 2 stars: Has some good things about it but I generally don't recommend. 3 stars: Pretty good. I wouldn't go out of my way to go back but a decent place 4 stars: Great place. I would go back. 5 stars: I highly recommend stopping whatever you are doing and making plans to try it out! An Evie favorite!
