This is our first adventure to try Cambodian food. We selected this spot due to the variety of food from different countries. The food was hot and flavorful. What a variety! The hardest part was deciding what to order. The service was fast and friendly. We will return again and bring friends.

My expectations were low as it was empty walking in for early dinner, but now I believe people are missing out. Truly a gem spot! The plain wings appetizer were perfectly lightly crispy. The lok lak is my favorite, the flavors were so flavorful and went very well with rice. The coconut soup has had to be the best I've had, the flavors were just immaculate. Our server was very helpful and packed our food neatly.

Get your ass in the car and eat here NOW! Phenomenal. FLAVOR bomb! First time trying Cambodian cuisine and wow -- totally impressed. Flavor is honestly getting harder to find lately, but this place delivers BIG on flavor and especially on spice. They actually have spice levels from 2 all the way up to 15 (yes, fifteen ). I ordered a level 5 and my mouth was definitely on fire -- in a good way. Next time I might go even hotter because the heat didn't overpower the flavor, it enhanced it. Solid vegan options . My husband tried the Cambodian pho, which was a totally new experience for us since we've only ever had Vietnamese pho., Super comforting, really well balanced. Also huge shoutout to our server -- phenomenal service from start to finish. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant itself is adorable too, with handmade art pieces and even beautiful purses imported from Cambodia for sale.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Casual vibe, not fancy, but the food, spice, and service absolutely make it worth coming back.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] First Cambodian experience = a success. We'll definitely be back for more .

We were excited to find Aspara. They are buried back in a shopping center and I never knew they were there. They are located where the old Thai Gourmet used to be. This restaurant offers both Thai and Cambodian fare which I thought was cool. The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. The server appeared fairly new but was attentive and pleasant. For starers, we ordered the mini egg rolls (Lorts). They were similar to Philippine Lumpia and really good. We ate all eight! For our main course, we got shrimp lo mein, chicken curry soup and Mongolian beef. The curry was so spicy hot that we were warned that if we couldn't eat it, they wouldn't refund. I thought the lo mein was really good and loved the bean sprouts that were included in the dish. The Mongolian beef was a little bit of a surprise for me. It was good, but very sweet. It tasted like it was heavily sauced Hoisin. But, a lot of Thai dishes are sweet, so this was an interesting twist. I thought everything was good and enjoyed our visit. I would definitely return to try the host of other dishes. Definitely a must try.

I was visiting my friend in PHX and dinner time came around. No one knew what to eat and my partner found this local Cambodian spot and we were all on board. We got there about an hour before closing yet were still made to feel welcome and had no issues ordering and eating in. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This seems to be a casual, family run business and even while we were there, we noticed some of the children of the team around and the team overall just seeming happy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our waiter was a lot of fun and provided good recommendations and was social with us. We ended up going for the beef skewers, thai crispy wings, pineapple fried rice, and phnom phen (dry). Everything was super delicious, which was a pleasant surprise for us in like outskirts of Pheonix. The beef skewers had a wonderful char and aromatic flavors. The thai crispy wings were super crisp yet covered in a light, flavorful sauce. The pineapple fried rice was also a good portion and tasted great. The phnom phen had a good portion of protein and still very tasty noodles. There were so many other dishes I'd like to try but after having these, I feel like I've already found some staples. Anyway, this is definitely a gem of a restaurant and should not be missed. The food was amazing and flavors were well balanced. The prices were also good for the amount of food we got (and we had leftovers for another meal). I'll definitely be making this a regular stop in PHX.

First time having Cambodian cuisine and I've loved this place. I keep coming back trying something new every time. Lina was very helpful in recommendations on most my visits. All staff very friendly and eager to explain the menu. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance with Cambodian jams playing while I eat take me to far off land I've never been too.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Stopped for dinner before going to the Tianyu lights festival and this did not disappoint. This was such a unique flavor profile in these dishes. We got the Angel Wings and Nam Ya. It was incredibly filling and we certainly didn't leave hungry. The service was fast and friendly and the decor was really fun to look at. Definitely recommend a visit.

Casual restaurant serving a variety of Asian fare, including Chinese, Thai, and Cambodian noodle dishes.  [[HIGHLIGHT]]I walked in for lunch, it was empty. I was told to grab any seat[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. The server was nice and super friendly. I got the appetizer Crispy Wings & the lunch special Beef Lo Mein Lunch (comes with a wonton soup). Glad to see they had people coming in to pick up to go orders. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was very quiet with some music on.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

The only Cambodian restaurant in the valley and it is very delicious. Seriously, I was impressed when I visited. Will be coming back.

We truly enjoyed our meal here! It was our first time and we wanted to try a bunch of dishes. We got the scallion pancakes, beef skewers, and Thai crispy wings to start. All delicious but the wings were our favorite. They're the crispiest/crunchiest wings we've ever had and they had a nice spicy kick. My husband got the Cambodian beef salad and I got the chicken lo mein. So delicious! I also enjoyed a strawberry smoothie. Of course we had to finish the meal with the mango sticky rice. Customer service was amazing as well! We can't wait to go back and try more of the menu.

Totally worth the drive for SE Asian foodies. On the way back from Rocky point tried Apsara, a Cambodian/Thai place that's always been too far away but we were driving by. Five star from me for food and service. Our waitress was well informed and had clearly learned to love Cambodian specialties. We tried the Angel wings, Amok fish (coconut custardy catfish and a banana leaf )and Cambodian lemon grass soup w beef rib. Nuts. There are easily 10 other items I look forward to trying in the future. With Reathray Sekong, closing this seems to be the only Cambodian in the valley and we are lucky to have it.

I got two large egg drop soups and it has no egg in it. It's straight broth. The fried rice is good but wasnt worth $42.

Then upon arriving home I open the food containers to realize they didn't even put any broth in with the order of pho. So I have to drive another 15 minutes back to get the broth. I get back in my car, and realize "hey I didn't see any steak in the pho container holding the noodles, and I don't see any steak in the broth either" so I get back out of my car walk back in and ask where the steak is. He says in a patronizing way "it's in the broth if it's a To-Go order that's how we do it" to which I responded "I can go grab it for you if you want there's no steak in there" so he gave me another one, walking out the lady who was working in front and handed me my order in the first place calls out "okayyy you could be nicerrr" as I'm walking out. So I walk back in and said "you could also do your job, how do you work at a pho place and forget the broth? You guys are wasting my time why would I be nice?!" And the whole time she's just repeating loudly over and over in the most ratchet way "okayyyyy you could be nicerrrr doesn't matter you could be nicerrrr" I was honestly waiting for her to start clapping. ‍ I guess it's easy for the minimum wage hood rat driving a beat up Altima, to get defensive when she is actually to blame and responsible for the horrible way my order was mangled (she worked in front and handed me the order) to expect everybody else to not be frustrated at her obvious PHUCK UP. the entitlement was insane. Think about it: To know you were the reason half the order was missing and you didn't do your job right, which is causing me to waste time and money making multiple trips back to fix the order yet she still has the audacity to play victim and say I need to be nicer?? That is insane. But that's okay. At the end of the day I actually have skills and take pride in my work That's why I make a lot of $ and just bought a brand new construction house at 28 years old while they make minimum wage live at home with mommy and daddy or rent, and can't even do their unskilled labor job correctly. This place is sad and ghetto as hell.

It had coconut curry shrimp (GF), lemongrass sausage (caramelized for a sweet, spicy, and savory taste), and salt & pepper beef. I got it with half yakisoba and half fried rice and the kind owner even gave us a side of curry on the house, suggesting that a lot of their customers enjoy pouring it over everything. And while that curry is super creamy and flavorful, full of the bright notes of lemongrass throughout, I didn't heed his advice. I wanted the other flavors of the dish to sing. Let me tell ya, it sang a full Taylor Swift USA Eras Tours worth of songs WITH an encore! Even with the two of us, there were leftovers for the next day. While it's quite warm inside, don't let it deter you from ordering some good Cambodian food. I got a three-meat meal to-go and to share, and it was plenty of food. This was my first time having Cambodian food, so I wanted to make sure I got to try everything. Superb. Not one bad item, and you need to give this local spot a try. The owner was really nice too and gave us a side of curry, having suggested we pour it on everything.
