We did not receive as many of the highlighted plates as entered by our server.

TL;DR The variety of food and some excellent service are what brings us back. Notable lesson: Ask your server to let you know when the last order will be taken. Ambiance: Large dining area with ample seating. I'm partial to booths and this establishment has plenty. They also have tables in case you're not up for the AYCE. This is a place to enjoy food with others, especially with a grill in between. Not a fan of the smoke off the grill? There are no drop down exhaust fans that block conversations, but they're built into the table. Is it smokeless in the dining area? All I can say is if I can describe what people are having four tables away from me, I think it's alright. Food: Variety and choice meats are important, and they are both above sufficient for the two hours you get to dine AYCE. Whether you're an adventurous eater or not, there is something for everyone. I do stress it is a grilled food restaurant, so try not to expect much of some items like their bibimbap. Also, AYCE does not include drinks unless it's water. Service: We enjoyed every server we've had, but three stood out. Let's begin with the two who were especially unforgettable for good reasons. Emilee and Kelvin, thank you for your excellent service. Emilee's smile and manner made us feel welcomed and comfortable. As many tables as we saw her cater to, she never let us feel ignored. Kelvin is also a great team player. Just as knowledgeable of the menu as Emilee, he also jumped in to help so that none of the tables were left waiting. Both served us very well, and left us supremely impressed. When there is a time limit, this is absolutely important. No customer wants to feel like they paid too much to receive so little and wait for so long, regardless if it's AYCE. Which brings us to Sue. My husband remembers Sue as the server who refused to take our order after an hour, but most of her service time spent changing the grill (which is bizarre considering she didn't take many orders from us; more on that later). We sat at one of her eight booths at 11:34 am, and she abandoned us after taking two orders and changing our grill multiple times. Maybe Sue expected us to order all the items we wanted, stack all those orders on top of each other for the first hour, then the second hour we should just eat and not bother her anymore. I understand she didn't have a helpful team member, making service slow. I'm sure she knew her limits and so was quick to serve fillers like corn cheese and gyeran jjim. Another notable fact is our receipt showed we ordered multiples of items, but we NEVER recieved as many plates as she entered (because she didn't come to our table that many times to allow us to order). I am sorely disappointed she literally abandoned us for 30 minutes when we wanted to make our last order. When she finally came back to us at 1 pm, about 1.5 hours after being seated, she told us we've been seated longer than two hours and she can't serve us anymore. How did we pass the two hour limit when the restaurant opens at 11:30 am and she stopped serving us at 12:40 pm. If she had not abandoned our table and took our last order at 12:40 pm, we would have finished and left before the two hour time limit. Overall: 3.5 stars but rounding up because of other well-mannered representatives like Emilee's sister. 5 stars for all the times we visited and were not served by Sue. 2.5 star experience being served by Sue. Please don't enter orders that were not delivered; that seems fraudulent. Please be transparent with your customers when it comes to AYCE rules and your capability.

We waited about 15 minutes to be seated. The staff were kind and very efficient to get us ordered. I'm so confused about the serving size per order, we ordered about 4 kinds of meats a time and each time it came with a great amount of meats but we actually wanted to try small serving for each kind of meat. Maybe we should tell the staff to get only one serving of each kind of meat next time. The food quality was okay, not super great but good for this price. The banchan was average, kimchi was not good. Ramen was a must order. Overall, a good place for meat lovers.

Came here with my fiance for dinner wanted to try this place. Food was so good and delicious and side dishes they bring out is sweet and sour daikon, bean sprout,Kim chi and mash potatoes salad. The only thing I really didnt like is because they didnt have filtered water or a water bottle, was alittle disappointed but they have sparkling water which I really dont like. But overall there beef is good. This place they bring out the beef, chicken, pork and etc to you and cook it urself on the grill. I can say my experience with my waiter glad was excellent I give him a 5 because for his excellent service, very nice, friendly. Vlad went above and beyond for our table. For ambience its like any other restaurant average noise and they have alot of booth table.

Upon entering, we were asked to add our phone number and party size on their tablet, which was fine, but the host didn't seem very friendly or acknowledging. Even though the restaurant wasn't that busy, it took about fifteen minutes for us to be seated. Maybe they were cleaning up after a large party, but it still felt a bit slow. Once we were seated, though, the experience improved a lot. Our server was great attentive, friendly, and on top of everything. The food was good as well, and we enjoyed what we ordered. Overall, a slightly rocky start but a solid meal and great service from our server. We'll be back.

This was my first experience with Korean BBQ and it was pretty good. The server did a great job explaining everything and I loved the all you can eat concept. The cut of meats were good and they frequently changed out our grill! I would def recommend this place

I stopped by on this past Friday with my mom and my son and this place is sooo yummy! It is a fun experience as well. The price point is also not bad at all for unlimited food! Eat as much as you can! The service was alright, Server could have been a bit better and more friendly/attentive but it was not horrible. I love the ambiance in here. The tables were clean and food looked amazing! You cook the food yourself and the server brings everything raw to you except the side dishes you choose. We tried the Green Salad which is so good I love the dressing they put in this! I even got a side of cucumbers and put them in the sauce and wow. Delicious! I also get the corn cheese and this is phenomenal! I love it! I already want to go back haha! For the meats we got Chadol Baegi,Teriyaki Chadol, Bulgogi, manna steak, and then also got a side of veggies to grill as well. We got about two rounds of these and got filled up. This is all we tried but we will definitely come back to try other things as well! But these meats were amazing! So freaking yummy!! They also give you a side dish with salt and pepper to season your meats and they give you another sauce to dip your meats in and I'm not exactly sure what that sauce is but highly recommend it! It's delicious pairs very well with the cooked meats. If you have not tried Manna definitely check them out! They do have a 2 hour limit though, they have a sign about it by the front host stand.

Manna BBQ is consistently great. I recommend the beef brisket, beef tongue, and beef belly. I also love the corn cheese and kimchi jjigae. It's definitely one of the more affordable KBBQ options as well. The service is usually fast and I like that they have the grills with built in exhaust so the smoke doesn't get in the air as much.

Came in again and since my original rating, we have had good experiences each time. Tonight we came as a family and the kids were very satisfied. We even got one last meat order in as last order was called. Chris, our server, was great and did a wonderful job. The only downside to this visit was the smell of the cleaners as we ate. It kind of overwhelmed the area. The kids compared the smell to a pool. I think it was the bleach they were using... One thing I did appreciate was they had water cups with lids for the kids. The kimchi jjigae that I ordered for the first time here was also very good.

Wow, what a great experience! Came here around 5pm, signed up wait list on a tablet. There were 17 groups before me. But I was sat in 20 mins. My waiter Emily was super present and attentive. The service was quick. The meats were well seasoned. Even the salad was delicious. Best of all, the price was very reasonable. Will be back soon!

It's located in an outdoor shopping center, and although the restaurant is on the smaller side, the interior design and decor reminded me of many of the Korean BBQ restaurants back home in California. It felt cozy and authentic. This is not an all-you-can-eat restaurant. We ordered the Small Beef Combo, 2 side of rice, Korean dumplings, and the strawberry basil lemonade. The only unlimited items are the traditional Korean side dishes. We were served five different banchan along with two salads. While they didn't bring every available side dish, the ones we received were actually very good. Unfortunately, the service is what ruined the experience for me. Our server, Huy, was also serving my friends' family seated at the table next to us. They had ordered the same Small Beef Combo. When Huy started grilling our brisket, he accidentally dropped one of our slices of meat onto the floor. He paused, clearly noticed it, and so did everyone at our table. However, there was no apology, no acknowledgment, and no offer to replace the piece. He simply continued cooking as if nothing had happened. A few moments later, he placed a Prime Ribeye on our grill. I told him we hadn't ordered that cut--it belonged to my friends' table. He then picked up the entire plate of raw ribeye from our grill and transferred it to their table. Even though they were our friends sitting right next to us, that didn't seem like proper food handling. When I mentioned the mix-up, he simply said the kitchen had made a mistake. Again, there was no apology. Toward the end of the meal, it seemed like Huy realized I was unhappy, but he never addressed either incident. The missing piece of brisket wasn't a significant financial loss, and the food itself was good. My disappointment was with the service. Mistakes happen in every restaurant. What matters is acknowledging them, apologizing, and making a reasonable effort to make things right. A simple apology and replacing the dropped piece of meat would have completely changed my impression. Because of the service, I don't plan on returning, which is unfortunate because the food and atmosphere were otherwise enjoyable.

The California rolls were ok, not bad. I would say it's 7/10. The bibimbap was very fresh and delicious but a little pricey ($18.95). The bulgogi was marinated very well and rice was super crispy inside the hot stone bowl. Seafood tofu soup was pretty good and not too overly salty. It was very flavorful and the tofu was very soft.
