Best local place I've eaten so far this year! The whole family loved it. The waiters/cooks were very polite and attentive, beautiful ambiance, relaxing, the wait for the food was not long at all- (however it was a Monday at 5:30pm lol) We got the pick this or that meats option- we had never been to this style restaurant before and the waiter did a great job explaining to us how it all works. And they had a few different flavor desserts and my kiddos couldn't decided mango or strawberry and the waiter was kind enough to do half and half of each flavor topping for us and that was very kind of him! The ice cream was a texture and taste I'd never had before. I'm not even sure if they call it lice cream "but that's what it seemed like lol it was like... shaved? Idk but it was amazing. Sorry but not impressed. I would rather go to manna. We had this place bookmarked since opening and we saw it on the In Kind app so we finally gave it a try. We went for a Saturday lunch. We did the 2 person beef combo. Our server brought out 4 kinds of banchan. I mentioned that we were missing 4 other kinds from the picture. He said no, we didn't have them. Then they brought all the meat out on a platter. The server cooked the meat for us. But he would cook one kind of meat, walk away for us to eat it. Then cook the next type of meat. It was just awkward because he never said anything to us. I think the experience would have been better if he actually chatted with us or something. Otherwise I would have been fine to cook it on my own. $150 for lunch for 2 was pretty steep. I get the meats are elevated but we didn't even get all the banchans they said they had. And the meat was tender. But can't say I would be back. There were several tables around us with big groups. For that price point, I would just go to manna for AYCE and cook it yourself. read more

I will be back. I want to try the Kimchi stew. My son who is autistic is very selective about his food. They were nice enough to make the seafood pancake without any veggies. He loved it. 8/8/26: 6 people for dinner to celebrate a 26th birthday. The restaurant is beautiful and it wasn't that busy from 6:30-8p on a Saturday night. They don't accept reservations unless 8 or more. We LOVE KBB! The were plenty of typical "free" KBB sides EXCEPT they don't have Korean Fried Chicken, Cheesy Corn and they charge $ for "Jap-Chea" and "Korean Dunplings" (both are free at Manna KBB). Their meats are "higher quality" but you do pay extra $ for it. I wasn't aware of this but they do all the cooking (but again, you pay for it with the automatic gratuity). I'd rather do the cooking and save the gratuity. My biggest complaint: we spent $450 (includes gratuity) and they didn't even throw in a "free" birthday dessert (their desserts are $13). Overall, if you want high end, not AYCE, KBB, eat here... if you want good KBB and AYCE, I'd stick with Manna KBB. read more

I almost forgot to review, I came in with my daughter a couple of weeks ago... I've always enjoyed the Desert Ridge location, so I had high hopes for the Arrowhead spot. Unfortunately, the experience didn't quite measure up. The service was a bit off from the start, our server seemed inattentive and left our food unattended on the grill, which led to some pieces getting overcooked. As for the food itself, it just didn't have the same flavor profile that we loved at the other location. Overall, it was a bit of a letdown for us. I hope they can improve in the future, but for now, I'd recommend sticking to the Desert Ridge location if you're looking for that consistently great Sizzle experience. read more

Probably one of the best Korean bbq experience that I've had in the US. It's nice that the staff does the grilling for you so you don't have to worry about over or undercooking the meat. Our server was very friendly and super helpful. The place was nice and dimly lit. We were just a little put off by the manager I would assume standing right behind us and that was a little uncomfortable but that's the only complaint I have. read more

Only come here for special occasions now, prices have sky rocketed from when they first opened but can't beat their quality of meat anywhere else. Had to check out their new location in Arrowhead Mall since it was my roommate's b-day. It's supposed to be their biggest location, it was very nice inside. We normally order their beef combo priced at $115 now where you choose 4 different types of meat from a total of 8. It also comes with a side of soup of choice: kimchi or soybean stew. Kimchi stew is my choice every time. The bill came out to about $200 with tip for the two of us. Won't be back for a long time. read more

Came here for my mom birthday and I have to say for the most part my experience was amazing. The big screen showed different Korean cities and made my mom miss her home. She discussed a lot of her childhood in Korea. Our server was really amazing super nice and the experience was really fun. They cook the meat for you. Cut it up basically get everything prepared. I don't know if that's normal because there was four of us. We did the large combo and we did the pork. We also got Mandu four drinks. The music was great, but it is definitely pricey. I spent 200 with tip on everything. So if you don't mind the price, I would definitely recommend coming, but if you're kind of usually more on a budget, I would say hit more of the all you can eat versions. We went to Sizzle last night for a family celebration. Sizzle is a quaint, nicely decorated Korean BBQ restaurant at Arrowhead Mall. We were greeted promptly and shown to our seats. Since one member of our party made reservations, the table was set and a whole bunch of appetizers were sitting there waiting for us. They was a good variety and they were delicious! My favorite was the celery in a pickled jalapeño juice that was both a tad sweet and hot. Yum! Unlike other Korean BBQ places, the staff cooks your meat at the table. Our end of the table shared a beef combo that served 3-4. We started with the Soy bean stew. Amazing! They also served an egg disk that was very good with the red chile sauce. The beef was very good. The last two options were a tad bit sweet and almost like dessert. We also had the seafood pancake that was outstanding when dipped in the sauce that came with it. This was an outstanding experience! This is our second time at this location, and it does not disappoint. The food is flavorful, cooked fresh, and the sides make this a great meal. Something that sets this apart however are the people. Finally HIGH quality Korean BBQ on the west side!!! AND there's barely a wait (for now!). If you love true authentic & delicious Korean food YOU need to eat at Sizzle! This IS a legit Korean food restaurant making delicious food like LA's KTown restaurants here locally! And on the west side! Aaaaand they have delicious Korean bingsu for dessert! Lastly, with Korean food there's like a hierarchy when it comes to BBQ --all you can eat restaurants are generally known as being good enough & it is exactly that good enough But a restaurant like Sizzle that's slightly more expensive and where you order via a package is levels above the all you can eat. So know that when you go there--you pay slightly more than all you can eat but you get more like higher quality meats & service. And that makes it worth it! I wish they had more signage (they only have 1 sign that faces the parking lot. & their entrance door is on the wall next to that side--confusing!) outside bc it can be hard to find the entrance. They do NOT have an entrance from inside the mall. They have their own outdoor entrance that's is right adjacent to the mall (they are connected to the mall--but without a direct entrance into the mall) They're located on the SOUTH side of the mall--where Kay jewelers is or pretty close to the food court--I took pics of the entrance and marked their doors Happy eating! I was a little bit disappointed that this isn't an All You Can Eat place, like the ones i usually go to, but their food is delicious! Me and my parents got the pork combo and our waiter, Vincent, was awesome and he cooked our food for us. The pork tasted great with the dumpling sauce and he gave me an extra container of it. It was not good. It is extremely overpriced and not all you can eat. The meat was bad quality and tough. I love KBBQ but this was not it. There is also no rice included. You don't get options on any sides or sauces. No refills on anything. They cook your meat for you which to me defeats the purposes of having a grill at your table. Well my wife are foodies and we have tried many different kinds of food. We ordered the bulgogi and they used a wired rack to cook over a gas plate. Unfortunately when it was completely cooked, it tasted like natural gas so we couldn't eat. Needless to say this ruin the experience with sizzle and will never eat there again. The reason why I know it was not good was because I am Korean. The one good thing that came out of this is that we didn't have to pay for it cause we didn't eat anything. Best Place For Korean BBQ!!! Service is top notch, the cooking of the meats is to perfection, the food overall is super flavorful, delicious, and amazing!
