Absolutely loved the food and hospitality. We went to Arrowhead for some back to school shopping. I'd been meaning to check out Sizzle but I'm never on this side of town. The location is really nice. I will be back. I want to try the Kimchi stew. My son who is autistic is very selective about his food. They were nice enough to make the seafood pancake without any veggies. He loved it. Another reason we will be back again.

8/8/26: 6 people for dinner to celebrate a 26th birthday. The restaurant is beautiful and it wasn't that busy from 6:30-8p on a Saturday night. They don't accept reservations unless 8 or more. We LOVE KBB! The were plenty of typical "free" KBB sides EXCEPT they don't have Korean Fried Chicken, Cheesy Corn and they charge $ for "Jap-Chea" and "Korean Dunplings" (both are free at Manna KBB). Their meats are "higher quality" but you do pay extra $ for it. I wasn't aware of this but they do all the cooking (but again, you pay for it with the automatic gratuity). I'd rather do the cooking and save the gratuity. My biggest complaint: we spent $450 (includes gratuity) and they didn't even throw in a "free" birthday dessert (their desserts are $13). Overall, if you want high end, not AYCE, KBB, eat here... if you want good KBB and AYCE, I'd stick with Manna KBB.

Probably one of the best Korean bbq experience that I've had in the US. It's nice that the staff does the grilling for you so you don't have to worry about over or undercooking the meat. Our server was very friendly and super helpful. The place was nice and dimly lit. We were just a little put off by the manager I would assume standing right behind us and that was a little uncomfortable but that's the only complaint I have.

Only come here for special occasions now, prices have sky rocketed from when they first opened but can't beat their quality of meat anywhere else. Had to check out their new location in Arrowhead Mall since it was my roommate's b-day. It's supposed to be their biggest location, it was very nice inside. We normally order their beef combo priced at $115 now where you choose 4 different types of meat from a total of 8. It also comes with a side of soup of choice: kimchi or soybean stew. Kimchi stew is my choice every time. The bill came out to about $200 with tip for the two of us. Won't be back for a long time.

    Thinly sliced beef

Good lord!!! The marinated finely sliced beef was absolute delicious with a herbal flavor!!! bulgogi was perfection!!sweet, slightly salty, and packed with amazing flavors. The marinated pork and short rib were just as delicious. Atmosphere was top-tier, the service was professional and informative, and everything felt next level. A little pricey, but 100% worth it. Highly recommend!

Came here for my mom birthday and I have to say for the most part my experience was amazing. The big screen showed different Korean cities and made my mom miss her home. She discussed a lot of her childhood in Korea. Our server was really amazing super nice and the experience was really fun. They cook the meat for you. Cut it up basically get everything prepared. I don't know if that's normal because there was four of us. We did the large combo and we did the pork. We also got Mandu four drinks. The music was great, but it is definitely pricey. I spent 200 with tip on everything. So if you don't mind the price, I would definitely recommend coming, but if you're kind of usually more on a budget, I would say hit more of the all you can eat versions. Quality of meat is good though, so it's a pro and con though the silverware and dinnerware made me feel like I was in Hogwarts.

This is our second time at this location, and it does not disappoint. The food is flavorful, cooked fresh, and the sides make this a great meal. Something that sets this apart however are the people. For example we had nice conversation with Lexi, who cooked our food and took great care of us. I really enjoy this and it gives Sizzle a personally that you don't get elsewhere.

I loved this night so much. Everything about this place felt classy and beautiful. The meats were incredibly juicy and high quality, and having the servers cook and serve each cut right at our table made the whole experience feel extra special. The service was thoughtful and warm, and it truly made us feel cared for. Yes, it's a little pricey , but it honestly feels worth it. Some moments are simply worth paying for, and this was one of them.

So so good and I love the whole vibe and food was amazing. They were so attentive and asked how we like the food cooked but conversation was great and they cooked to perfection

This place blew my expectations out of the water. We got the beef combo which was amazing. My favorite was the marinated short rib paired with a glass of Cabernet. The kimchi soup was an amazing addition I've never had before. Will definitely be back for more!

Sizzle is hands down one of the better Korean BBQ spots around. The quality of the meat was top tier. Fresh, tender, and packed with flavor. Everything cooked perfectly on the grill and the marinades were legit. The banchan and sides kept coming, and the service was fast and attentive the whole time. The place feels clean, modern, and a little more upscale than your typical KBBQ, which makes it great for a nicer night out. Come hungry because you're going to eat a lot. Definitely coming back.

Food was cooked to perfection. I like that they cook for you, I don't frequent that too often. Thank you to Justin, our waiter for the amazing service and the rest of the team. All very friendly. Love that the manager, Robert is running around, helping the team out. Chill vibe, I would think it would be busier. We got the large beef combo and the small pork combo and it was more than enough food for the 4 of us. As of the time that I'm writing this, if you go on their website you can get a $50 coupon when you spend $100.

You feel welcomed, it's very down home neighborhood feel. Me and my family went. (The 3 of us probably made too much noise.) but Eric's makes you feel relaxed and kicked back because the food is the show! It was our first time and there's no rushing you through the order process and they explain how it works, happily. It seems that everyone is humble and makes you feel like this is their love language. My family, the 2 of them had a burger and fries, chicken wings, pulled pork and brisket with Mac n cheese and cole slaw. When I reached the table, they both said the brisket was the best they've ever had! I feel like it's priced right! It's family style, so ordering by the pound makes so much sense. We ordered separately, but we each have good amount of food leftover for a day or two for me. We wanted to try SO many foods. We discussed needing to get the banana pudding next time. We all live downtown Phoenix but coming out to the suburbs for this, was A PERFECT TREAT for a Saturday dinner. My colleague suggested Eric's and WOW, she was SO ON POINT with this suggestion. Oh, they brew their own tea daily. Sweet and unsweetened. Oh, how could I forget the MUSIC! OMG, THE MUSIC! 70s RnB, SOOOOO COOL!!!

Comfortable, sorta on the dark side. Classy. As I was not driving today, I decided to try their smoked Old Fashioned. Excellent -- and the dark cherries they use are the perfect addition to the cocktail. (The glass is coated with smoke from a smoldering piece of pecan wood, and the cocktail was served with a cloud of smoke under a coaster covering the glass.) The pig sickles ( ribs) were the perfect chance to make a pig of myself. Had the two meat plate, pig sickles and barbecued pulled chicken, If you like corn, you must have the side of corn with your dinner. The barbecue beans were delicious. Our server did a magnificent job tending to our drinks, appetizer, and food orders -- despite being very busy (the place was packed! -- and seemed like she was in constant motion. Very nice individual who liked la Prices? It was expensive, but the best barbecue always is. Eating isn't cheap. It was well worth every dollar spent. All in all, it was a perfect dinner. I think we've found the perfect place to bring our family and out-of-town guests for dinner.

People come here for the meats: brisket, ribs, pulled pork, BUT!!! Have you had this GREEN CHILE BURRITO?! I beg you to try it if you have not... most people don't know they even have it, but luckily, for my coworker and I, Director of Operations Matt, walked up to us as we dined in last Wednesday and let us sample the Green Chile. As most of you know, I can't hang when it comes to spicy foods, but this chile is THE EXCEPTION (even though it's only "mildly" spicy). We each ordered the 2 meat plate, but we were so appreciative of the sample he gave us, otherwise we would never have known about it. We ended up ordering 2 burritos for our lunch the very next day!! You can also add cheese to it! I went in again for the 3rd day in a row on Friday, since I'm not sure when I'll work in that area again (I was 10 min away all last week)!! I asked my boss if I could work there on Mondays and Fridays, that's how good this burrito is!! They also have a MEAN Pecan Pie. It's called Bekke's Smoked Pecan Pie and it too, is a must try item! Matt told us it's a secret recipe from one of their employees and the crusts are hand pressed daily. Using a machine is just NOT the same, and I believe it! Since I am not sure when I'll make my way back there, I also bought another pie on Friday. So far, I've only had 1 slice because I need to ration accordingly! Prior to my 3 visits last week, I went to this location last July, when a friend was visiting from out of town. The place is clean and welcoming, and they have the best customer service! On Thursday and Friday when I ordered online and picked up, my orders were ready before the estimated pick up time! Mark was at the pick up window both times and he rocks!! I had forgotten to ask for the Banana Pudding I ordered on Wednesday when we dined in. I called as I drove home, realizing I left without it. Amanda was super friendly when she answered the phone and assured me I would have it when I came the next day. Mark delivered and had it in my bag the next day when I picked up our burritos. Service with a smile is what you'll get here! You cannot go wrong no matter what you order here! The meats are absolutely perfect and the flavor profile on everything is mind-blowing! Do yourself a favor and ask for the Green Chile anything next time you're here. Tell them I sent you! Don't sleep on the Banana Pudding or Bekke's Smoked Pecan Pie, either. Something about that smoking process makes the pie stand out from every other pecan pie you've ever tasted, trust me. It's also NOT super sweet like you're probably used to. If you call in, you can't place an order by phone, so do it online and you'll get a text with an estimated time of pick up. You can skip the line inside, too. Just walk up to the pick up window and you're good to go when you ring the little doorbell. There is plenty of parking outside and they even have a large patio space should you choose to dine outside. Thank you, Matt, Mark, Amanda and the rest of the crew at Little Miss BBS Sunnyslope for such a pleasant experience every single time!! I will be back for sure!
