The customer service here is top-tier! Our server, Brianna, was excellent, and I was so impressed by how quickly our food and drinks came out. I also loved that the manager personally came over to check on us after our food arrived. On top of that, they give new customers a free appetizer for their next visit! Went to Bubba's 33 for a late lunch on Saturday. Pretty crowded, but we were able to snag a seat at a table in the bar area right away. Took maybe 5 minutes for a foodserver to show; but I get it re: really busy. Also, a hostess showed up at maybe the 3-minute point and said a foodserver would be with us within a few minures.. Fair enough. Fooderver was fast and efficient. We ordered a few drinks and a couple food items. Beer for the Mrs and a 2X vodka for me. Club sandwich for the wife and wings for me. All served fairly quickly. All quite tasty. Foodserver listened to a couple of my jokes and history comments; was really cool with listening to my BS stories. I know it's going to be a loud on a Friday night with the world cup going on in the United States playing. That place was a madhouse but still had a very enjoyable dinner with the guards to the meal. The salad was fantastic and comes with bacon and all sorts of proteins and onion strings with a very thick and zesty balsamic dressing which was outstanding. I got the California Chicken minus the avocado and the pico de gallo which I'm really not a fan of. The chicken with the cheese and the lime seasoning was fantastic and the rice underneath it mixed in with carrots and some other veggies were really good. First of all the service here is always attentive and friendly. We tried the lasagna for the first time today. It was so cheesy gooey good and lots of meaty sauce too. Came with a slice of garlicky toast which was delicious. We each had a side salad. Comes with lettuce tomatoes,red onion, hard boiled egg and cheese. Also fried onion strings that give the great crunchy aspect to your salad. Such a great vibe on the patio too. We visit Bubba's fairly regularly--I'm surprised to see that I've never left a review! Bubba's is owned by the same folks as Texas Roadhouse, so there's some slight menu overlap, but it's a different vibe. One thing we really like about Bubba's is how there are televisions all over the restaurant and they're always playing good music. Their menu is big and has a variety of different options. There's totally something for everyone. One of my favorite things to order is the smash burger with a side of mac and cheese. Their mac and cheese is one of the best I've tried from a restaurant. The smash burger is delicious and is the perfect ratio of burger to cheese to sauce. We are continually impressed by the service at Bubba's as well. We have been helped by a variety of servers, but some of our favorites include Serafina and Gracie. read more

First time here and we came on a busy day. Even with how busy it was, we were seated quick and service never lacked. Our waiter was great. They have music playing and sports on the TV's on the inside. The other side just had sports with the volume turned up. We got the raspberry chipotle wings which were delicious and we both got burgers. I got the basic cheeseburger and my husband the blue cheese burger. Both were great!! My only issue and why I have it 4 stars instead of 5 was the tater tot's. Don't get me wrong. We have gone here multiple times and we always have a great experience. This place is fun, loud, music playing and TV screens all over the whole restaurant. There is tons of seating inside as well as a large bar/outdoor covered patio. When you are waiting for your table you can play bags near the front entrance and on the outside patio there is a little gated fake grass corner where you can also play bags. Food: great value for the kids meal, it was only about $6 for a grilled cheese, fries and chocolate milk. The kids cup came with a lid and was much sturdier than most as well (so no spills). Burgers & Tots: delicious, I'm guessing this may be one of their specialties on the menu. Lots of different burger options. Lasagna: surprisingly good and came with some garlic toast. Menu said it was made from scratch. I think they may use the game ground beef as the burgers so it had a little different taste, but I ate it all! So it must have been good. The lasagna came out super hot in a metal pan. The staff is always friendly and the manager even stopped by all the tables to check in with guests. A few days ago I ordered the Patriot Burger, medium rare, no mayo, no bbq sauce, no lettuce, add raw onion slice. My burger was cooked more than medium rare, the burger had a chunk of meat that broke off from the patty and held on the sandwich by the cheese slice. There was no raw onion slice, instead a disappointing small amount of raw onion pieces. I didn't complain while eating it, but should have. When the bill came I was charged 50 cents for "caramelized onion." Why charge? If I didn't get mayo, bbq sauce and lettuce should I have received credit for not having those items? Updated review: SO THIS HAPPENED... Hubby received an email from Bubba's 33 for a free (selected) lunch on Veterans Day. He is a retired MSgt and served 22 years, including Vietnam. He normally declines this kind of an invitation, saying he was just doing his job. But he REALLY likes Bubba's 33, so I convinced him this year. We went, showed ID, and received a fantastic Bacon Burger meal for him with absolute stellar service. There were beautiful decorations all around and a table for the Fallen Soldier. Everyone was so respectful and wanted to thank him for his years of Service, and asked about his experiences, chatted with him, etc. It was a great experience for him. Fun atmosphere. Very laid back as you should expect from a sports bar. Lots of TVs with lots of sports options in the bar area . . . we had dinner in the bar area. We split an order of wings, had the Giant Salad and the chocolate cookie with ice cream for dessert. The wings were great. In particular the Raspberry Chipotle was too unique to not try. It was just as it reads . . . both the raspberry and the chipotle equally had a presence and they were quite tasty with a nice kick. The Giant Salad was both large in size and fresh. The chocolate chip cookie was thick and chewy and a great way to cap it off. Service was very prompt and friendly despite us being there at peak time on a weekend night. My only critique is that the bun was good but the burger was so loaded the bun was overwhelmed. The pizza was also excellent with dough made in house. If you like a little kick get the spiced up tots (not too hot). I also noticed Vets eat for free on Nov 11 which is a great thing to do. Can't believe it took me so long to review this place! We've been coming here for years and they never miss on food or service. The chorizo queso and Dickie V pizza are our go to food orders. The beer is always icey cold and servers are friendly and quick. We love sitting in the open air patio on a beautiful day to enjoy the weather and still be able to watch games on the huge collection of TVs everywhere. I'm not saying it changed my life, but I am saying it was the best one I've had in Glendale, Arizona, and possibly in the entire desert southwest. I'd fight a cactus for another one.
