BJs is a favorite and a must try restaurant! Energy is great, interior has tons of seating so long waits are less likely. They allow reservations and call ahead seating. Food is amazing. Our table has everything from ribeye and ribs, to chicken tenders, to appetizer sampler, Parmesan crusted chicken and mashed taters and bricolli! And don't ever go and not leave room but desert! Their pizookies are the best in all the land.. The one thing you will do...is PAY for your food and experience. This is not the place to go on budget night! I give BJs a solid 9.2/10 read more

I placed a mobile order for my meal and used my free pizookie for my birthday. The food came out 10 minutes after the time the app said it would be ready, but I didn't mind waiting. I had a pretty decent sized order to go. I don't live super close but everything was hot that needed to be hot, cold that needed to be cold. Service was friendly. It was actually a little busy when I was there. Parking lot was super packed, and even to go orders were busy. When I got home, food was still at a good temp. Family loved the pizza. Strawberry salad, didn't look like much in the photo, it did get a little shaken up but I like that they put blue cheese with it, not goat cheese (bc I'm super allergic, not trying to die choking on a salad). Candies pecans were delish, strawberry sweet and salad and both were fresh. Def would get it again. Yes I know it's a simple salad and hard to mess up but it was good. The chicken is cold on top, was nicely cooked, not all dried out. I had it with balsamic vinegar. 8.5/10 I got to try a bite of the personal pizza. Deep dish, crispy crust, lots of toppings. Yasss. Super tasty. Def recommend, 9.5/10 My mom got the enlightened Mediterranean chicken bowl, without onions. She loved it. Originally she said that we should just order any pizookie we want bc she wasn't going to eat it, but she saw it and changed her mind. I came here on a Saturday night around 7pm without a reservation and was lucky enough to get seated right away. It was very busy and there were a few other larger groups waiting to be seated. I always forget how fun BJ's is and that by brew their own beer. The inside is large and there was lots of seating and an event room. They also have an area for take out. I came here specifically for the Halloween Pizookie and it did not disappoint!! I love the orange colored ice cream and festive sprinkles. We had a pretty good experience here at BJ's. We ordered the Three Meat Pizza and the lemon pepper wings. Everything was definitely above-average, but nothing blew me away. Stopped in today (Valentines Day) for a late lunch with the family. The food was good and the service for food was fast. We had deep dish nachos, southwest salad, bread bowl clam chowder and deep dish pepperoni pizza. Food was out fast and it all was tasty. If you are looking for restaurant chain by malls type of place give it a try. It is a very open style restaurant with a bar and many TVs around for sport watching. Our experience at BJ's was so much better than expected! We figured it was a large chain and food would be mediocre but it was far from it! Our family of 4 each ordered off the specials menu ($13 entree). My son and I had the cheeseburger and it was fantastic! Cooked to perfection and the fries were so tasty! My daughter had the chicken parmigiana and she said it was super tasty. My husband ordered the TriTip which was on special saturdays for $22 and he said it was amazing! Cooked perfectly and seasoned to perfection. He said the garlic veggies on the side were some of the best he's ever had. We all shared different pizookies and they were all delightful. Our server was also fantastic! Super friendly and attentive to our table on a busy Saturday. Overall this was a great experience and we will be back soon! read more

First let me say I love BJ's extensive menu when you want something casual but refuse to go to Applebees or Chili's. Staff A++++++ our sever was fantastic! Got the soup and salad with clam chowder and a Caesar salad. They give you a bowl of soup which is amazing I feel a lot of soup and salad combos they give you a cup. The Caesar was drenched in dressing and was a wet mess (I should have ordered dressing on the side) the clam chowder was good but considering we got there relatively close to opening the soup was just slightly warm so I don't know if it was made fresh or was yesterdays ? This is our 4th visit to BJ's! And I must admit, we've been more than just satisfied with each visit. First off, their service is fantabulous! Second, the selections and portions are great. And thirdly, everything we've tried to date has been not only tasty and fresh, but unique in presentation as well as in formulation. Not to mention, they make great leftovers when you just can't finish your portion! Plus, this is not your typical, raucous, and deafening bar scene - its adult yet fun! The moment you come in their doors the hospitality is gracious, their attention to detail terrific, their hospitality abounds and needless to say the food is very, very good! I usually start off with my fave cold one, BJ's Brewhouse Blonde Draught - ice cold and thirst-quenching flawlessness. My wife and I usually go with their fab Chicken Potstickers for a start, and they never let us down. As we progressed to lunch, my Wife went for their Sal's Brewhouse Chicken chalk full of goodies like a delish lemon butter sauce, tender and tasty sautéed mushrooms, tender and flavorfully seasoned chicken breast, some parsley and white cheddar cheese, terrific asparagus, with perfectly prep'd mashed potatoes. I went for something new to my repertoire, BJ's Tri-Tip Brewhouse Bowl. Wow! I couldn't believe how good this is. How they finagled concocting this recipe is beyond me. It was incredible. They put together the likes of slow roasted, medium tri-tip enhanced with Peruvian quinoa with brown rice, barbacoa cauliflower, a fire-roasted red pepper and corn succotash, black beans, and a to die for combo of pico de gallo, feta, guacamole, pickled red onions, yogurt crema and cilantro! Whoever invented this dish must have reached nirvana! The ingredients drew me to order this dish, and after having it, I cannot figure out how all these ingredients can turn out to be such a great dish! We ended with the desert of a huge Chocolate Chunk Pizoookie my Wife fell head over heels for! Thankyou BJ's for being the unique family, pub, lounge, eatery, sports bar that you are. My friend and I ate at this restaurant a week ago for lunch. Our server Laura was great, she was personable, attentive and able to give excellent recommendations for items on the menu. We are so glad Laura was our server. My friend and I each had the $13 Pizookie Meal Deal. I had the personal sweet pig pizza (not on the menu anymore, but they were happy to make it for me) and the caprese salad - both were so good! My friend had the chicken mediterranean bowl and loved it! Of course the mini pizookie's were delicious, I had the strawberry shortcake and my friend had the salted caramel pizookie. BJ's wasn't crowded and had a nice atmosphere, we didn't feel rushed and we were able to enjoy our lunch and catch up as we hadn't seen each other in almost a year. The service at Bj's is top notch. I'm a regular and love the burgers, always perfect, but for some reason those amazing fries 80% of the time come out luke warm. Fries need to be hot to enjoy the flavor and texture. I send them back and get a new batch always hot when they come back and thank god it's a new batch and they do not microwave what I sent back. The Ziti dish is pretty good as well. If you are taking out BJ's needs to figure out a way to bring the restaurant quality to your home. It's not easy but I hope they can. read more

We visited the restaurant on a weekday and there was not much traffic. Our meal was good and we paid our bill using the app while we finished our desserts. As we were getting ready to leave a manager that I have never seen there before came over to let us know that we only paid for half our bill. My husband and I were very confused and when he went to get the receipt we checked our bank app and the email confirmation. In fact we had paid for our meal plus tip. The manager started talking about how we only paid 100 but the bill was 170. I did the math for him and told him that was impossible, the kitchen then tried to deliver more food to us. We all realized what happened the server said she knew where the mistake happened and she walked away. They had added a different table to our bill. No apology. Then the manager starts to tell us in the most condescending tone you ever heard " what you got to understand" blah blah I couldn't believe he wasn't apologizing to us for essentially saying we only paid half and tried to leave. I told him he ruined our entire experience and he continued his patronizing " I'm so sorry I ruined your experience" all the while sounding like a child who never learned to say sorry. He then continued his spoiled baby tone as he walked us out of the restaurant trying to save face in front of the other patrons of the restaurant acting still like we had done something wrong. This was a really sad end to what was supposed to be a celebration. I also sent corporate a email and got no response. Terrible new management read more

My first time at BJ's! Papa Gino and I met at a halfway point and that was BJs. Gino scooted on back to the very clean restroom and I was led through a maze of graduation parties and belated Mother's Day get togethers, but the hostess had that path down and was smiling the whole way through. We both ordered off the lunch menu. I got the Mediterranean Bowl and it was perfectly portioned. I always do dressing on the side and it almost didn't need any dressing, it was so good. Quinoa lovers will love this! The full time there was an hour and I ate, had my Diet Pepsi refill and laid during that time, so this place is perfect for a lunch hour work meeting. This will be the last time my wife or my family ever go to this location. My wife and I waitlisted at this location at 6:00pm as we are are a part of there rewards program. My wife went in to check in and they told her it would be 20mins. We waited until 6:30pm so I decided to go in and ask how much longer. The lady at the checkin counter said it would be another 20mins or more. I told her that they had told my wife it would be 20mins. She then look at a coworker and the lady said that its homecoming and that it was going to be 20mins or more but that they could not give me a definitive time frame. I asked her if they would text me when our table was ready and both of the girls said yes that they would to the number I had on my rewards account. All lies!!! Homecoming!! Really!! Now this is the 3rd and last time this will ever happen to us. We have waitlisted two other times and we had to wait longer than what they told us it would be. This time was way longer than what they told us. People, waitlisting at BJ's is a total Joke. It is all fake. Homecoming kids will never come back to your place and pay to eat nor tip any of your servers. We were frequent patron's who paid and tip generously. I am uploading a screen shot of when we waitlisted and the time when I took the screen shot picture so that I would have proof that this really happened. We waited an hour and left, an damm hour. No text and no one came outside and called our names. There were other people who came after us who's name were called but not us. Stay way from this place. There are way better places like Flemings, The Italian Butcher or Bubba's 33 who will treat you way better and frankly are in a different league than BJ's read more

When our kids were little we came to this location fairly often. Over the years we stopped coming because service and such seemed to be going down hill a bit. This week we decided to stop in for lunch since we were walking around Park West. We were greeted instantly and taken to a booth. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast it was. Our waitress Kimberly came over quickly, greeted us and took our drink orders. She was so friendly and had such a great personality. She had great recommendations and was on point with it all. She even brought me a few samples of a few beers and a cider after I'd asked if the had any sour beer. Unfortunately they don't offer any, but the two drinks she brought really were a close second. Please put a sour beer on tap! I chose the soup and salad. I loved they offer a bread bowl option. The wedge salad was delicious and the perfect size. We also ordered a pretzel and a prime rib sandwich. Everything was really good except the prime dip unfortunately was all fat and my husband left underwhelmed. The location is quite large and nice inside. The bar is large. Restrooms were clean. The star of the show was Kimberly. She was seriously a great server and she deserves the recognition! read more

My husband and I went to BJ's Restaurant last night and had a very disappointing experience. We ordered a deep-dish pizza, the sampler appetizer, and a salmon dish. The sampler came with lemon pepper chicken wings, sliders, cheese sticks, and spinach artichoke dip. Out of the six wings, only one was actually seasoned with lemon pepper--the other five were completely unseasoned. The cheese sticks had no cheese pull at all, though the spinach artichoke dip was delicious. The pizza was also disappointing; it tasted like toppings placed on top of plain bread with just a sprinkle of cheese. The salmon was extremely overcooked, and the broccoli served with it was brown, along with cold rice. We informed our waiter, who was very apologetic and spoke with her manager. She ended up removing the salmon dish from our bill, and we did tip her because she was kind and attentive. However, the manager never came by to speak with us. Normally, a manager would check in when a meal has so many issues, but that did not happen. At this point, we do not plan on returning to BJ's. read more

When I asked if they had reduced potion sizes, our server said this was always the size for lunch. Well, it was also in a smaller plate and not even close to what I received a couple of weeks ago.
